Do not travel by Kenya Airways

As my parents had not gone anyway from a long time we decided to send them for a great vacation ,as Kenya was the best destination for the holiday we booked the tickets and the hotel and every thing possible. I had booked the ticket online and was not able to go and pick up the tickets ,so on the day of departure I decided to reach the airport early but somehow we got late according to my scheduled hour ,on reaching the airport I told them to remove the baggage and I went to get the ticket I too had traveled by Kenya airways and new the counter, but because of the renovation on the airport the counter was shifted on the other lane right at the end so we again put the baggage in the car and headed to the counter on the other side but because of some non reliable passenger who had parked the car in wrong place there was traffic and it took another 15 minutes to clear on reaching the counter it took 10 minutes more to get the ticket and the reporting time was about to finish as only 10 minutes were remaining I some how managed to get the ticket and headed my parents inside the airport ,they went to the counter for boarding pass as they were the last ones and still some time was there to close the counter but before receiving the boarding pass the computer on which their names were feeded got held up and there was a delay of20 mintues it was completly their fault and they refused to give the boarding pass ,it was their computer which was not working and my parents were asked to cancel the trip ,as they being old could not understand what to do they exactly followed to their instruction I was a shock when I saw them back home I tried my best to talk to the authorities about this but all in vain even the matter to return the half refund is not working I feel sorry for my parents ,this was a total crap ,I will see to it that I some how make them compensate for their mistake.
