We were charged for something we never even ordered.

My company received an invoice from Corporate Data Systems billing us $348.74 for color copier toner that was not ordered by us. I immediately called them and told them that we have never placed an order color copier tone. They claim we ordered and shipped to us via UPS. I again phoned them to tell them we have no need for toner since our leasing party supplies us with toner as part of our lease agreement and we would never order. Mr. Robert **** claims that our receptionist ordered it. So I confirm from my receptionist for the same. Then I told him she did not as she works directly for me and knows that we do not pay for toner.
Additionally, any orders placed from our company will have an authorized P.O. number which Corporate Data Systems could not
supply. Mr. Robert ***** claims that he has a taped recorder message of our receptionist ordering this merchandise. On hearing this from him I told him to prove it and let me hear the tape. He could not produce it and then started with threats of calling his legal consultants. I told him that you are trying to fool us so I am going to file a report with Rip-Off Report and with the FBI as I believe his business to be a scam. He then got upset on hearing this from us and said that you have to provide me with those reports so I can review them. I told him I do not; he can rebut them with the proper agencies once the report was issued. Additionally, to further confirm my thought that this business is a scam is that there is no physical address listed only a P.O. Box and no web site. So all of you�ll, please beware of such incidents.
