Hello and welcome to anyone who arrives.

I don't normally respond to negatives since they often come from someone who has an axe to grind. Anyone knows this.

It is possible to have received bad service or a bad product naturally, but you find that reputable companies will typically handle these fairly and promptly. Me and my company are no different.

I decided I should at least post the evidence of Mr. Kirchners refund so that you can simply look at the facts yourself and see. This proof should lead you to an educated conclusion and Mr. Kirchners actual intent which is obviously not to simply handle and go on his way.

I'd like to say that this should put it to rest, but when someone has the 'ol axe to grind, they usually just keep on grinding especially when they know they're wrong. It's very much like an admittance of guilt on their part and anyone who's a business owner or who's worked in the customer service arena understands this completely.

Below, you should find a link to the BBBOnline where Mr. Kirchner has also complained. In addition Mr. Kirchner states that he has yet to receive any refund.

Below I've included a screen capture (if scamclub.com has included it) of the amount of the refund which also shows the amount and date, as was done in Paypal. Please take note of:
1. The date of the refund and
2. The date of Mr. Kirchners last post and his comments

Mr. Kirchner is well aware of the payment from Paypal since we just emailed each other about it several times on Tuesday the 26th. I informed him that I not only did the refund but gave him more than we agreed.

Go ahead and have a look if you have any attention on this at all.

I'll be spending no more time on this since there are plenty of very happy clients to take care of who certainly deserve my time.
