I had purchased Frigidaire freeze for cooling my summers, though my old freeze was in the working condition I still went for a new on ,and that was a mistake I did, it was not even a week when the compressor refused to work, the service man said that it needs to be changed, being in the warranty period the company man brought the compressor but after fixing it as he plugged in the compressor exploded ,now after few days the another service man came to fix the compressor but it didn�t work as it was in the damaged box I suppose that it was a damage piece, I called the company and asked for a loaner freeze till this freeze was done but they refused to offer me this service it was high time and I could not even enjoy the cold water ,but just waiting for the service man to repair. so I called the customer service for some help but all in vain ,its been a month and no one to repair the new freeze ,I mean the new freeze ,I asked the company to exchange it but they did not agree ,who would be the one who could help me ?,as I had kept my old freeze in the garage to get things every now and than was very difficult, its been a month and no help is given I totally broken with this freeze and fear buying anything from this company ,it makes the phrase true, OLD IS GOLD.
