I was moving to a new house so I decided to get myself a brand new TV coz the one is was using was small and old. So I went to Studio B in Great Neck, NY. There I purchased a TV for $1250.00 and a camcorder. He also charged me $350 for shipping and handling. I paid through my credit card and I was charged the very same day. He convinces you that you are paying only half the price when actually it's just a big lie.
This guy promised me that after I receive the merchandises I will receive half the amount of the shipment as a refund. I was very happy listening to that. Then I waited for 3 weeks but nothing came. I called them up and I was informed that I will receive it in three days. I waited but nothing. Then after 1 whole week I got the merchandise. I thought that I would get the rebate automatically but after sometime I realized that it had not been transferred to my account. So I contacted him. He told me that he did not make any such promise. I was furious when he said that and I told him that if I do not get y money I will report to the BBB he hung up on me. This is not done I am going to teach them a lesson.
