Bogus Designer Outlet Clothing Website from China

Company: Outlets-Online.net
Address : unknown, unknown, China

URL: www.outlets-online.net

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE WEBSITE outlets-online.net !!!!

They claim they are selling original facotory over-runs or extras from designer orders. Trust me, they are not even good knockoffs. They show you catalog or actual runway photos and leave out until you checkout that they are coming from China. Again, just horrible reproductions that you will be sorry about. They look and feel NOTHING like the original. Then, when you try to return they do nothing to honor your credit and just ignore you. STAY AWAY!!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - IT IS FRAUDULENT

designerbrandoutlet.com

You will not get your good lee64bee

I have recently had a nightmare experience myself.

BEWARE - This company is a nightmare to deal with. No Item Received, no response to emails and $186 out of pocket. I purchased a DVF dress on 30th Nov 2007. 2nd Dec I was emailed confirming that my item has been posted and was given a DHL tracking number (bogus #) as 4th Dec 2007 I was emailed again by Lucy in Administration stating that the dress was out of stock and there would be a 2-3 week delay so where they got the DHL tracking number for my supposedly shipped item I don't know. Tue 24th Dec 2007 I was emailed again by Lucy stating that the dress was now in stock and would be posted that Friday (28th Dec 2007). TO DATE 8th Feb 2008 I have still not received my DVF dress. I have emailed the company at least 30 times on every email address given on their website and I have not had 1 reply since chasing up my purchase. I have rung the phone# provided on their website at least 50 times and it is never answered, just an answering machine. No-one has replied to my phone messages or emails in regard to this matter

I have had no option but to report this online company to the proper authorities to investigate. My advise to anyone thinking of purchasing designer dresses from www.designerbrandoutlet.com is DONT, or if you must, try calling the phone number provided (02) 8005 0188 as I have never had a call answered and I STRONGLY advise you pay through PAYPAL to ensure some kind of protection if you encounter the same nightmare I have when dealing with this company.

Re: Item not received, Emails go unanswered, Phone is never answered

If you have had a similar experience with purchasing from this company please lodge a complaint with -

http://www.fairtrading.nsw.gov.au/default.html

I have not found the fair trading of much help, they only email the company and give them 14 days to respond, of course DBO did not respond so all I can do now is pay $32 to take it further.. so now I am continuing further action with

http://www.accc.gov.au/content/index.phtml/itemId/142

Also write a complaint at complaintsboard.com to warn other potential customers. Theres a few complaints there already.

Since doing this I have received several emails from other unhappy customers, the most recent told me the dresses are 100% fake (at least she received her items) but she returned them for a refund and the return address was in CHINA, when this company clearly states they are located in NSW according to their web site. ie: Pymble business Centre

I strongly suggest you DON'T buy from this website. Anyone else who has had problems can contact their Bank, I did and was fortunate enough to get a refund. But the banks insurance covers this and the company has still gotten away with my hard earned money. If enough people report this fraudulent company they WILL be investigated and closed down. Another useful website is

http://www.accc.gov.au

let your friends know, wite in every forum you find and warn as many people as you can about this fraudulent company.

*********THIS COMPANY MUST BE SHUT DOWN**********

VERY UNHAPPY designerbrandoutlet.com CUSTOMER.

I bought a dress 2 weeks ago and was suspicious straight away when they didnt and have yet to reply to numerous emails to all of their email addresses provided and voice messages. Very suspicious, I am not expecting my dress and will be going straight to my bank to try and get my money back.

Note that on Friday 5 September 2008, in the Federal Court of Australia, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) obtained ex-parte injunctions against the operators of the 'Designer Brand Outlet' website.
