Samsung did not deliver good products

I had purchased a new Samsung freeze in the month of June, since then I kept telling the company that strange noises are heard quiet often ,they always said as it was the icemaker the noises are quiet common ,but I few days the ice started building around the condenser fan ,on telling them, they said that the freeze I must not be keeping the freeze clean, this was a total nonsense I am very particular about cleanliness, after few days I found that the food was not getting cold so on informing they again gave a reason that the temperature keeps falling and rising so nothing to worry about, this left no doubts that I had wasted my money and the company was not even ready to offer me any service ,after few days the problem increased when I found that the freezer was leaking water ,the water supply tube on the door was loose, from the bottom of the door, while dealing with this I noticed that the food was thawing and pulled the freeze out and could see, behind it on the floor was a wine colour liquid spilled, so I fulled the freeze completely out the floor was very hot and the water was from the compressor and colour changed because vinyl on the floor ,its been so much but consideration is see. I am sure that I will not be provided any help ,but all those who read this site should know that its utter waste buying Samsung.
