I took my car to check. I heard a clunking sound when I was steering my 2005 impala LS. The service advisor checked it in and about 20 minutes later came back and said it need some tie rod repair it was costing 262.00. I told them I had extended warranty with 100,000 mile warranty I paid $1975.00 for. They called Fidelity they decline the work order because they said it was a wear item. And it wasn't covered. So I called Fidelity they told me same thing but when I was sold the warranty the salesman told me that it was bumper to bumper warranty and it covered everything except maintenance items. I was angry because I realized Fidelity is a shady dishonest company and will never do business with them again. So I went to the salesman who sold me the warranty and lied to me about the coverage and canceled the contract from this thieving company that enjoys taking your money but don't like you filing claims when needed. This company needs to be sued and employees there need to be in jail for their actions. It was a lesson learnt by me I will never buy any car from them. This company is a shady and dishonest company. I am shocked how they are standing in their position.
