I am still fighting with them to give me back my money for the item lost

I called DHL to come to my house and pick up an item valued very high. They told me that they would be at my house between 3pm - 4pm. Needless to say they arrived at 4:24. That is when the nightmare began. The driver picked up the item and put it into his van. That was the last time anyone seen the item. The box was 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 7 inches and Yes DHL lost it. How can you lose a box that big? I spoke to quite a few people at DHL to locate this package but it went from the package was placed on the belt to it is not in AZ or FL. DHL never checked NJ ( where I shipped it from) to oh we do not see that item being picked up from your house. I had the tracking number printed out from the computer and the slip from the driver showing that it was picked up. 12 days later and a bunch of lies still no package found. I've been transfer to who I thought were supervisors, later to fine out that it is not a supervisor they transfer you to but a team leader who can not help you. I will never use DHL again, I will let everyone I know not to use DHL, The company I work ( who uses DHL)for will know about the problems I have and I will let the BBB, Attny General, and all the news channels of the problems they are giving me. They took a claim over the phone with me, then advised me that the claim will not be processed until I receive paper work from them complete it and then return it. My response was " I guess you will lose my claim also since you lost a package 4 1/2 x 3 1/2 x 7 inches. I am still fighting with them to give me back my money for the item lost.
