Premiere Trade AI is fraudulent

Company: Premiere Trade AI
Address : FOREX LLC, 220 E. Central Parkway, Suite 1020, Altamonte Springs, FL 32701, United States

I attended one of Premiere Trade's public lectures and agreed to try the program free for 2 weeks with no strings attached. After using the program daily for 10 days it was obvious that you couldn't become a good fore trader with the limited training they provided and the limited means of the program. I called and talked the person there and got an RMA number as instructed on the contract before returning the product and told them I was canceling the contract for the above reasons on 9/18/06. The entire packaged was mailed back by registered mail on the same day and delivered on 9/21/06. At the end of October I get a bill for $3100 dollars charged to my account. I called their billing department 11/01/06 and was told by another person his manager would post a refund to my account by Friday evening 11/03. On 11/7 I checked my credit card account and no refund! I called again and this time talked to yet another person who claimed his boss was tied up and he would call me back, but all in vain no call received. I called him back at 4:15 pm and he said they were having accounting problems that prevented postings to refund accounts for the last 3 days and he would call me later. I hope the credit card company is better at handling such frauds and not just a rollover dog for their commercial accounts.
