QC scams UNLIMITED!

I have heard about most of the advertising agencies and their various scams but was unaware that I also would be the victim of one of these scams. This company sold me on the fact that there would be 5000 guides in distribution; however, my 500 are the only ones that have been produced and delivered. I have found 2 people that have paid for the advertisement and are not even on it. They have been given the new information for the company and will be calling and taking care of their issues on their own. But to warn others, they make it a practice to tell you one thing and not deliver on it. I was told these would be out by mind to late spring and they argued with me that no one would have ever told me that. Too bad it is on the recorded portion of the conversation that he emailed to me. I will be joining others in the area who has been the victim of this scam to get this matter taken care of. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of Florida. But I don't know how long it will take to resolve the matter.
