I don't think they are taking me seriously

Dish network is a rip-off artist. I too, have fallen victim on several occasions I am complaining about the poor customer service. My satellite wasn't receiving the right stations that ive paid for. So they were supposed to send out a technician well they told me next week 1-5 someone would be out here. well no show no call, then they said someone would be there next week again 1-5 again no show no call they assured me that someone would be there the next morning it was a priority call and I was highly upset. Guess what no show no call. At this point I told them to take their service and there equipment I no longer wants their service. They made me offers to lower my bill and assured me that they would have someone there in the morning or at least call I took off work again and no show no call again I was fed up after that I told them to take this dish and shove it. Worst customer service I've had in my life I don't see how anyone can stay in business like that. I don't think they are taking me seriously, do you?
