I do not recommend buying BluetoothDirect.com products, not any more!!!

I ordered a bluetooth headset from Bluetoothdirect on 21/03/06, and paid extra as compare to other sellers to them. The order was placed via their website, bluetoothdirect.com. Subsequently I received confirmation of the order and a UPS tracking number. On 24/3/06, when the order did not arrive I checked the tracking number with UPS, the number came back invalid. I emailed
bluetoothdirect.com customer service and asked for an explanation. The first response was to contact the shipping carrier for help as your item is with them. I contacted UPS and was told that they never scanned a package, it was for billing purposes only. A second email from them was that your item did not ship, it is sold out. As indicated in the email sent to you 2 days ago, we need to know if you wish the item to be cancelled. We will have more in tomorrow. I never got any email stating that the item was sold out only except one providing order and shipping confirmation.
���������������� I waited for two more days since they indicated they would have more the following day. The tracking number still came back invalid. I emailed them once again for the same query, asking the status of the order and no response from their side. On 30/3/06 I advised them that due to their non response I would be filing complaint against them. Instantly they responded with threats of legal action, still no mention of my order. They replied me as I have threatened them but still no response in respect of my order. I am very disappointed with their service as they don't bother about their customers. They are more interested in filling up their pocket rather than providing customer satisfaction. I don't recommend buying their products anymore. As they are fraudulent.
