Never trust online reservation especially of Las Fuentas Resort.

As holidays were nearing my husband decided to take the whole family to Las Fuentas Resort ,so we booked the resort online ,the pictures showed in the site were quite interesting and we were looking for a great holiday ahead ,but when we reached the person on the reception was not able to find our booking papers and wasted an hour ,when the other person checked on the computer and said that the reservation was there ,when we entered the room it was not the same we had seen in the pictures and asked that we had reserved the room on the pool side and there was no view of the pool from our room ,the manager said as there were no papers found the room was given to others ,instead of apologizing ,he was too rude to inform us .In the evening we decided to spend the time in the gym and play games ,the next day we all gathered to have water rides which were all free in the package ,the water was all dirty and it seems it was not cleaned from months ,as we were dressed in the costumes and children were not ready to avoid it ,we decided to go for it and have a good warm bath latter .As it was the package ,I mean a discounted package they had also discounted in their quality ,soon the holidays were over and I had a lots of complain to write in the complain box ,I did so .it was a height when we got the bill at the departure that the rides were charged ,that�s the water park was charged ,that dirty ,filthy water was charged ,it was difficult to digest, I refused to give a penny ,as all this was mentioned in the package ,I spoke to the senior supervisor but all were the fishes of the same pond ,never trust online reservation.
