South west Plumbing was as horrible as, my home leakage!

I live in Seattle, WA. I have called South West Plumbing to fix it in our home. The leakage of pipes were the cause of the big tree that we have behind our home. It fell down making some damage to our home pipes in monsoon. They came soon after I call them which I really appreciate. My previous plumber never came on time. He then gave told me the charges. I was shocked after hearing, I am sure they open their mouth wide because there was no way for me. Well, I told him to reduce it as it was Tuesday and my pay still was to come in. He didn't. I said ok and he started his work within 45 minutes he completed fixing five leakages in kitchen and changed one pipe of our toilet. I thought there service is as great as there charges but wait... I was wrong it last no longer then three weeks for exact. I had to call him again and was not happy paying him again. South west Plumbing was as horrible as, my home leakage!
