Let Down!

I purchased 2 baby grilled chicken salads and 2 large teas at your restaurant at the drive through. After returning home, I was disappointed in the salad. First not enough lettuce, second the chicken was definitely not grilled! Third, there were no almonds. I went all the way back to the drive thru from home. I was very nice and said that I had just bought 2 salads and wanted to return them. First the lady, who was previously very nice to me, all of sudden was very rude and ugly, as she asked "What was wrong with the salads"... I proceeded to tell her, and you could tell she did not like it, and proceeded to tell me, well, she forgot the almonds, but it was grilled chicken! WHATEVER, no it was not! She should have been just as nice to me, this time as well as the first. So, then the other young man goes to the register and finally brings back my money only to have me sign some sort of receipt, which I couldn't even see, because I didn't have my glasses. So, oh well, he gives me $10.10 and with no, I'm sorry or anything, just the money. At this point, I am livid. Then I realize, WAIT, they didn't even refund the tax I paid, so I go back, and I ask do you charge tax, yes he says, 8.5%, well you only gave me back $10.10, and by my math even 7.5% tax is 75 cents. So, he shows me the receipt he says I signed, and I notice that this time in pen, he has written down, $10.75. Which is what he says he gave me? NO I said you gave me $10.10, he takes back the dime and gives me 75 cents. OH my Gosh, for all this agony and he still cheats me out of the other, 1% tax that I paid.
This is terrible customer service. I am telling everyone I know, not to go to the Subway. I am never coming back, and I am calling and emailing everyone, at Subway that I can, to let them know how you treat your customers. You should realize that it is good business sense to be especially kind to people who are not happy, so that by chance you could keep them as a customer. I hate that I have ever spent any money with your restaurant in the past, and I hate being taken advantage of. You should be ashamed of yourself. Of course I am sure that this will change nothing, but I wanted you to know, anyway, and that I will not recommend you!
