I have ordered a sofa set from this company. First, there was massive delay in delivery, more than a month, but no apology, no discount, and of course no cancellation of the order allowed. Once the furniture arrived, some legs were already broken. It took another few months to get replacements. Finally the legs came, we attached them, but they did not stay on. They gave in to weights easily. I contacted the company several times but they said nothing was wrong with their product. Finally I called a specialist of fixing furniture's, and he told me that the design of the sofa was wrong. Given the angle of the legs attached to the sofa, there is no way the legs would stay. By that time, so much time has passed that even a credit company could not intervene on the dispute, and the Bassett furnish maintained that their product has no false. We are still living with a sofa which loses its leg once in a while. Can't wait to get rid of it.
