Never go to this hotel

I purchased a new Hyundai accent in the month of June, and all my friends kept asking that they wanted a treat for the new car, because of the busy schedule I had no time to treat them ,and months passed and ultimately we all decided to meet in the month of October at Gold Coast hotel for dinner ,at the entrance I handed my car keys to the attendant for valet parking ,after three hours when we finished with the dinner I asked for my car I was told to wait, when I had to wait for more than half an hour I could smell something fishy and I soon heard that the car was missing ,it was a real bad news my new car was stolen, it was parked on the street, it was wrong a negligent behaviour of the hotel to park the car on the busy street if the parking was full in the hotel premises, the hotel manager said that the hotel was apologetic about the incident and it was a rare incident which we had never face, but apology was not the solution of getting my car so I decided to report it to the police .The car was stolen because of the negligence on the part of the hotel ,it would have taken at least 10 minutes for the robber to open the doors without keys, as I had a insurance claim and formalities to get insurance would take 3 months, the hotel agreed to lend a car till I got my insurance but to my surprise the car was taken away I 2 weeks and left me fuming, the hotel did not keep its promise and called for the car, on objecting they said park at owners risk was mentioned so it was not their fault and nothing can be done. What a pathetic attitude never ever rely for the parking on the hotel
I was treating my friends for the car who knew that the car was gone .
