My son's 5th birth was on 8th May so I thought of buying some good gifts for children coming to birthday party. It is difficult for a person to choose a single item from a choice of hundred; I was confused what to buy for a return gift. The manager made a bill for 40 toy cars as I have told him and got it packed. I didn't count them all in the store itself (I wish I would have done that, but it was my fatal mistake). On the day of party my husband counted them all they were 28. Time left with us for party was very less, when my hubby told me about toys it was 12 in the afternoon and children were suppose to come at 7 pm in the evening. It was impossible to go so long, so I called them on phone. Stupid manager told me that I should have informed them at least a week before because they are not responsible after ten days and it was more then ten days. My brother knows some employee in the store so went with my hubby leaving all work. They left home at about 1.30 and came with toys at 6.45 in the evening. My hubby told me that they harassed a lot for giving toys. I will recommend moms avoid this store, they are not good dealing with... first they do not give items properly and then do not bother to give the left out items. They are cheater, that's what I can say.
