They get on your nerves

Hi, I had purchased another house in my neighborhood and I was getting the interior done. I had hired Floors USA to install my carpet that I had purchased from them. They told me that they would be coming after two weeks which they did. They came and they started getting the house ready for the installation.
They came in and moved all the furniture outside in the patio. My patio is made up of cement and it does not have a smooth surface, which even a five yr old would know. They moved all my furniture out there on the cement without being covered or even put some thing on the floor so that it does not damage my furniture. Unfortunately these dimwitted knuckleheads had a brain that did not even function as good as a 5 yr old. My furniture had scratches all over. The polish was off. When I complained to the manager they did not agree with me and were rude. They said that I could not prove that it was their fault. The customer service here is not worth your time and patience. They get on your nerves. Stay away if you want to have good first memories of your new house.
