I don't know what to do, can any one help me

I received an LS-120 drive for Christmas. I was so happy and it was just what I wanted. Murphy's Law set in some months later and the drive stopped working. I called Imitation only to find out that even though their name is on the box they didn't make the drive. I bought a drive by digital research. So I called them and they said no problem sends it to us and we will replace it. I mailed my drive off in November of 99. I have repeatedly asked for some kind of resolution and received nothing but BS from the so called customer service receptionist for digital research. They can't even tell me if they received my drive. I made the mistake of not getting a tracking number for the drive. I did insure it but even that didn't help because the post office needs a letter from Digital saying they never received it. Then they will track the package and pay me for it or tell me that Digital did receive it. Digital Research doesn't even give me a response when I ask if they received it much less a written letter. I have filed complaints with my state and California's Attorney Generals and the BBS. Well it is now May and I have no LS-120, no reply, and no more patience. I have received a couple of responses from a customer support rep who basically told me they were busy and they take letters in the order they are received. At this point they are saying that they need a tracking number to be able to find out if they received it, even though they have their own RMA number. Their trench support has an answering machine where I have left no less than 50 messages that they will not return. I have even left my cell number which they will not call. I don't know what to do, can any one help me.
