THIS ITEM WAS ORDERED AND SHIPPED FROM A THIRD PARTY, ARRIVING DAMAGED. I PAID FOR THIS ITEM WITH SOME OTHER ITEMS IN THE ORDER THAT ARRIVED UNDAMAGED. THIS ITEM HOWEVER WAS REPORTED DAMAGED TO THE SHIPPING CO. AND THE COMPANY I ORDERED FROM, FURNITURE CENTRAL, AS WERE THE INSTRUCTIONS ON THE WEBSITE. THEY NEVER RESPONDED. I REPEATEDLY EMAIL THE COMPANY AND SAID DON'T SEND ANOTHER PRODUCT, REFUND MY MONEY. THE SHIPPING CO. SAID THEY NEEDED TO PICK UP ITEM FOR DAMAGE INSPECTION. I EMAILED THIS INFORMATION TO FURNITURE CENTRAL. NO RESPONSE. THIS ITEM WAS ORDERED 1/2 AND THIS WENT ON UP TO 1/22 AND I THEN RECEIVED EMAIL THAT REPLACEMENT WAS SHIPPED. I DID NOT WANT REPLACEMENT, ONLY REFUND. I CALLED THE COMPANY AND WAS TOLD I DID NOT DO THE RETURN PROCESS CORRECTLY AND HAD SENT THE ITEM BACK TO THEIR SUPPLIER AND THEY SHIPPED OUT THE REPLACEMENT. I WAS TOLD IT WAS OUT OF FURNTURE CENTRAL'S HANDS. THE REPLACEMENT ARRIVED AND IT WAS IN POOR CONDITION ALSO. AGAIN, I EMAILED THE COMPANY AND RECEIVE NO ANSWERS. I AM VERY TIRED OF THIS RUNAROUND. PLEASE I WANT MY COMPLETE REFUND.111.99 + 10. SHIPPING AND NO EXTRA CHARGES. They don't answer any of my emails now and I just get an argument over the phone.

I want a RMA number that guarantees my refund to be received and my refund credited immediately, 111.99 + 10. shipping. Ideally, I would like the company to issue a call tag to pick up item from my resident and pay for the return shipping also. I have been given a runaround for claiming damage and it was documented with UPS as damaged inspected.

When will these drama queens stop attacking this man. If I invite you to my home, you would think I would pay for the food..duh I work for and with Dr Woodard. I'm a News Reporter and I run the tech support for the website. There has been an attack upon his ministry because of booty call women claiming to be Christians inviting him to their homes and churches afer sharing email, and yes I have seen the emails she sent, when there is no romance...ie, He slept in her sons room.....fatal attraction turns into hate. This has been happening to Black Preachers all over the web but now its tearing up mega White churches as well.

Salem Baptist Church is on the cutting edge of a growing trend - at least when it comes to conflict. Like members from several other prominent churches nationwide, congregants at this US megachurch are using web sites and blogs to post details about ongoing dissent within the ranks.

But do such high-tech tactics empower church members to address conflict or merely make the conflict worse while airing a church's dirty laundry to the world?

The issue at Salem Baptist involves the Pastor and a group of longtime church members, mostly women who say he's receiving an inappropriately high salary, is pushing the church toward an all male, elder-led system, and has forced out a popular female music director after having an affair with her.

Others have said the pastor uses intimidation and arrogance as his main modus operandus. Still more say they feel it's too soon to change the 30,000-member church after the death four years ago of it;s legendary founding pastor. The current pastor, along with a strong contingent behind him, has denied the allegations.

As part of their protest, Bellevue members created blogs and websites, which includes letters from members, a transcript of an interview with a concerned deacon, and links to sites of churches in comparable straits. The site had received more than 90,000 hits.

Across town at New Testament Baptist Church, and hundreds of miles away at Trinity Baptist Church, congregants have faced similar divisions and used similar methods to disseminate information and garner support. At First Baptist Church, bloggers brought scrutiny to financial dealings that led to the pastor's resignation.

All four church conflicts involved conservative churches divided over leadership style and use of authority. But the trend to take those battles to cyberspace is not limited to conservative churches.



Blog and web site proponents ues the technology to publish information, which should be kept within the local church - like church financial statements or minutes of church meetings, accusations against the pastors that can not be proven - that would otherwise be kept within the excutive board of the church. Some supporters say opposing factions within a church need a forum to communicate their concerns.

I personally do not feel it should be the internet. I think it's the same old story of blogging being ignored until it is recognized that thousands of people are reading one side of a story. While blogging about denominational politics on a national level may be useful to inform mass audiences via a broad medium - but it's unacceptable, in my oppion to use blogs for conflict resolution in individual churches.

I think at the local church level, it is very, very wrong, I just can't imagine that there's any real value to this." Christians should use biblical models for resolving conflict, like the 18th chapter of Matthew. If dissenters need a forum, use the church directory to mail correspondence to relevant people, or have large church meetings. Just don't advertise the problem on the Internet.

I think a part of what's implied in [Matthew] is that one of the principles you use is don't let the resolution process spread the conflict to a broader audience than it had to begin with. I think blogging is one giant violation of that principle.

In First Corinthians Paul exhorts followers to avoid settling disputes in secular courts. The principle Paul expresses in that text applies to blogging about church conflict, which places an internal church dispute on the Internet so it is laid out before a whole unbelieving world.

God only knows the damage it does to the cause of Christ. You've got people reading scamclub, blogs and website in India and China - folks we are hoping to evangelize - and they are reading about local disputes in Baptist churches. I think it's just very unhealthy.

Up to this point I have been far to embarassed to come forth with my story about Marshall Woodard.

He contacted me on a Christian dating website. He pursued me until I gave in to his poetry (which I found out is mainly plagerized) and his numerous phone calls.

He visited me many times at my home on the beach. Professing his undying love, meeting my friends and the members of my church. He met the people I work with, and certainly charmed all he met with his false words of love and his ironic references to God.

It was not long after he gave me a ring and proposed, I dscovered he had been wooing MANY women all at once, indeed even emailing some while I slept in the bed right next to where he was sending love letters and emails to other women.

Whebn I confronted him hos response was that the other women who bad talekd him were all 'scorned women.' Yes I see that phrase even in here. ANd I can tell you it is a LIE. These are GOOD Decent women who he tricked and kied to, just as he did myself. He is a liar and a con artist. The ONLY truth he ever told me is that he has two daughters.

He is not now, nor has he ever been a widower. I aske dhim to show me his late wife's death certificate, and he calims it was destroyed by one of the 'scorned women.' He has a wife in Little Rock Arkansas. And has left a trail of broken dreams, false hopes, broken promises, destruction and carnage every where he goes. He inadvertanatly sent me a silly 'New Years' letter where he says something about being in the Bahamas for six years. He LIED he was only there for two years.

I read his response here nad also read the responses from those who protect him, in reality a few of those responses are indeed Marshall trying to make it seem as though someone is protecting him.

I can tell you now, he is 99% lies and will steal or con you out of your money, emotions and then leave you, calling YOU the person doing the wrong.

Marshall, I am glad to see the Lord is finally making it possible for all to see what an EVIL man you really are and making it possible for all to see how you use your so called 'Ministries' website for evil.

May God have mercy on your soul!!

Yesterday I recieved a call, the lady said she was from PCH. She
talked very fast , and before I knew it I had agreed to purchase
4 magazines for 5 years for 59.80 a month for 15 months. Whew!
Today I called the Customer Care number and was informed that
I had agreed, on a recorded call to purchase these magazines,
and they could not be terminated. And if I refused to pay them it
would be sent to collections. When I asked to speak to a
supervisor, she said she was the supervisor. I asked for the
name of the company, she told me Mailbox Magazines, I asked
the owner's name and all she knew was Joan? She gave me an
address, but it's a po box. This has got to be a SCAM if it was a
lagitament company I believe they would allow you to cancel the
order.

I was lied to every week until the 18th of December being told the item was shipped, when in fact it was not. on the 18th of dec. i was told it was lost and they would not get another shipment of the item until jan 20, 2007. i told them if they could not deliver before christmas to cancel the order, and i would purchase the item elsewhere which i did and told them to refund the money to my credit card. i was promised that it would be done. all that happened was more promises and more lies, ands no refund to this dayexcept they told me again that the item was shipped the previous week and this time it was damaged and returned to them. the very same joker that promised to credit my account.
bargain spot charged my card and sent me an e mail saying the item was back ordered the very next day, wheras reputable outfits do not charge your account until the item ships,
Pay Pal also deserves to get the heat also, they give you 45 days to make a complaint, when these chumps stallyou out for months. Then Pay Pal says "sorry" i believe they are only out to help the businesses only.

Ignore the detailed hype on the website. This is a scam!!! Ideal Watches.com is an organization that at the very least has terrible customer service, snotty representatives, and provides pathetically cheap imitations of Rolex watches.

The watch I received on January 11th was examined and sent back with a note requesting to be contacted. The website promises "100% Customer Satisfaction" and returns processed in "1-2 weeks, usually".

I have not received my money, I have been forbidden to speak with management, and the e-mail address is not working and has returned approximately 10 of my e-mails demanding reimbursement.

Never, ever order a replica Rolex. I know the real thing and wanted a replica for travel abroad. Forget it! Don't be scammed as I have been scammed.

I have contacted Rolex USA hdqtrs in Manhattan hoping they will take legal action against this company. I have not contacted them with the idea of getting my money back. The money issue is between me and Ideal Watches.com. My hope is that they will take whatever legal means available to shut this company down.

The Replica route to a Rolex is a poor decision.

The company called Prudent Financial Management sent me a check that looked to be real for $2,800.00. I was to cash it and then send a money order to pay for the taxes on the large amount of $2,655.00.

I found out today that the check was counterfeit and that now I owed the bank the amount of money of $2,800.00.

I just lost my job, I am a single mom of 3 kids with no money and I really could have used that money to get out of the hole that I am.

I need help is there anyway to arrest these people or get our money back for pain and suffering? If anyone out there knows or could point me in the right direction I would be greatly appreciated.

I had been on a desperate search looking for loans on-line. I'm having twins in Feb. and was in desperate need of purchasing a van and paying off some bills so that I could better take care of my children.

I was contacted by a Vanessa from Lee Valley Savings. She informed me that she had recieved my on-line application and that I'd been approved for 10,000. She told me that the funds could be deposited into my acct. by the next day but first I'd have to send a down deposit of 995.00 because of my credit history. I told her I couldn't do that and she urged me to try and borrow it or to try and get a co-signer in order to get my funds. She told me that the money would only be held for 3 months as long as I made my payments on time.

I found someone to borrow the money from and went on my way to Western Union it to her the following weekend. She stayed in contact with me the whole time giving me directions step by step.

The next day the funds were suppose to be in my acct. They were not. Nor were they there the following day or the day after that. I called Vanessa but got nothing but recordings. Two days later she called me back apologizing for the hold up. She said she'd talked to the finance department and get back to me. I heard nothing from her for another two days. I demanded a refund and told her I was aware of what was taking place. She assured me that the company was legit and that my refund check would be in the male within 2 days.

I recieved nothing. A week passed and still nothing. Soon my husband and i were both on the phone calling them non-stop. They would only answer if we called from a different number. He was able to get a hold of a gentleman whose name was Robert. He supposedly was going to launch an investigation. We've heard nothing since. When I call now a recording picks up. I have contacted lawyers and will not give up on this until this promblem is resolved!!!!!

I had trouble with AAA Advantage and have gotten nowhere with them at all. I filed a claim with the company in June 2006, but the claim was declined. I wanted to see if there has been any organized litigation brought against them. Or has anyone had any success in getting some compensation for their car problems related to transportation. I lost over $2000 all together because of this company. I transported my car from PA to AZ. My car was picked up on time and I was able to pick up my car directly from their transport facility because it is in Tempe, AZ. Before shipping my car I made sure that the car was in good order. I was moving out of state and would need to take care of my car on my own rather than having my dad takes it to the shop every time it needed servicing. So, I didn't want any problems when I was in Arizona. The car was thoroughly inspected and passed inspection, ran perfectly, and also had a family friend and mechanic of over 20yrs inspect the car with a fine-toothed comb and no one found any problems. My car was running smoothly. When I picked up my car no scratches were visible to me and everything seemed fine except for the fact that there was sand all over the driver side mat, but after I signed the legal documents assuring that the car was in good order and driving away I realized there were some problems. The entire instrument cluster was broken. To this day I have no idea what they did with my car while it was in their hands.
Sand all over the mats, no way of knowing how many miles really are on my car. I did sign a document that states that AAA
Advantage is not responsible for failure of mechanical functions, something is off and I have no way of really pinning the
problem on AAA Advantage.

I can't understand what to do!

I have become a victim of a scam under a company called Freedom Gold. I received a call from a representative who offered me free items if I tried out their product for 2 weeks. Included in this offered he explained other programs in which I declined.I took only one of the offers through Freedom Gold but didn't get my product until 2 days before the expire date. I called them and explained that to them I had sent the product back the next day after I received it but my bank account hadstill been deducted an amount of $149.00. I was advised to write a letter stating that I had sent the item back and they could issue me a refund. About a week later, another deduction was made from my account in the amount of $59.95 from a company called Distinctive Advantage. I tried calling the number on their printed check but the line said I could not call from a payphone. I was calling from work. I went online to see if there was another number for Distinctive Advantage and found a website called Rip-Off Report.com that had these 2 companies as scammers. Apparently they are under an umbrella company called Santeria Marketing. I have not used their product. It was returned to them in the time I was actually able to. I called to advise them and I still got charged for products I didn't have for 2 weeks and for products I did not ask for nor did I receive. This matter is rather urgent because we were talking about $210.00 that I don't have. I can't
understand what to do? And where to go?

Refund Policy Fraud

On 1/6/07, I placed an order at Just My Shopping
for 1 Retro Chrome Black Bar Table and a Pair Of Chrome Plated Bar Chairs, shipping was free. On 1/8/07, I realized that I had made a mistake and could not use the items and called the company. I could not reach anyone to speak to or an answering service, so I emailed the company that I wanted to cancel the order. On 1/9/07, I called the company again and explained that I could not use the items and cancel the order. I spoke with Elligant Casa and was told the item had not shipped yet and I could cancel. He also said there would be a 34. restocking fee and they would have to charge me shipping for the item for the trouble of canceling the order. I told him I did not agree with paying shipping for an item that was still at their facility and shipping was free to order the item. He told me it was a lot of trouble to retrieve the items. Isn't that what the restocking fee is for. I had no choice but to still cancel the order, because I could not use it. He said I would receive the refund in a couple days. A refund was issued 1/19, 10 days later for only $119.82, not 229.98 that I had paid or even 229.98 minus 34. for restocking. Almost 100. was kept by this company for their fraudulent excuse of shipping charge and I am disputing that I should not be charged a shipping fee for this order that never shipped from their company. I want my complete total refunded for 229.98. This company is scamming me by these extra charges and they have the merchandise. I have emailed the company many more times but received no reply. It is even stated in their return policy, if item is retrieved before it ships and able to be returned to stock then only the restock fee is charged. Please help me.

I was given an Ionic Breeze as a gift in Dec. 2001. It lasted less than six months before starting to buzz and crackle--even after just cleaning it! I brought it back to the Sharper Image and they replaced it--no problems. The replacement unit lasted another six months ago before it was back to the Sharper Image. This happened a number of times before I got a unit that lasted two whole years! Then it started buzzing and crackling and no frequency or thoroughness of cleaning helped. I brought it back to the Sharper Image since the warranty on the unit indicated it was a full five year warranty as of 4/04.
This time I'm told they've changed their replacement policy so that they only will replace the unit for the length of time of the warranty on the original unit--which unfortunately for me was 3 years when the original unit was purchased. Of course, when the original unit was purchased, their new replacement policy wasn't in effect--so why is the three years applicable, but not the original policy at time of purchase? I was told I could purchase a new unit--with only a one year warranty as they apparently not stupid enough to stand behind these defective products longer than that. The new units, I was told, have been redesigned and don't have the problems that old ones did. Um, like you have such an awesome track record with quality?
For those of you defending this shoddy piece of equipment, I notice most of you have only been using the product for two
months. It worked fine for me too the first couple of months. Write a review in six months. Or a year. Watch as your beloved
Ionic Breeze crackles and pops unabated with daily cleanings--right after your warranty expires. Then tell us all how much you love this product and the rest of us must not be caring.

It was during the time of Christmas I decided to take my family out station, as I was along time I had not spared time for them and therefore made all the reservation before to avoid and discomfort, as it was vacation time it would be all packed and therefore booked the air tickets through internet from cheapo air. I purchased 5 tickets round trip to Mexico City for Christmas. We called Aztecan Airlines December 15, 2006 to check on our flight and found out that Aztecan had canceled all flights out of the USA. But why/ I don't know nor do I understand that why were we not informed about the cancellation I only learnt that it was cancelled when I reached the airport to board the flight, it was awful, with a lot of difficulty I had spared some time for the family and these and let me down, I was very upset and so I called Cheapo Air.com several times but no one answered and so I left massages even after this I did not get any call and therefore emailed them but see they never answered, it did not help me in getting nay results. They never had the courtesy to let us know and there customer service is an absolute joke. After all I had paid for the tickets and I had to get back my money. My vacation was all spoiled but why should I let my money go. Do not use this company to book your flights as you will be left high and dry.
I feel that I am going to lose $2,800 for tickets that can not be used. But I am trying my best and hope to get it back.

I and my husband had decided upon to adopt a child as I was not able to carry and even after many treatments it didn't work.
Now I was fad up of all the treatments and decided to go for an adoption. I had gotten a green card from this company in march and I called because I was going to use them to pay some bills to me and my husband was trying to adopt a child so we were looking to get some grants to help pay for the fees. Anyway when I called them I talked to them and I went through the process I finished that and 2-3 mins later I called them back to cancel and they told me that they couldn't do anything to cancel it because it had already been processed and said that I need to send it back when I get it. I got the package in may and I sent it back the same say they got the mail back but I am still waiting on my refund they told me they were giving me my money back in July and I am still waiting I got proof that I didn't get the money through my bank and all the company can tell me is call back next week the CCR company is suppose to be the refund company and they act like they don't know anything at all about the company's number nothing I am going to sue this company both of them Kensington and C.C.R company if there is some. I am so disturbed that I am not able to understand what should I do?

I purchase a 17 monitor from Tiger direct which came with a $70.00 rebate which is handled through Onrebate.com. I received the monitor fine, but that is where fine ended! I gathered all of my rebate information and printed all of the appropriate forms; I had the proofs of purchase, my online receipt from tiger direct and online statement from pay pal. I sent them the pay pal statement as well as the online invoice which I received from Tiger direct. I signed the paper work and made sure that everything was in order. I sent my paper work and my signature to Onrebate.com everything that was done online through Onrebate.com was accepted, but a week later I received an email stating that my rebate was denied because I did not include an original invoice or packing slip. Since this is an online purchase, tiger direct does not mail original invoices and there was no packing slip on or in the box. Tiger direct and Onrebate.com have both been contacted and sent numerous emails explaining my situation and asking for help. They have my money and care nothing about helping! They are partners and together I feel that they have deceived me and many others by making it virtually impossible to get an honest rebate. I am preparing to file complaints with the attorney general, the better business bureau, and I am going to try to see if pay pal can get involved. This clearly seems to be a dishonest way of doing business. Never opt they as they are not at all sincere and are big frauds!

They are not worth your time...

I bought a 27" Sony television from HH Gregg a few years ago; I paid some extra amount $99 for extended warranty. This past October, the TV stopped working, so I brought it in to HH Gregg in Indianapolis for repair, along with a detailed list of the problems. Even after coming back few weeks later I was shocked to find that nothing was fixed; it was very difficult for me to come again to fetch the TV due to the shortage of time. They had done an "alignment" of my TV, but it still didn't work, what does alignment means? Anyways it was too much and I decided to get back the TV and so I brought it back. It's now nearing the middle of December, and my TV is still not repaired. It's only a 27 CRT television -- it's not plasma, LCD, or other high tech kind of appliance. Yet they don't know when it will be repaired. The customer service representative suggested that I call their service contractor myself and inquire if I so choose. I was blown up and decided to get anew one instead of repairing and so I asked for the service, as it was difficult to bear more frustration and time spent on hold.
But they refused and so I thought at least the $ 99 which I had spend for extended warranty should be refunded but no it was
all in vain they said that it was not possible. I explained that what the use of this warranty was if they could not fix the TV on time. They said they couldn't do that. Only if something goes in for repair three times or is deemed not repairable will they consider refunding a service contract. I'd advise anyone who lives in a town with HH Gregg stores to avoid them. They are not an honorable company, and they don't seem to care about the satisfaction of their customers. I am sure that it's a mere trick of minting money on behave of the extended warranty which is not at all use full. And no matter where you shop, don't buy an extended warranty. It's never worth it.

My entire family is lover of sports activity and always start up their day going for jogging or some other activity like playing foot ball or tennis, but my husband who had started with the problem of body pain after his routine work out I guess may be because of his age, was very much in pain so I ordered for this pain relief spray through the internet and in no much time of delay received it, even after the use of the spray my husband felt no relief it was just for few minutes and later back with the pain, has it costed a good amount I decided to stop the use because it was not showing any 1% improvement. But after few days I found that I was send another bottle which I had not even ordered.What's more, the company automatically sends product every month charging your credit card with out approval.I called the customer service department and complain about this form of sale. I told them I was not aware and did not approve automatic shipments. With out any apologies they have cancelled my account, told me to return the 2nd bottle I only got the credit for product but not shipment and handling charge. Is that kind of tactics that really sends warning that something is not right? I will strongly recommend not buy any of their products. And remember never to disclose your credit number. This is the product which never works.

Oh! So a great festival Christmas was coming and I was thinking about the gifts for my family members, thinking of a gift is a very difficult job but I some how managed to decide what to gift? And whom? So after along deciding I thought that it would be best to order for the cheese cake which is the favorite of most, and so I ordered one of the overpriced cheesecakes for a Christmas gift to be delivered to a family member. The company boasts of 2 day delivery, this was indeed ok with me but I learnt later that it was not 2 days but 3 days but see the joke it was not even delivered the 3rd day and was not even shipped for 4 days after it was ordered and when it did arrive at destination it was a melted mess not at all fresh and it appeared dirty and was not at all edible. Their web site flashes a 100% unconditional guarantee of satisfaction. They refused to honor this and asked me to file a claim with the delivery company they contracted with for delivery of the cake.
I have no acct with the delivery company and no way to file a claim since they are not doing business with me. So guy's
beware they will not send the $50 cheesecake they promise! Their guarantee is worthless and so is their melted cakes...
don't embarrass you by using this service to send gifts! Never trust them.

It is a waste of time and money!

We took our 6 week old 2005 Silver Honda Accord LX into Cobblestone Auto Spa, the first time we had ever used them. We went in for an oil change and the top of the line wash. When it came out it had purple paint on the front bumper. The driver's side headlight was scratched. The left back fender near the trunk has a deep scratch in it. On the rear bumper the paint was scratched off where you can see the black of the bumper. Last but not least, the tint on all of the windows was bubbled. The oil change and top of the line wash cost over $40.00. They did not even vacuum out the interior of the car. After discovering all of the damage we spoke to one of the facility managers and he informed us that they do not give refunds and all that they could do was run the car through their car wash again. After so much damaged how it was possible to except this offer and therefore told them no. it was not possible to let it all go as the damage was not minor but a lot and after estimating the cost of the damage it came to$1085 plus the rental charges. After taking the estimate and pictures back to the car wash, all that was offered to us was the purple paint buffed off the front bumper and a detail. We spoke to the Operations Manager, and he told us accidents happen there everyday but they are most often worse than what happened to our car. After he talked to his assistant and another one of the facility managers that was there that day, he said he had already come to the conclusion that there was no way that the tint or the scratches could have been caused by them. We took our car back there for him and another facility manager to look at. He was the rudest person I had ever met. He told us that there was no way for any of the scratches or the tint to have been caused by them or there machines. And they refused to set up with any thing and refused to visit us again. It is a waste of time and money.

I had the worst experience with this company as this company overercharges and then do not deliver on the completed project.
The owner has his employees on commission, and they get a percentage of everything they do. Or so they think. In reality,
the owner changes his mind on how much his employees make, and causes the employees paychecks to become smaller and smaller.
The owner also has no problem talking about why he has fired past employees - with his current employees! The employees work well over 40 hours a week, but unfortunately they cannot be paid overtime. The owner works them into the ground but makes sure they do not get much money so he can keep it all for himself. Detailing cars is a very physically demanding job and it is hard to find good employees. He should treat his employees better! It should be a sign that most of his employees are out looking for a new job. Also, a good business person will keep his word. To his employees or to his clients. Please beware of using ImageAutoDetail.net; ImageDetail.com; and ImageIncorporated.com. Image Auto Detail is an extremely unethical business and if i could sue them I would be.

We always want to send our child where he is looked upon with complete interest and taken care off. Being a single mother I
had to earn my living all alone and after all a daughter to bring up was a little difficult task so I had applied for the job and fortunately I got the job an therefore got my daughter to these day care, so that she would be in hands of the teachers and would be taken care off. After few days I saw a mark on my child's leg it appeared as if she was hurt so I tried to talk to the teacher showing the mark, but she convinced me that it might be something she hurt her self so I let the matter go, but on the next day while leaving my daughter I overheard another parent complaining the same and now I felt that something was fishy, I spoke to the another parent about the matter and we both decided that we should not over see the matter and find out the reality, after all we had paid this company which ensure that children were well taken care of under their supervision. So we both found that the classrooms have been left unattended at this facility or in the care of an after school age child. My child's one year old class was left unattended during naptime for 7 minutes and I viewed the tape in front of the director to which nothing was done about this situation. Instead my child was kicked out and also the another teacher who proved the fact was left with out the job, the only thing I want to say is that they are not an responsible child care where you can think that the child is save so better avoid them.

If you live in the Oklahoma City area and your kids attend a latchkey day services do your self a favor and seek a new daycare. I been with them for 3 years now and always have errors and I am not the only parent that has been through this crap with them. At the Beginning of the school year we paid 1st week and last weeks daycare charges in advance as required. We also paid nice deposit. And one fine day I get a mail from this child care services saying I am 170$ behind because I did not pay my deposit and they took 80$ from my payment 1st week in the month of November. Why now they say I did not say I paid my deposit and take it out of my payment. I pay every two weeks to this daycare service. I pay 160$ every two weeks.
What I do not understand is how I am 170$ behind and how they say my deposit was never paid. I have the cancelled check to prove I did. Every time I call them they give me the run around saying oh you did not pay your deposit and your behind how can this be? There rules and terms states you must pay you 1st and last week service fee and deposit before your kid can attend latchkey daycare services and I have the proof to prove to these clowns, this Child services lies and rips people off. I have been harassed unnecessary many times, in spite of proving them that they were wrong they did not stop asking for the fees which I had always paid on time so that's why never let your child here.

Hi, when I moved to my new house I had bought a carpet from Ethan Allen in Milwaukee, WI. The carpet that I purchased was
that of a top quality. They came and installed in my living room and in the other rooms except the kitchen of course. It stayed well for almost a year. I was really happy with the carpet and the tallation. Then just before it could complete a year it all started buckling up. I called them up immediately to complain about the carpets. They told me they could do nothing. I had to call the installers. They had guaranteed their installation for 2 years and not even a year had completed.
I called the installers and they came on time and they stretched the carpet for free, only because it was under warranty period. After a year the carpet started giving problem again. It started buckling again. It was out of warranty now. So I thought it was ok if I called another dealer now coz calling them again made no difference. So the other dealer that came said that the carpet shouldn't be buckling up like that and that they have given me a defective piece.
I then called Ethan Allen as the other dealer told me to, to tell them they might have sent me a defective carpet. I told them that the carpet was still under warranty as the warranty period was five years. They told me that they will do nothing because the carpet was stretched.
I had called the installers and asked them to fix it how ever they could just because Ethan Allen had told me to. That is what they told me then now they are telling that I should have called an inspector and got it checked. They are not ready to help me. I will never make the mistake of doing any kind of business with Ethan Allen.

One of my friends also owns a Subaru. He loves the Subaru we were waiting outside Russ Darrow checking out stickers and prices for about 15 min. we thought some one would come out to assist us. But no not a soul came out of the showroom. While we were talking I seen two sales reps standing and looking at us but they did not bother to come out and assist us. I told my friend lets leave and go somewhere where they are bothered about their customers. I decided to go to another dealer. I then went to a Subaru dealer. I have always got good service there. There they treat me like a customer a loyal customer. Though it was so cold a rep came out and assisted us and I bought a car from there.

Hi, last week I had gone shopping so I had stopped at Hardee's to have dinner as it was getting kinda late. I seen a nice salad it looked quite tempting so I ordered it when I got it, it did not look as good. The veggies in that looked a little on the spoiled side.
I kept all the veggies that looked spoiled aside and began eating lettuce. Then I noticed that the lettuce were brown in color. I could not eat them. The veggies were all rotten and a thick fluid had been formed at the bottom of the dish coz of the rotten veggies.
I could not believe this happened to me in Hardee's. I was a regular customer. This was the first time I faced a problem there. It is really disgraceful. I will never return to Hardee's not in this life time for sure.

Hi, I want to complain about Mc Donald's in Kenosha, WI. I had gone to see my friend and after we left her place on the way back home as we were driving, we started feeling hungry. So we stopped at the Mc Donald's. We got in and had to wait for sometime to get seated. After we were seated it took almost 30 min to order our food. After that we had to wait for 15 min for our food and when it arrived on our table it was cold.
Even when we were eating, we seen employees just standing around when there were many people to wait on. This is totally nacceptable. I have been going there for years now; never had I come across such horrible food and such poor service. We used to love to go there for our meals. I did not expect this from them. We will not return there again. What a shame!!!

Hi, I had gone to Best cuts in Elm Grove, WI. I had gone there to get a trim. I was getting a lot of split ends so I just wanted to get rid of them. I entered the salon and there was a stylist sitting who was doing nothing she looked up at me and continued what she was doing. I signed up and waited to be called. She then took hardly any time to trim my hair.
I was wondering I know she had to only trim but how she was done so fast. I paid her and went in my car. The first thing I did after getting in my car was I looked at myself in the mirror. I did not like the cut at all. I could still see the split ends. I had to sop at another salon to get the cut right. I would have gone back but she was in a hurry to finish with me and was also complaining that she had a head ache and people kept coming now that was really foolish. I had to spend around $40 for a $15 haircut. I will never return to this salon. You will not get good results here. Your hair will look worse than what it did before you got a cut.

Almost three quarters of the bag was broken!

This complaint is about Rold Gold Pretzels in Wal-Mart in Ashland, WI. I had bought some of the rold gold pretzels from this place. I bought the holiday kind. I bought one bag for my nephews they loved it. When I checked the bag almost three quarters of the bag was broken. There were small pieces left in the bag. Very few were full pieces. I was very dissatisfied, coz this was the first time out of all the times that I faced a problem purchasing pretzels.
I went back to complain. They told me they could do nothing because I had opened the bag. They suggested buying another bag.
I did not agree coz they are not supposed to sell stuff like this. I was very disappointed coz of this. I will not stop buying their products coz I really love them. I will surely let them know about their damaged products and request them to take care that this does not happen again.

Hi, I had ordered for sandwiches from Big 10 Subs in Janesville, WI. I had placed the order around 8.15 in the night. I asked her how long it would take she told me that they don't usually take orders at this time but this would be their last order for the day coz they close at 9.00pm. She told me that it would take 45 min to deliver. I told her that's when they close. She told me not to worry and that she would get it delivered as one of the employees stay near by. At 8.45 I called to see whether I would get it. The girl on the phone said that the sandwiches were ready but they cannot find it, it must have fallen off the counter. I asked to speak to the manager and she said that she was the manager and that nothing could be done now. She said it was time to close down.
I then asked her for the owner of the restaurant she told me that he was not in and asked me to call on the next week. I have faced this problem many times here. This is not good service at all. I will never order from here again. I wasted my time here. We had to order from another place we were all hungry and had to wait for so long till we got our food all because of Big 10 Subs.

I had gone to Applebee's last month with my boyfriend. We were seated quickly; we did not have to wait for long. We were given our menus soon. We were only two of us. The waiter came and we placed our orders. She was very polite and spoke well. After that is what irritated us. After placing our orders we had to wait for around 50min. we called the waitress and asked her what was going on. She told us that she had lost our order. I was frustrated coz we were very hungry and they had not yet got our order.
She apologized and said that the manager will be coming to speak to us. We waited there for almost 3 hours. The manager should have done something about it. What we did wrong was we did not make a big scene. He thought we were ok with it.
C'mon who will be ok with staying hungry for so long?
