Please never place an order with Pacific ink they are a scam

One of my friend told me about Pacific ink that it is very cheap as compared to other companies but he himself never tried the
same. As it was cheap so I decided to purchase the same. When I first ordered ink from pacific ink I thought I had found a place to
get ink refills at a cheaper price. After using the same I realize that their ink is of very poor quality and I had signed up for their club so I got free shipping.
I immediately got on their website and cancelled any further shipments twice as I thought after canceling twice will be ok but I wasn�t. Three months later came another shipment from them which they deducted from my checking account. So I called and told them that I was sending it back that I had already cancelled and did not want their product as I found it unsatisfactory.
After a week or so my money was returned by them however not all of it. They have deducted for shipping and handling charges even when I paid to send it back. Three months later I was very shocked as I get a deduction from my account again for 93.96 even without getting their inferior products. So I immediately contact them and they haven't bothered to respond. I have tried to contact them on various occasions but all in vain as not a single reply I got from them till date. So please never place an order with Pacific ink as they are totally fraud and are completely rip-off.
