I can not live this way

It was my biggest mistake in choosing this company for making my house. Americorp Builders built our home in 2004, there were some problems with settling that we new might happen, but the ceilings and floors were separating and the wood outside was twisting, and the roof started to sag. We kindly reported this to them, there guys came out and some repairs were made, but to my disbelief there own workers said they didn't want to do the repairs because the other guy sheetrock, painter, framer did not do the work correctly. I filed a report with the BBB, and the Attorney Generals office, a meeting was held and the twirl attorney was horrible towards us. The owner and the attorney said they would do the repairs and we signed a release to release them after repairs were completed, and we did, that was 10 months ago. This company was supposed to build our dream home and we now can't wait to get out of area because of them. We begged the owners to come to our home to inspect them, but they did not. Mind you they are only 2 miles away from our home. I am stuck completely what to do and where to go? I can not live this way. Can any one help me?
