I can't see it taking over 6 months to get the refund I still have not received.

Upon receiving a similarly situated letter/check (although the amounts differ, the claim number does not, nor do the addresses), I immediately was suspcious. I suppose that like the OP, I am just not lucky enough to actually have something like this happen to me. Here's what I've found so far (opened letter less than 12 hours ago):

I have already contacted the local FBI office, and an awaiting a call back. I am very tempted to go to my bank, open a separate account, deposit this check, and let the whole process run its course. Depending on whether the FBI or my bank take me seriously, I may go to the media with this. I am gonna bury these bastards. If they got me all excited that I may have won (but like I said, I'm never that lucky) some money, then I feel justified in hunting them down. It's across state lines, and it involves more than $500...it's FBI territory, it's check fraud, and it's wrong.

Is There Nothing that We Can Do About this Scam?

I recieved a postcard in the mail that stated i was qualified for a grant. After i called everything sounded really nice besides the fact that they were going to take 349.00 out of my account. Since i am a full time college student and a full time factory worker i fell for it. I really could have used the extra cash for several things. A while later i recieved a booklet in the mail that i had to feel out and mail back in. After i mailed the book back in i never got contacted. I on many attempts tried to contact them. Finally one day i got through. I told the lady that i just wanted my money back because it was taking too long and i hadnt heard anything from anyone. She insisted that i should be contacted in the middle of Feburary with a grant offer, and then my check would be deposited in my bank account. I still havent heard anything and not only that but the number that i use to call always gives me a busy signal. I think that these people should be severely punished. There are many hard working people out there just like me who earns everything we get and seem to never get a break. When we do think that we are finally getting one it always turns out to be some sort of disaster. I am willing to fight and do whatever it takes to make sure that these people get caught and we get brought to justice. If anyone out here wants to see if we can get together a support group and try to push forward with this on more legal terms just contact me in some way!

I have entered into a 4-year non-cancellable lease with A-1 Leasing, who tolled me , that it was my "once in the life time opportunity" to change my life and become independantin my finance life. Being 6 months pregnant at the time had pushed me toward signing that lease.I really needed to work from home after delivering the baby.
But my intence studing, loading the product images to the website and spending mo then $500 on advertisement didn't give any results at all. I haven't sold a single item, due to the huge competition. I understand now that only people who were the first ones to start their busnesses on Internet are or were making money. Now it is practically impossible.
So, these companies(A-1 Leasing and Startup Essentials) look for people with no experience on Internet to trick them to sign there 4-year "non-cancellable " lease, and send them the laptops, that eventially stop workingand you have to send them to get fixed(Personally I didn't need a laptop,Ihave my personal computer, but they still send you one to have more compromise on you, when you want to cancell the lease).

Since you paid through paypal, you likely have a way to get a refund through them. If you paid by credit card, you have even another line of defense. They have entire departments dedicated to solving the problems you are experiencing. I had a similar problem with a Milwaukee based company and my credit card company figured it all out for me. I'd suggest you investigate through your credit card first and then go through paypal. They are there to help make shopping easy and safe... so good luck!

Clarification on your bad experience

I'm sorry to hear of your poor experience with your IRA. From what you said, it sounds like you were invested in some form of an annuity (variable or fixed). What you encountered wasn't a scam by MetLife, but in fact the normal surrender fees that are part of all annuity contracts. If you made more than one deposit into your account, each of your deposits had to go though a waiting period ( I think you said 7 years on yours) before it was completely free of surrender penalty.

Your agent made a mistake (intentionally or not) when quoting you that your IRA was free of surrender. When you made additional deposits into your account, he is supposed to let you know if your new money has a surrender fee or not, so you can determine if it makes sense to put more money there. I would suggest that any claims you have should be made against him directly. Advisors have insurance for this sort of thing, so you should be able to get back anything that you were charged. If you work with the other agent that was assigned to you, MetLife may even reverse the charge for you, since you said that your agent made false claims about the surrender charges. Good luck!

Southview Loan Services - RUN AWAY! THEY ARE A LOAN SCAM!

I applied online with them and was told that I was approved for a $5000 loan. Since my credit isn't the best, they said I would have to send in $900 as "collateral". That should have been my first red flag, but I honestly believed that they wanted to help me.

A guy named David called after I sent the money, and said that the lender had audited my file and they were requesting an additional $900. Like a stupid, I sent in the additional money. THEN he called and said the lender had "backed out of the loan, but had given no reason"!

He told me I would have to wait for a refund until the lender's pay out date which is suppose to be March 8. This David who is their customer service manager (yeah right) is a complete jerk who will hang up on you if he doesn't want to answer your questions. I am now out $1800, and I am really behind on my bills now. I am obviously way to trusting of people, believing that they would really do what they said.

If I can help even one person avoid this lying, scaming company, it will be worth it.

HUGE shipping costs for coffee

We mistakenly signed up for SeattleDirectCoffee. Our first shipment was to come with a free coffee grinder. Since we'd had good luck w/ Gevalia, we decided to trust SeattleDirect. Big mistake. Our original order came as ordered, but the charge on our credit card was far beyond the expected price, as the shipping and handling fee was $20, more than enough to pay for shippping, handling, and the cost of the grinder.
We immediately called and cancelled. A few days later we received another package of coffee...only this time we were charged $34 for one pack of coffee....huge shipping and handling charges again.
Again we called to cancel...that was about 2 weeks ago. Today we received another shipment of coffee and are dreading yet another huge charge being added to our card.
Do NOT sign up w/ this company.

Buying a Panasonic product is a decision I deeply regret.

On September my new digital camera, a Panasonic arrived. Six weeks later I had to hand it in to Digital, the company that repairs Panasonic Products. The lens unit broke. A complaint that is apparently quite common for this type of camera. I have found several other people who wrote about the same complaints and they ran out of this particular spare part, so it had to be ordered from Japan. And I am still waiting. The camera has now been in repair for much longer than I have owned it. I will not be able to make any pictures over X-mass because the camera will not be repaired by that date. And since Panasonic and Digital kept telling me the camera would be ready by next week for about two months, I did not buy another one. Buying a Panasonic product is a decision I deeply regret.

ANYTHING Maytag is very disappointing.

I purchased an entire house full of new appliances from our local Maytag Direct. By full house I mean, waterheater, washing machine, dryer, deepfreeze, refrigerator, sink disposal, dishwasher, and stove.
Out of the 8 products we bought we have now had problems with 6. They had to do repairs on the dryer before we moved in, in December 2005, because upon installation it won't work. They had to repair the seal on the deep freeze, also upon installation and before we moved into the new house. The sink disposal (not grinding) and oven hood had problems in April of 2006. They did the first repair of our refrigerator in May 2006 after we had a full refrigerator of food spoil because it lost its Freon, and finally had to replace the refrigerator in July 2006, when it lost Freon again. We were home and able to save the food this time. We also had the water heater igniter go out, in August 2006. Now in 2006, the igniter has gone out on our stove and even after a HUGE purchase of appliances, and repair of 6 of the 8 of them. Their response to crappy product was that we didn't purchase the "extended warrantee" they were trying to foist on us, so too bad. When trying to speak with their customer service I was told, supervisors don't talk to people and neither does anyone else. Buyer of ANYTHING Maytag is very disappointing. I was of the opinion that Maytag appliance were meant to last decades, only to find that two years is just too much to expect.

I don't believe that people have nothing better to do than down talk companies. Everyone has bad experiences and bad days but to go out on a limb and say 'don't buy from here' or 'don't buy this or that' is just absurd. Come on now people I purchased a rather expensive refrigerator from Sears (The Great Indoors) two years ago. At the beginning of December 06, it stopped working. I purchase a refrigerator from Sears Hardware around 4 weeks ago. I was told I would receive free delivery. As the sale closed I found out the free delivery was really a rebate form that I had to submit and then get reimbursable check. Even though rebates can be a pain, I thought it was ok since the salesman simply said I needed to send in a copy of the receipt and the filled out rebate form. I followed the instructions on the rebate form which state the required information needed for rebate is: "Rebate form and rebate receipt." That is what I submitted. To my dismay, I just received a letter from Sears explaining that I didn't send in the required information to receive my rebate, which is untrue. And to make matters worse, they kept the information that I sent to them making it impossible to re-evaluate what I had submitted. So, I tried to call the number they supplied for questions, and no one ever picks up the phone. I have called several times during their business hours as stated on the rebate form and I don't even get a voicemail or operator. The letter then states that if I don't send in the required information in 14 days my request will be invalid. Even though it was for only $85.00, I expect the company to follow through with what they say and not look for every little loop whole to make it impossible for me to receive a reimbursement for product purchased. Sears will never be able to compete with Wal-Mart, and Home Depot because these companies have learned the valuable lesson of treating their customers with respect and great customer service, i.e., no hassle return policy. Companies that cling to antiquated notions of fighting for every last dollar with a customer are losing the battle. Customer loyalty is priceless! I am extremely disappointed in Sears! I have purchased many things from them in the last year and I will no longer shop there because I feel they ripped me off hey everyone, lets boycott "this and that" because sears or whoever wouldn't break policy for me, and lets watch all the companies that have been around for decades that we know and trust disappear because we are all selfish.

I want to express my dissatisfaction with the Home Depot Rebate Program. I went to the paint area to purchase paint. There were two sales assistants working the area. The one assisting me was mute and unable to communicate beyond a few grunts and had difficulty understanding my entire request. When I asked the other assistant for help he responded that he was "busy cleaning up and could not assist", I then asked could he not simply answer my question wherein he responded, while "cleaning" in the exact same area that I was in, that "he could not be in two places at once". I then asked to speak with a manager and was told that I needed to go to Customer Service. At Customer Service Assistant Manager "Wendy" was paged. After waiting several minutes a person who looked like she might be employed by Home Depot passed by me. After several more minutes this person passed by me again and went to the Customer Service desk and spoke with the person who paged her. She then approached me, and without identifying herself, asked if I needed help. I responded by asking her had she not noticed me standing there when she first passed by. She stated that she had but she wanted to address the person who "said what they said to me before they left and did I still need help?" I told her yes that was why I was at Customer Service and that I would have expected her to acknowledge my presence before speaking to the attendant. She told me that she was now ready to help me. As we turned to walk toward the paint center she abruptly stopped and said "Wait I forgot something" and walked away to assist another customer waiting in Customer Service. At this point I went back to the initial person in Customer Service and stated that I wanted to see a Manager and not an Assistant Manager and was told that Wendy was the only Manager on duty. After another five minutes Wendy came back all smiles and said "I am ready to help you now". This is my third time at this particular Home Depot and each time the customer service has been dismal.

I want to complain about Cakes N Things that is located in Chenoa, IL. This is the worst company I have come across. I had placed an order here for kids candies and a cake for my son. It was his 8th birthday. He was real excited. They took all my information and also my credit card information. After that the next day I received a confirmation email form them regarding my order. I had made all the preparations for the party.

After 3 days I got a call from these people saying that my order was cancelled when I asked why they said that they did not have to give me any reason for it. I was shocked for a moment. How can they do something like this? This without a doubt is the worst scam I have come across. Here you lose your money and you know you are not getting it back and your order has been cancelled and they are not ready to tell you why. I mean this absolute crazy. I was talking to one of my family friends and she too told me that she had the exact same problem with them so all you future customers beware.

I am left with unanswered questions

This company has attempted to take 149.00 out of my checking account two times called the 1-800 numbers and was told all of my personal information that I did not give out in the first place. I don't know how they managed to do so? They told me to file a police report if I dispute the charges. Then they said if I was lying, charges would be brought up against me? I guess everybody who has filed their complaint in scam club is lying then. I was given a cancellation number and to make sure the representative repeated it three times to me. Being that they taped the conversation they have the phone recording on file. I called back to get an e-mail confirming the cancellation and I was told they don't do that. So do you mean I have to go by the number they gave me over the phone? What kind of business is this? I was very upset. I spoke to someone totally new the second time I called and do you know they gave me a second cancellation number! How do you get two numbers for one cancellation? Something is seriously wrong her. All I know is that, I want my money back and my overdraft fees taking care of as well. If this complaint was not valid, then everyone else on this website is liars. Where am I caught please can any one help me? I am left only with various questions which are not answered.

Hi, I remember as a kid my family had gone for a vacation to Wild Bill's Camping Ground in Deadwood, SD. Of course I was there too. I really enjoyed my holidays there. So last summer I decided to take my family for a vacation to the exact location let them enjoy and refresh old memories. I called them up and made reservations there. After I made the payment I received a confirmation from them regarding the same. My family and I were really excited.

A day before we could leave when we had almost finished packing I received a call from them and I was informed that they were very sorry that they had rented the cabin we booked to someone else earlier. They told us that we would not be able to stay in it. I got angry and told her that I made the payment and had already received the confirmation for it. she told me that the other party already moved in and would be there for quite some time and that she could do nothing about it.

So all you prospective customers listen up if you want to enjoy your holiday and not have everything end before it even started then please do not make reservations here.

My daughter had sever pain in her tooth which had aroused suddenly, so I called up for the appointment but it seems that I would take a week for the appointment, but what about the pain? I was given some pain killers on the phone as i had no such medicine at home I had to run to the doctor to write prescription so that the chemist provides me with the medicine. For which I was charged. Any ways the appoint day arrived and according to the timings I reached on time but was asked to wait and that waiting was for 30 minutes. Insipte of the appointment I had to wait. They're just too expensive dentists. They maxed out my daughters' insurance allowance in the year of $2000.00, and then on top of that I have to pay well over $1500. However, the jobs were not done well, my daughters got infected and came back several times, whenever I take them in, they charge for another set of money, so far, I have spent almost $4000 for them without anything done on my daughters. So, think twice before you want to go this office, unless you don't know what to do with your money, then you can go here to waste your money here. What a money headed doctor.

Hi, this complaint is against Iberia Tiles Corp which is based in Pompano Beach, FL. I had bought tiles from there and had a contract with them to get it installed too. They had to remodel my bathrooms too. They gave me an estimate of around $20,000. I agreed and went ahead with the contract. I thought I could trust them but I was absolutely wrong.
They came late and started the work. They made a mess out of all my bathrooms. My house looked like a dump. They stole my money and that is all I can say about them. They have not yet finished the job. My bathroom looks like it has been blown up. I have tried calling them many times but was unsuccessful. They have not returned any of my calls. They have taken all the money from me but I have not heard from them. Can some one please help me out $20,000 is a big amount and I can't afford to just let it go and for that matter no one will. I have worked with so many companies but have not come across such a fraudulent company. PLEASE HELP ME!!!!!!!

I went to www.bestbuy.com and clicked on the link to fill out an application for a Reward Zone Master card and read all the little fine print links they had. There was all the normal jabber about interest rates, billing cycles, over the limit charges, late fees, etc and where it says Annual Fee it clearly says none in bold letters. Not maybe or perhaps or it depends. It says none. My card arrives just in time for Christmas shopping, so I went to best buy and rack up a few charges and a tank of gas. When my first bill arrives, it has a charge of $59 for Annual Fee. I called and emailed customer care, and all they can do is give me the run around, and lots of apologies, but they insist the website warned me there is an annual fee for the card! I ask for a supervisor, she tells me to email her a link to this imaginary web site so she can see what I'm talking about, I told her to go to www.bestbuy.com and just click on the link, and she told me that she has no access to the internet so I asked her How can you check your email to see the link, if you have no internet? Again, more run around, and constant apologies, and a firm resounding the annual fee is non-refundable, you should have read your disclaimer when you filled out the application. Oh what a pathetic company its nothing but a headache.

About 10 years ago when I was an AOL user a friend told me about bps software and a program that they make called power tools. Before ordering and paying for the software I called them and asked them about upgrades. They said they were free. I asked if I upgrade my AOL software would I need to pay again for the software. They said no. sounded quite convincing. When AOL upgraded there software I tried to upgrade power tool and couldn't. I called them and was told that the new version of power tools was not considered an upgrade but new software and I would have to pay for it again. The guy I was talking to smugly said that he had the code for my upgrade and I would never see it. I have never bought anything from this company again. The reason I am putting this up now is I drive by a building with the bps logo on it yesterday and thought about this. I would never trust this company again. I think we all should get together and take a class action against them.

I am warning you against this company who manipulates to earn more through wrong means. Let me tell you exactly why I say so? I paid House bank off to Midland collection agency in 2004. I settled this account with them. I thought I was finished with them. I got a letter in the mail box saying that I now owe ers for the same account I paid off in 2004. I called Midland and ask them about this account and they told me that it was paid off already. I got a copy of my credit report; it has that it was paid on 1 of my credit report. The other credit report shows that I still owe this. I called them to ask them about this account they said they sold it to a collection agency called midland. Midlands now said that the account was paid in full with a settlement which was not reported on my experience credit report. I was trying to buy a car and this is showing that I owe a debt that is not owed to anyone on this. I again warn you that never go for them.

I have no hassles with the working of the product but trust me the manipulation used with the customers to purchase it is awful in other words Kirby is an outstanding vacuum cleaner, but the sales tactics used are deplorable. We agreed to one of those free carpet cleanings and had a salesman come to the house. After the impressive demonstration we agreed to purchase a G6. After finding out that out credit was not quite good enough for the G6 the salesman said he could offer us a factory reconditioned model from the previous year at a savings of $500 compared to the G6. We agreed on the stipulation that it be 2 things, clean and warranted. I was shocked when what arrived was a vacuum that looked like it came right from someone else's house. It was filthy, dirty and was not clean already the stocker was having the waste matter. Since I did not have the state of mind to verify such things, he put it in under the original contract with the G6 crossed out but for the same price. Kirby's are warranted by name, so you don't need it in writing, but come on people. I paid the same price as new for 2 year old used vacuum that I had to scrub clean myself before the wife even saw it. Yeah they suck pretty well, but not as much as the salesmen. Buyers beware. Don't trust these guys.

ordered a $1.97 CD and about a month later I was mysteriously charged $39.95 from pmkeywordsuccess.com and $49.95 from pmfastauction.com. I would guess that I was automatically entered in their website as a member with a reoccurring charge, although I did not request that. Ironically it happened with another site that was very helpful and refunded my money and cancelled the membership. Not so with info@maltuzi.com. These folks do not provide contact information on both of their websites, and the provided phone number that was also on my bank statement, is no longer valid. I was able to find their new phone number which I called on and heard a short recorded message telling folks to email info@maltuzi.com for disputes. I did. It is my experience that when they are this evasive for even the basic requests, they are up to no good when combined with all of the other complaints and redirects I have seen. Things are right in front of you all, think twice before using them.

His policies are short sided and not in the better interest of the client. Do not use The Clear Solution; they only do more damage in the end. Let me tell you why I am saying so. I called on the Clear Solution floor care company to strip, wax and finish the floor in our medical office. Before they would do the job they asked for the check up front. Upon inspection the next day the floor looked terrible. Fibers, dirt and bits of the old wax were waxed into the floor. Wax on our cabinets, equipment, and floor base. And signs of the old wax still existed in the form of chair marks, lab wax and so on. i called them next morning, the owner of the company and left a message on his voice mail to contact us. But he never called back; finally we were forced to cancel the check written to him. Four days later he called us and began to make threats of law suits and refused to come and inspect the floor! After many calls back and forth with much anger he agreed to look at the floor. He pretends to see nothing wrong but agrees to redo the job. We agreed to pay for the materials in addition to the original price driving the cost of this job up another $250.00. We scheduled a day for the job but because one person preferred to speak with wasn't in town he cancelled by no call - no show and turned around and sued us in small claims court forcing us to pay $740.00 to him for a job he did badly to begin with! Now we have to hire someone else to once again strip and wax our floor to repair the damage done by The Clear Solution floor company. Trust me this company is awful.

As we both are working and have to do over time usually we never get time to clean the house so I appointed this company for a clean up, believe me they are not punctual at all. On this date pro clean came to our house 2.5 hrs late. They then tried to charge us $200 when we were quoted $39 and had a coupon to show. The problem was corrected; however, I am sure many other people have fallen for it. It was used with the bully tactic that they would not get the furniture clean without charging for the extras. I think they don't understand what is cleaning called, if I appoint any one for cleaning then why should any one leave options? They then used our personal equipment to mix unknown chemicals with; this was unknown to us until the tech was leaving. We only caught this on accident because we thought he left his scoop behind, however it was our scoop and is use to make food and coffee with. I have no material safety Data Sheets on this product. My family was in danger of unwillingly consuming unknown Chemicals. At this point I called the person in charge and told her not to process the payment, she assured me they would not, and the manager would call. But no phone calls. On another day some one else called and said we were out of line and if we stopped the payment she would continue to Charge our card even though it was unauthorized. The owner then talked to me and began trying to intimidate me and swearing at me calling me names. I hung up; he then called back twice after I told him not to call my home and did the same. I then checked our account and it had been charged. They are nothing but bundle of cheaters who are minting money from people.

Recently I had a salesperson from this company come to the house and demonstrate their product, it worked well and I thought of many uses I could find for it. I agreed to buy a large container of it for use. What I got for $38.00 was a small quart sized bottle. The salesperson dropped it off when I wasn't home so I couldn't refuse the product. I called the next morning after purchase to their office and was told that even though their written policy on the back of the sales receipt stated that refunds would be given in full if not satisfied within 10 business days I was told that I could submit my request, then I would receive a letter with questions from the company, then if they determined based on my answers that I was entitled to a refund I would get one sometime after that. Not within the 10 days it stated on the receipt. I asked why and was told this is how the owner does it. I repeated the written policy and was again told, there was nothing she could do about it I would have to write my letter and send it in first. I said that they had not cashed the check and it wasn't even 24 hours post sale I have 3 business days according to their written policy to return the item and get a full refund, and could they simply stop by or give me the number of the local distributor and we could swap check for product. The girl said no.
So I decided that instead of dealing with them I would simply place a stop payment on the check, which is what I did. If they had said yes, you will receive a refund within x number of days or yes, that is our policy we will honor it, no problem, but to say, yes, even though you followed the policy, we're not going to puts a sour taste in my mouth so either way, now they aren't getting any money out of me! Not to mention the fact that what they are selling to you is not the products you receive! There are perfect scam artist stay away I will see to it that they are exposed in front of the public.

A client gave me a Sentry Safe for which he did not have the combination or keys. I tried and tried over a period of two weeks to get though to these people by telephone. Their toll free number is always busy with the exception of between 12 and 1 their lunch hour. Their non 800 number will ring about ten times and suddenly quit. They do not respond to emails either. After several tries I finally got a response to an email. The representative instructed me to get a notarized statement of ownership and fax it to them. I was also instructed to call back the next day to provide billing information. I followed their instructions and I am still waiting for the combination to be mailed to me. Since I have already provided the notarized statement and paid their fees I have once again tried to get through by telephone and emails. But bad luck. If you are looking at a Sentry Safe and considering purchasing it buy another brand there are many more giving the same? This company absolutely sucks you. If you are thinking about buying a Sentry Safe, Don't! This company has the absolute worst Customer Service Department of any company I have ever had dealings with in the entire United States.

I ordered an ATT Wireless Phone over the internet, ATT double shipped the phone, and I refused one of the orders, and proceeded to use the phone that I kept, utilizing the one year contract that I signed up for. ATT started double billing me. I called them to let them know that they were double billing and that I only activated one phone and the other phone was refused and sent back. ATT quit billing me; after the year was up I went to venison wireless. Six years later Palisades Collections is trying to collect for the entire year of the phone I sent back and ATT wireless supposedly straightened out. This company is trying to collect a debt that does not exist. This is a Rip Off Company and they do report to Trans Union, Experian and Equifax. If you get contacted by in this company for a non-existent debt, run you credit report, report ATT Wireless and Palisades as fraudulent debt collectors. Do not let them ruin your credit score! Do not let them continue this bad business practice. I don't understand that they are running their business with wrong working and still no one has be bold enough to complain so that none other are their victims, but I will see to it that I expose them.

I was not aware of the so called company and nor about their stupid membership. Why the hell should I pay? After talking to them they did agree to cancel the membership within two days, but however, they refuse to refund the first month their customer service agent was so eager to get off of the line with me, but I forced her to put the supervisor on and he assured me it would be cancelled, but not before I made him explain to me how they obtained my information. He was vague, but the short answer was that I had clicked on some type of 20% rebate offer and agreed to their membership. I think they have a cookie enabled in some of these catalog websites and they steal your information. Watch everything you do when making any catalog orders. They are there waiting to get some information and then---, please beware.

I had no problem with my hair dresser but after I was told to come in and get my refund he said I would have to take my business elsewhere. Just think if Wal-Mart did that they would lose all their customers but Wal-Mart gladly refunds anything you are not satisfied with and still welcome your business. I would not recommend this Salon to anyone. Go where you are appreciated as a customer.

I purchased a brand new Natuzzi Leather chair which was hardly ever used and even if it was used it was used under normal household use and conditions. Its not even 2 years and it is already broken. The pins of the headrest broke away from the frame which I believe is the result of a faulty frame and shoddy craftsmanship combined with the use of low quality soft pine species wood as well as the use of cheap metal staples in construction. There is also a problem with the foam padding used in the construction - underneath the leather on both arm rests of the chair the padding has shifted underneath causing the leather to lay directly on top of the wooden frame and looks very unsightly, and makes the chair uncomfortable to sit in. This is not something one would expect to see from a high end Italian Leather Furniture Manufacturer as Natuzzi claims to be. I have tried to contact them about the problem but they are not ready to replace the chair and they tell me they will not repair the chair because the chair was not subject to normal household use, which is a complete lie. This chair is covered under Natuzzi's 10 year warranty for the frame. I have all my original sales receipts. Just wondering how many other people out there have had a bad experience with Natuzzi Leather Furniture. If such people had posted their complaints I would be saved from falling in to their scam.

I went to car hop to get a vehicle after my new car was repossessed. I received a ride from a friend who had to get some sleep for work that night. Unfortunately, I did not have enough time to inspect the vehicle, a 1995 Plymouth voyageur which seemed to run fine. About a week later, I noticed some leaking from the engine. I contacted car hop about this problem, and they have several shops around town. I thought that was good until I got the inspection. The mechanic said the engine was leaking in too many places, so he suggested replacing the engine with a new one. I thought it was okay. That was until the mechanic started to play games with me. 2 days passed with no transportation, relying on public transportation and barely enough money to get around, I was frustrated! After the mechanic replaced the old engine with the so called new engine, he told me to meet him at the shop, which I assumed that was were I dropped it off. That wasn't the case! I chased around the city trying to find this auto shop. The mechanic didn't even tell me about this location. I finally arrived at the shop, only to find that the new engine looked exactly like the old one. I am willing to bet that they didn't even touch it, maybe just a little cleaner than before. They replaced a couple of engine parts, which cost me $125.00. I could not believe this. Not only did they lie about the new engine, but they also have the worst customer service I have ever come across, they do not care about customers at all I will never do any business with this fly by night operation again. So would tell others to not do business with them.

The sign, however, has been down for at least six months. Anyway I parked there in a borrowed car because mine with the permit got into an accident. I had only parked there for about an hour before my car was towed by JJ Towing. I was unable to ask the apartment complex for a new permits because it was the weekend and there were no spots anywhere else. This is a moot point however as there was no longer a sign stating it was illegal to park there without a permit. On top of that JJ Towing charged me for two days of storage even though they towed it at 11PM and I picked it up at 11 AM the following day. This is ridiculous, JJ is abusing their power and someone else should be awarded the contracts for around Campus

Prior to moving from Utah to another state, I purchase a tow bar from U-haul that looked really good but didn't fit the vehicle. The bar road too low and was built improperly. I called U-haul and was given the usual run-around. I personally took the vehicle in and showed the manager the problem. Though the manager was sympathetically to my frustration he informed me that the sale was final and that it would even cost me for them to remove the tow bar, stating that any service outside of the written contract would cost extra. I ended up giving the $150.00 tow bar to Deserter Industries Charity and have since ridden my home of any proof of this frustrating transaction but I hope by posting my problem that others can benefit. I still blame myself for the problem to this day. I should have done my homework. So I only have myself to blame. U-haul makes good tow bars. I believe they even guarantee those, but if you are interested in an after market product other than a U-haul brand you should think again. Even if they sell the product. Do your homework! Or, just go somewhere else. I wished I was smart to check them on the internet I would not be scammed.

I placed 3 mares, one with a small foal in the care of Diana Becerra & Ed Testo in mid Nov.2006, buy the 14th of Dec.2006 the mare with the baby had died of starvation. The agreement was that they were to get the ownership of a 4th mare in exchange for the care of the 3 mares & the baby for 2 to 3 months. I also put approx. 400#s of grain & at least 1 1/2 tons of alfalfa hay as well as had given the cash money to help towards some local grass hay. Not once did they call me & say they needed more feed & never did they call me & let me know my horses were in critical condition. On Dec. 14th my mother stopped by & after that, I got a call that I had a mare down. I went there within 45 minutes as I was that far away, with in 20 minutes of seeing my mare down, I had called 4 Vets & was waiting for call backs. My mare died before any of the 4 could respond. I was then threatened by Ed Testo & his sister to remove my remaining mares or they would turn them out on the road. They are located close to where Brookdale/128th & 159th come together just west of 160th & Canyon RDs. Not a safe place to have hungry horses on the roadway. So I waited there until I could get a friend to come with his trailer & pick up my 2 mares. Because I had given them the 4th mare, I was not allowed too take her. I fear for this mare & the rest of the animals in their care.

I've been a customer of this place for several years. I have no complaints regarding their product but the customer service is awful, you can not rely on this company to send the order on time and through the way we want. I have spent probably at least $100 a month or more. Recently, an order didn't arrive. It was supposed to be sent through Priority Mail. I complained about the product not delivered and they took it serious and reshipped the new order. This reshipped order arrived. A long time later, the original order arrived which had not arrived was delivered; it was too late as it was send by regular mail and not by Priority mail. Now this has happened again. Only this time, they refuse to reship, refund, or make it right. They insist over and over that I contact the USPS with a tracking number. When I do, the PO says it's not a valid number. I know why. The BB.com jerks have sent the order first class again--not Priority. This time, it appears they even got the shipping address wrong. Their customer receptionist is extremely rude and condescending, blaming the customer. I am angry enough that I will do whatever it takes--legal action, whatever--to get my money back. This company is the worst at customer service I've ever experienced in my life. And they have lost a good customer.

In June I took my car to have it repaired to pass emission test, because it failed. After leaving it with them, they called and said it needed a new set of ignition wires and an oxygen sensor; said total would come to $346.00. I thought that was quite high, but I agreed to let them repair it because it needed to pass emissions and since it was within walking distance from my apartment, after they done the repair and I paid for it and took it through emissions. It failed again, although the mechanic assured me that it would pass when I paid for the service. I took it back and told them that it didn't pass and left it yet again with them. They said they adjusted vacuum leaks and cleaned the EGR valve and ran it through emissions and it passed. They even had me pay for the extra emission charge that they had to pay when they took it through. I was charged for a radiator cap exorbitant and a by-pass hose too was charged twice the actual price and the ignition wires again the double price oh don't ask? The Oxygen sensor. I then reported them to the Attorney General, and the Better Business Bureau, but neither one could get any results for me in the matter. Business insists that I requested simple maintenance and would not admit emission control repair. The Attorney General would not take the case although they are obligated to prosecute fraud cases, and the BBB determined that the company made a reasonable offer to resolve the issue but consumer would not accept the offer. The offer was that they were willing to repay only the $12.00 emission charge. I am posting this in the scam club so that you all are aware of their cheating skills.

I sell my items from SMC on EBay. After paying the cost for the SMC products, paying the listing fee for EBay, and then paying Pay Pal a percentage, there is no cash made. To top it off, because I believe the $7.00 drop shipping fee is too much, and the ordering site doesn't give you the option to enter different addresses for the various items ordered, so basically you do have to pay $7.00 for each item shipped. Then in addition you are charged a $2.50 service fee. So in order to avoid the fee and to gauge whether or not the fee is a hidden profit for SMC, I have opted to have my items dropped shipped to my house, and will mail each items individually. I listed about 200 items on EBay out of the 200 items thus far only 11 items have sold. I am sure I will lose money or break even. More than likely I will give SMC the boot as well. I agree I have seen the exact same items offered with SMC, at my local dollar store. I have also checked with overseas vendors, and the prices are cheap however they do require large quantities on each item. But I will do more research. The claim that you can make money at the flea market, most flea markets are already saturated with people peddling SMC, I refuse to force my family and friends to buy the items. Someone stated in a previous post that they inform you in the monthly letter that the item is "Out of Stock" that claim is not true. Before posting my items on EBay, I 1st verified that the item was in stock, and then offered it. However on 2 items that sold, when I went to order it at the end of my day I had everything in my check out, so when I refreshed my screen the items were out of stock. So I offered my customers a refund or a similar item. Luckily they opted for the later of the 2, now about the direct mail option, its kind of un professional to mail out a book with one name on it, and then have a little homemade sticker with your business name on it, that doesn't give the buyer confidence, so more then likely they will not order, especially with so much identity theft. So basically the investment put into SMC, will not yield a return. What to say??

Ashworth College promises to help a student whenever there is a problem, whether it concerns your school work or problems in general. Ashworth College offers a open book study program that is also available on line. Students who wish to contact the college for help regarding any study problems are asked to call or write the school. Final exams are to be submitted to a proctor, which makes no sense since this is a open book exam? Also, you have to pay an additional $20.00 for the cost of your sending the exam back and forth to this unknown proctor. They never return the calls. The staff is apparently understaffed with kids who answer the phone after the final frustrated repeat phone call. When you finally get a return letter of the problem that you submitted, it is written by a child. There is no concern for a student's welfare or help with any problems regarding your studies with Ashworth College. When I finally got frustrated and have had enough, I decided to finished my first semester with this college and transfer to a real college with real people who are interested in more than getting a check on time from there students. Unfortunately, as soon as I told Ashworth College that I want to transfer to a better college, they demanded full payment and threatened to report me to the collection agency immediately. It represents itself as a caring, helpful and dedicated distance learning college. Well, I never received any care, concern or help regarding my studies from this school. Ashworth College is only interested in how fast your check gets to them and how soon you will go away. They are nothing but money headed people who are only there for money, and money nothing bothers them except fetching money from students like us.

i went to economy lube for a simple oil change. I was told that my transmission needed to be flushed when it was already done 11 months prior and should have been covered under warranty by economy lube. Instead, the technician lied saying it was necessary and he didn't want to see me stranded on the side of the road. When asked a second time if it was necessary, he said yes. I'll tell you how many cars I see get stranded. Again, it was under warranty! He did this plus and engine flush, I did not witness any of this work being done and it only took approx 15 min. for all three services plus an oil chg. I was told the oil chg. would be free and was charged any ways. I was told it was taken off the chg for the engine flush, but after calling the Cambridge location to confirm the cost of this flush. This was a scam I was to be given the cost of the oil chg refunded, but never was. The CEO and president never did follow through on that. I drove out of economy lube and my car began shaking violently and the check engine light came on. I called a Hyundai dealer and they said economy lube probably put the wrong fluid in. Economy lube did change the fluid for free, but this was the worst experience ever. They have done this to others and it will happen to you too. Please don't go there they cant spare any customer.

I am a high blood pressure patient and to keep it normal I have to go through a course of medicine which cost me a lot. I work hard for my money, I am on all kinds of medicine. I need that refund. Sounded interesting and my husband called and spoke to the manager Herbal Marketing when he ordered the product with credit card in the tune of $207.95 for the first two month it would be shipped date two days after ordering to be sending via FedEx. 2 months passed and nothing so my husband called and got only recording. So I called during business hours with a recording from them that I should call during business hours or leave my number so I left the number. Then I called Tiffany and when she finally answered her phone I got this is my day off but I am going to the office to I am now at the office but my Manager is not back from lunch yet and I don't know what happen to your order but I will make sure that manager calls you back. But I never got a call back. A few days later I called again and got the manager on the phone giving me the information that the product got send with regular mail two days after ordering, he has to go to the post office to check out what happen, and he will call me back within 30 minute. Leaving so many messages I did not get a reply. Finally I did research on internet and Phone Company. There is no product with the name Herbal Smoke to quit this habit Or Company with the name Herbal Marketing, the phone number is a toll free number that cannot be traced. These people are frauds and criminals and prey on people that are willing to stop smoking and clean up there health. Never attend their phones to fall in to unnecessary problem.

I took my car to Alexander Suzuki because it had a torque converter vibration in it. It had about 1500 miles on it. I took the service rep for a ride and he felt it...told me to bring it back another day for the Suzuki tech to see. I did return, I received a call saying that Suzuki said I should drive with the overdrive turned off. I never heard of such a thing so I called Suzuki. Suzuki denied saying this and said they would involve the district manager. The District Manager contacted Alexander Suzuki and all of a sudden the email report to Suzuki said the car was functioning as normal. It seems neither Suzuki nor Alexander are willing to stand behind warranty. I have contacted two other large Suzuki dealerships familiar with the All Wheel Drive and they both told me that something is wrong and the car should not have a transmission shudder at 42MPH running 1800 RPM that disappears once speed is increased. I Suggest you avoid Alexander as a Suzuki dealer, never visit them.

The dental assisting program at Olympia College is a total joke. First off, when I sent an inquiry to Olympia College online to get more information regarding the program, they did not give me any information on the phone or mail. They insisted that I must meet with an admissions representative to get more information in regards to their Dental Assisting program. So I set up an appointment and met with an admissions rep. During the meeting, they stressed the fact that they were an accredited school and how important that was. The admissions rep. also said that although only a diploma was issued at the end of the program, at the completion of the program we would be prepared to take the test for certification. I told the rep. that I would consider attending the school and set up an appointment to meet with a financial aid rep. to see what kind of aid I qualified for. After I completed the paper work for financial aid I again met with them. Who told me I would start four days later. I explained that I could not start that soon; as I had job and also a child who I had to set up child care arrangements. But we agreed that I would start the following month. At home I did some research in regards to the qualifications for becoming a certified dental assistant. According to the American Dental Association to become a Certified Dental Assistant you would either have to graduate from a school accredited by the ADA, which they were not, or you would have to have worked two years full time in the field. At orientation I questioned this and was told that the ADA level of certification was a higher level of certification which is why it requires two years experience in the field. I later found that this information was not correct. So I started the program that following month. When you pay over $11,000 for seven months of school you would expect that you would be attending an organized school with educated and supportive staff. You would also be expecting the best education, but the things out here were different. In the seven months I think the instructor may have showed me 3 or 4 things. Everything that was learned in the class was learned independently or showed to me by other student. Tests were taken weekly and the answers to the tests were given before each test, making the program basically fool proof. In fact, there were a handful of students that only showed up to school for maybe an hour and came only on test days and still had an "A" average. This is also incorrect. Bottom line is I would never recommend this program even to my worst enemy. This program was a complete waste of time and money. You will only get ditched here.

Well I did not receive the books till now.

This is extremely ridiculous. I have tried contacting them on several occasions. I never got any one to speak to but left numerous voice messages. But I did not receive any reply form them. I never heard back from them. They seem to be the best till you order and do the payment after that they just disappear in thin air. You will never get tem again. I am surprised they are still in business. I have read a lot of complaints against them. Please stay away unless you wish to be scammed. They are the biggest scammers existing on this planet.

I tried to find out a phone number so I could speak to some one but they only have an email address and the only way of contacting them is by sending emails. That is of no help either. You get automated responses.

When I was surfing the net I found almost 100 complaints against them. I wish I had come across these complaints before I ordered from them. They did not give any of those users their money back and I don't think I will be getting it too. Finally one day I got a number but only got the machine and did not get to talk to any person. There is no way of contacting them directly. Please spare yourself the run around and don't order form them.

When I asked them why the extra charge they told me that they took for S and H but as far as I know they had charged me first only for the S and H. I let that be.

Then when I checked the book I received a very old book from which half of the pages were missing. I contacted them and told them the books state and I was told to return the book back. I returned the book back to them the very next day. They then informed me that this would take some time. I did not want to wait tat long so I told them to cancel the whole thing. They said that would cost restocking fees. I agreed. They then told me that the refund would take around 6 to 8 weeks. I failed to understand why because while taking the money they do it immediately, why don't they return it as fast? They have not yet refunded my money, not sent a new book and ignored all my requests. They are a scam. Buyers Beware!!!

I have had a lot of problems dealing with this fraudulent company. They just scam you in line one problem is not over that they begin the other one. When I was ordering for my books they promised me that the books will be in good condition some thing like above average. I thought that they knew what above average meant being teachers. The book they sent me was old. The pages were yellowing. There were water stains on the pages and there were library copies.

The next problem is that they charge exorbitant shipping charges like over $250 when the actual price is only $75. The books they sent me were not suitable for resale.

They are liars they say that they have fast shipping but that is just a big lie. They say that most of the orders are shipped the same day. This is not at all true. They first took a lot of time to get the books and then took their own sweet time to ship the books. I called them and complained to them that I was not satisfied with the books or their service. And plus to add to all this they do not have all the books that are listed on their site.

I recently attempted to purchase a Toshiba Laptop from PriceMad.com. After accepting payment, I received word that they had sold the same laptop to someone else and my order was cancelled. I was upset; however they offered a brand new laptop that was priced higher for the same low price I was going to purchase the first laptop at. They assured me that the laptop would be brand new from the factory. When the laptop arrived, the box was in perfect condition. When I opened the box however, the cables were all unpacked and scattered loosely in the box. The keyboard was warped and had numerous scratches, the CD/DVD player would not close and the monitor was operating at about half the brightness that it should have been. It was very clear this was not a new computer. When I contacted the company and informed them of the reason to return they told that I would be responsible for shipping costs, citing their return policy and th at they were losing money on my deal. I have no problem with their policy, except when they use it to punish me for their obvious negligence. I would highly recommend avoiding this company. They make promises that are clearly not true and then saddle you with the burden of paying for their negligence. After paying the cost to ship the laptop back, I checked the USPS website and confirmed that the package arrived and was signed for on Feb. 1. Unfortunately, I lost the postal receipt that had the tracking number. On Feb. 3, I decided to go purchase a new laptop from another company locally. When I arrived to make the purchase, my credit card was declined for lack of funds. I could not get in touch with anybody over the weekend, so on Feb. 5; I contacted Price Mad to inquire as to why my money had not been deposited back into my account. She denied that the package ever arrived and told me that I was out of luck without providing her with the USPS tracking number. On Feb. 6, I found the tracking receipt and called again. I asked if there were any updates. I made it sound like I had not yet been able to locate the receipt. She refused to talk to me without the tracking number. Then I disclosed the number and was asked to wait to receive my money. I believe this company had intention to keep my money and deny that they ever received their laptop back.

They are in the business of selling packages to consumers to restore hair to individuals suffering from hair loss. After my delivery I was facing the problem of hair loss, it was so severe that I was scared if not taken care off I would soon turn bald, so I decided to try this company, but the picture out here was different. They are promising to restore hair with laser treatments. I went to this company just to inquire what their company was all about. Before I walked out the door they high pressured me with promises of treatments that would restore my hair and also they included in their once in a life time offer. This wonderful package was 3,500.00. I was not allowed to go home and think about it or consult with my husband because this was a one time offer that was not ever going to be offered again. After 3 months it was plain for me to see their treatments were not doing anything for me and the hair systems they ordered were no more than factory made wigs there was nothing custom about them. The hair system was ordered twice and both times they were not as promised. I was never given scalp evaluations to see if I was making progress I was told this takes years sometimes and I bought a one year package! When I attempted to complain to the manager I was told to never enter the facility again and they would no longer provide me any services even though I had a one year contract. I had to sign on a letter stating I was terminating my contract with them. I have filed a complaint with the BBB so that I can at least get my hard earned money back. Trying them is fetching worries for your self.

After several calls and false expectations, I decided to cancel the order on Sept 29 and receive a credit back in a timely manner. The company was reluctant to provide me adequate information and confirmation of when I will get my refund. After several calls in Oct, Nov and Dec - i was told this will be taken care of after the 1st of the year(2007). I then continued to call 1-800-877-**** in January 2007 and then on 1/23/07 I was told by a customer rep(of which I found out the company sent the Customer Service dept to India). I know try to call the company and I get busy signal. I also send emails to the company and no response.

Then in Jan 2007, I was told it will be credited in 2 weeks. Then on 1/23/07 I was told it would be 15-20 business days. That day has passed and the company can not be contacted right now. I have contacte the BBB and the Attorney General's office to notify them of this criminal injustice that has occurred.

I placed my order on their website for my camera, and they sent me an email with a phone. I had to call to confirm my order. When I called, the salesman immediately started I see you didn't purchase the memory card, extended life battery, etc. He then became very aggressive with fast talk and ridiculously overpriced accessories. He had told me the items on the camera are not sufficient enough, and these needed to be purchased. After I refused several times, I told him I just want the camera. He then proceeded to tell me that the camera I was purchasing was refurbished, and a new camera was $90 more. I replied by asking him why there's no indication of this on their website at all, and I was told that what did I think I was getting a low price. For what? The sales receptionist got very rude from this point in. He offered to give me a new camera for the same price if I buy the $90 battery. I asked him how I would be assured that the camera I get is new considering the misleading information up to that point. He was clearly upset at that point, told me I was wasting his time, and said he will cancel the order. I went back online to see if this had happened to anyone else, and I found tons of the same experiences with other consumers. Some resulting in fraudulent charges to their credit cards after they canceled their order. I immediately went to my bank to cancel the card so that it doesn't get that far in my situation. Be AWARE when buying extreme discount items online like this as I found there are many other companies who do the same. All this resulted as I was searching for a digital camera and everyprice.com offered different sites with different prices, and digitalexpo.com was the lowest by far, just because of the low price attraction I had fallen into this pit.

I have a very bad texture of my hair and they are very wavy. I always longed to have straight hair and even tried straightening it but they remained only for 2 hours and again the same. I had paid a lot of money for straightening and I was also charged a little more than normal as it was quiet a time consuming job and very difficult to straightened my hair, but it was not at all in use, the occasion in which I wanted to have this style hair started looking pathetic after 2 hours, the beautician said that they are so wavy that its difficult to keep them straight for long time and therefore I decided to buy this straightened so that it wont be expensive going to the parlor. So I recently purchased a pink corioliss straightener. I tried contacting Corioliss to give me a refund because I didn't like the iron but they will not answer any emails or phone calls. I paid with my credit card so I'm currently working with them to get my money back since the website does state that there's a 14 day refund period. I was jacked with this piece of crap don't ever purchase as it does not work the way it should be.

They also said that my money was refundable, if you wanted to cancel. I have yet to receive the packet and my money back. It has been 3 months now, and every time I call to tell them, they put me on hold and leave me on hold for about 1 hour and never return to the phone. This is nothing but a gang of cheaters who manipulate people's emotion, never trust them as they are the best scam artists available. I am ready to work on this matter if any one else is also the part of this scam.

My old mattress was damaged and was causing back pain so I decided to purchase a new one. I purchased a Memory Foam mattress on EBay in January 2006 for $449.00 plus $89.00 for shipping, Mattress was delivered vacuum packed and rolled into a round package. This summer I noticed that the mattress no longer had any memory. It turned into just being a big piece of regular foam. I contacted seller about the 10 Year Warranty and was told I would have to ship the entire mattress back, from Michigan to California so they can determine if it is a defective mattress. Then if it was found defective I would have to pay shipping back to my home. Now costing me at least half as much as I paid for mattress. I then asked if I received another defective mattress that would pay for shipping again. I was told I would have to. I viewed Sleep Shop old feedback and found another customer with the same problem. I have now noticed the same company selling on Overstock.com, should I contact them? This company is a fraudulent company who sends defective mattress and when complained they except the costumer to ship it back on their expenses.

I also have been victimized by in phonic. I bought a razor from buy.com with two $125 rebates that had to be submitted after having service for several months. Upon completing that term, I submitted all necessary paperwork to in phonic. Both submissions contained the same copies of the necessary paperwork and were mailed on the same day, together, at the same mailbox. They sent me emails, saying they received it, but one didn't have a UPC! The other appeared ok. After an email inquiry, they said that one was missing the UPC, and they other were missing a paid in full bill! Keep in mind, both submissions contained matching documents. I replied via email explaining that the documentation showed a paid in full bill, and also replied to their postcard with another copy of the UPC. For the record, the UPC was copied on the same page as the billing. Assuming this rectified the problem, I have been awaiting my rebate checks. Today, when I checked on the status, their new complaint is that their is a postmark error and that the bill needs to show a Zero previous month balance. At this point I replied that the submission was all correct from the start, and they are just ripping me off. They can rectify it on their own or I will just file complaints with the FTC, the BBB, Buy.com and finally my carrier for allowing even the remote association with such shady practices. And trust me in phonic, if I could find the time for this I can find the time to do all of the above and more. I found this site just by goggling that its an fraudulent company. I have written all this in the scam club to make others aware of their fraudulent actions.

I received a cashier's check for 4,600.50 because I was the luckiest person in the world to be selected to receive 60,000 USD for the purpose of corporate tax shelters with a company I had recently done business with. The 4,600.50 was going to cover fees necessary to process my file which would leave me with 55,400.00. Sounds good isn't it? I called the number right away and got a guy on the line that had a Caribbean voice and asked me to call back Monday. I was very Leary so I went online to try to find a website for this company and found none. I also tried reverse look up with their phone number and address but nothing. The cashiers check had a well Fargo bank listed and address so I called wells Fargo to see if the account number was valid and of course, it was not. I am also glad I found this website because there were other claims with similar stories and reading them helped me in deciding to file this scam and not cash check. I am royally fooled by these people, never let anything like this happen with you.

I placed an order for Arbonne products totaling $433.54 on 7/7/2005. Argonne has a published 45 day guarantee wherein orders can be returned for refund within that time period. I was unsatisfied with the products so I returned them on 8/4/2005, well within the 45 day period. I have the shipping information to prove that it was shipped and returned to Arbonne on 8/11/05. UPS tracking information shows the package was accepted at Arbonne on 8/11/05. The RMA number was printed clearly on the outside of the box and on the return form inside. Arbonne has ignored my repeated emails, phone calls, and letters sent via certified mail regarding this matter. I have sent them copies of the return form and the UPS tracking information that proves the merchandise was returned to them within the 45 day guarantee period. I have called them repeatedly only to be on hold for as much as 45 minutes at times, only to be transferred to other departments that cannot help me with this issue. I have even been disconnected after holding for ridiculously long times. I have never been treated so poorly by any company. Arbonne is a major scam and should be exposed in front of all the customers who are willing to buy their products.

Valentine day was coming closer and I decided to present the bouquet of flowers to my very special girl friend that had gone through a lot of miserable state, I thought this was the right time to get her out of the situation and have a nice time. My best friend convinced me to buy books online saying that it is much cheaper. So I searched for the books I needed and got them on Phatcampus.com. I added the books to my cart and I had got some code for free shipping I entered that and selected the name of my bank form the list. I selected the 3-5 days for shipping that is selected by almost everyone. I gave my credit card number and finished the process of payment and then after all that a message popped up saying that they will charge me $15 for shipping. I got pissed-off.

Then one week later I got a package in the mail form Phatcampus.com. The box felt apprehensively light. I then opened the box and found only one book that was in a shrink-wrap and it was stuck to the box. When I opened the wrap I found a CD that is supposed to be regarding the book totally cracked. And it also said that it was inspected which means that the inspectors send it through even though it was crushed.

I am tired of them and their lies. I have sent them numerous emails, but haven't received a reply to any of them. I doubt they will help me out in anyway. If they not going to do something my bank will they will reverse the charges for me, if I don't get a reply from them.

We get stuck coz we lose our money and we have to get the books because without them our teachers won't let us attend class. They are really heartless how can they do this to college crowd, crowd that is not earning enough to just let the money go. And for that matter any buyer. Hi, I had ordered for textbooks form Textbooksrus.com which is located in Columbus, OH. I paid for them through my credit card for which I was charged the very same day of the order. I got a confirmation form them regarding the order. They told me that the books will be delivered in 2 weeks.

I waited for that long but I did not receive anything. I tried calling them but to no avail. Then finally one day o got through and I was told that the order had been shipped and delivered they had the delivery confirmation signed by me. I was annoyed coz I received nothing and signed for nothing as far as I know I have only been waiting for the books. On September 06 we ordered a 1 Quick Injector electric cigarette injector for $175.00 from iamcheapest.com an importer of tobacco and equipment through our credit card. Our receipt shows it was paid through Student Approved Teachers Alliance in which we can not contact. We called Koppa cheapest several times only to get an answering machine telling us various versions of the shipment being held by customs and that they would be filling orders soon. But we never got our order. Now when you try to go to they web site you are directed to Big Daddy's site. The phone rings then hangs up. This is very upsetting and makes us very Leary of trusting doing business on the net we sure hope this person or persons are brought to justice and are never able to rip off folks again. Something should be done to stop this practice as it is nothing but a total scam. Their web site should be named as I am the scammer.

EPS Electronic-complete rip off!

I want a credit card machine on lease so I asked one of my friend regarding the same. He told me that he knows EPS Electronic who is providing the credit card machine on lease. So I decided to go for the credit card machine from EPS Electronic.
The very next day we leased a credit card machine from EPS and the contract we had was from EPS. Due to some reason we no longer accepted credit cards, so we returned the credit card machine to EPS, the address on the statements we received in the mail in July 2004 along with a notarized letter stating this fact. In October, we noticed that we were still paying lease fees. I immediately contacted them and told them the whole issue and they reply me back that we mailed it to the wrong place and that we did not lease our machine from them. On hearing this from them I was very upset and rudely asked them that why did it take so long to notice this? They reply me back that they only fix machines that we were not to return them to them.
I called the place they told me we leased the credit card machine but not anywhere in our paper work and they said we signed a contract for 4 years. At last I came to know that they have cheated me. So never go for anything from EPS Electronic as they are totally rip-off.

I bought an amplifier/receiver. It malfunctioned after just a few months. I was told to bring it in to the local Ultimate store for warranty service. I did bring this equipment and now after 3 months I haven't gotten it back. I have repeatedly talked with the sales agent and the "Ultimate Solutions" group. I had been promised a replacement when it was in for repairs over a month. This never happened. About a month ago, I requested a refund which again never happened. My last conversation was this morning at Ultimate Solutions department. They put me on hold, at great length, and I finally had no choice put to hang up the phone. I understand the problems I even talked to the local repair shop where it was sub'd out by Ultimate for warranty repair I also talked with another person. But all in vain. But, after 3 months without music, surround sound, etc at my home where does this leave me, as a customer? So far, I have been patient, polite and business-like in my attitude toward everyone with whom I've dealt with on this matter. Now, I am mad as hell and not goanna take it anymore. This company is shady please avoid them.

Products are garbage!

This company sells food products to people from the back of a truck at very high prices and claim that their products are restaurant quality. The packaging is very nice but the products are garbage. They do not state that when you purchase their products that you will not be able to get your money back but that they will gladly replace it with more garbage. When after three times of getting replacement garbage I contacted the BBB and they would not help get a money refund and they said that I was told that there would not be a money refund but in fact was told that their products were guaranteed. What good is the guarantee if their products are garbage? I am filing this report so that hopefully no one else will make the mistake of buying any of their products expecting to receive QUALITY products at such a high price and then having to throw those products away.

I had the worst experience in choosing this company for the furniture

After waiting for years at last my dreams had come true we had are own apartment. To turn the apartment into a beautiful home I bought a $2500 bedroom set and purchased the extended warranty. The furniture was delivered and we noticed that one of the pieces was damaged. The delivery guys told us to contact the company before the one year warranty expired and they would take care of it. We contacted Room store and they sent out a repair guy. He looked at the damaged piece and said that they would replace the damaged part. We were later contacted by Room store and they said that they would not fix or replace the damaged furniture. They said that although we were within the warranty time frame the damage did not qualify to be covered by the warranty. They tried to feed us a lot of carpentry/craftsman jargon. They refused to do anything to rectify the situation. The part that angers us most is that their delivery guys caused the damage and their repair guy said that it would be fixed or replaced. I had the worst experience in choosing this company for the furniture.

Got a card promising $5000. or more grant to come to me...free application, just call, wanted to help my Daughter out...thought this would be a good one...so called..all I had to do was to give them $299.97, and I would get a list of at least 1 grant...I took it line hook and sinker...in10 to 20 days I wold recieve a packet, answer all the questions and send it back...another 10 to 20 days I would recieve a list of grants...waited...call the phone number that they gave me to inform them did not recieve...and no answer...just thought it was because of all the snow, so waited a few days, called again and no answer...I know that three hundred is not much but it is alot when you need it...I just hope this will help stop these people...I want justice and want no one else have to do the things I have had to do...to make up for this money....and the bummer of it is that they are still calling people....a friend of mine got a call just today..and thank God I had told her about it just last night...

Would you believe he nearly fell for this!! Be AWARE!! She poses as a blonde/blue eyed model and her emails are as follows..

As I had been doing some surveys which paid in lottery tickets I thought this was genuine. He wanted more money so my bank manager told me it was all a scam. I tried to recover my A$38,000.00 without success.

The worst customer service, beyond what you can imagine.

I have been a loyal customer of dish for over 4 years. Here to for I have been pleased with the value and the way they handle customers. But, they must have finally outgrown good customer service. I was auto billed $149 for a premium package (which I did not order). Dish acknowledges that they auto charged me. I asked them to remove it. They said they would. A week later they call and demand payment or they will turn off my service. I tell them I won't pay for a package that I didn't order and then, they turn off my service. I have emailed them dozens of times and spoken to 3 different customer service reps on the phone who reiterates that there is nothing they could possibly do to correct the situation. I can't speak to anyone at dish that cares that they lost me as a customer because of 2 mistakes on their behalf. If you use this service, expect the worst customer service, beyond what you could imagine.

I have been an Adelphia customer for some time now and when it comes to your customer service level; I am always left extremely disappointed. My most recent experience came from my contacting your company regarding my "Premier" high speed Internet that again was not working well. My internet was running slow and it was not the computer – it was the internet. I work from my home and my income depends on my ability to be on the computer all day without slowing. I pay for "Premier" as an upgrade for faster speed. When the internet connection is weak, the programs I run lock up and do not function well. The technician checked my connection speed and it was minimal. She stated that maybe I should purchase a business account and then I would not be on the same "lines" as residential users. But I am a residential user and I pay for high speed Premier. If your company can not handle the volume, then you need to accommodate me – not the other way around. I should not have to pay even more money for the service I already should be getting. The technician then stated she would send someone out, but that it would be the next afternoon. It was 11:20am and I stated, "Why can not someone come out today?" I explained that it affected my income and how much I was losing by simply having to call Adelphia. The technician "Sharon", then stated, "Well, if you had a business account, then we would send someone out the same day. As a residential customer, I can not do that." This baffled me. I had explained the need for me to be able to work. I am a long standing customer and I pay for Premier Residential. So, the bottom line is, I have to pay MORE of MY money to Adelphia to respond to ME faster when THEY have caused ME to lose MY income due to THEIR TECHNICAL ISSUES. I told the technician, Darlene, that I would be shopping for another ISP. She laughed. I asked to speak to her manager. She laughed again. The "Manager" took over the call, calmed me down and told me that she would have someone to my home today. THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I was given a 1-5pm time frame. I waited for them for 4 hours. No call – nothing. I again called your NO SERVICE number to be told "We just don't know what happened but the local office simply did not send anyone out."

Blockbuster will carry foreign films, but not Rocky II-V, Isn't that strange...

I figured I would write a more legitimate complaint than my last one about Blockbuster not having an adult video section in any of their stores.
First of all, Blockbuster doesn't carry ANYTHING on VHS anymore; everything is on DVD, so if you don't have a DVD player, you're screwed. But now to my main point. I recently became interested in the Rocky series after seeing the movie Rocky Balboa at the theatre. So I check with not one, but THREE different Blockbusters in the area, and they only carry the first Rocky film. What about II-V? It's not like those were low rated, forgotten films either. Blockbuster will carry foreign films, but not Rocky II-V? Doesn't make sense. Oh well, it doesn't matter anyways because many people, including myself, have decided to just check videos out at the library for FREE

I had warranty parts send to me from the state of Washington on December 22 2006 to the Island of Curacao in the Caribbean. I chose to send them by courier (DHL was the only one available) so I would receive them ASAP and paid 60.00 dollars for this service. To begin with my package went to the wrong country. It went to Brussels in Belgium, and then managed to find its way back down south to the wrong Island of St. Martin. Finally it went back to the United States, Ohio where it was re-routed to the correct destination. It arrived in Curacao on January 2nd 2007 where today January 5th it still sits. Today is exactly 2 weeks that the package left for Curacao. I am so, so very frustrated with this lousy service and extreme lack of interest. When I enquired about what they thought about refunding my hard earned money because of this error, I was directed to some other division where the mistake is apparently in a computer system. Wow, thank you so much. This really sooths my pain and certainly solves all my problems. As is, I still don't have my package and the local DHL office here in Curacao seems surprised that I am enquiring about my stuff since it is ONLY day before yesterday that it arrived. Well...I will never, ever, ever use this piece of crap courier again in my life! I have always used Federal express and also have had a package shipped to the wrong address BUT the way the local FedEx office handled the problem was fantastic. I know it is not the fault of the local DHL office but they do lack any kind of interest whatsoever to at least try to make some kind of extra effort so I can get my stuff.
What a lousy, crappy courier. Their service is terrible. I hope they loose all their clients so they will at least learn to appreciate the business someone entrusts them with.

I ordered a bedroom set online at Costco.com on 11 August 06. The website promised 4-6 weeks for delivery. My credit card was charged on 11 August for $3,727.48. I received an email on 24 August, 06 stating that my furniture was shipped on 23 August, 06 but I cannot check the status of delivery. Then six weeks passed without hearing anything about my furniture. I called Costco.com and was told that Costco.com had to check with the delivery company because they cannot check the status of delivery themselves. After two more phone calls to Costco.com customer service and two phone calls with the delivery company I found out that my furniture needed to be repaired before delivery. I did not pay a full price to buy repaired furniture so I canceled the order. I was told that it will take 7-10 days to before I receive my refund. Waited 10 days but did not receive a refund and did not receive any phone call from Costco.com for the status of my refund. I called Costco.com again and was told that it took 7 days for them to get an authorization from the delivery company so they need another week before I can get my money back. One more week went by without my money and any update from Costco.com. I called again on a Friday and was told that they never received an authorization from the delivery company and the refund section was not open that day but he will send them an email requesting to expedite my claim. I sent them an email requesting an immediate return of my money and my intention to file a formal complaint. The weekend went by but still no phone call or refund received next Monday. I called again on Tuesday. I was told that the refund section was not in Monday either but they will send another email to the refund section. I asked for a supervisor and was told that a supervisor will call me back. I did receive a call back from a supervisor that day (Tuesday) and she told me that she will escalate this situation and will give me a call back as soon as it gets resolved. No more phone calls that day. No phone calls on Wednesday either. Now it's Thursday, 26 October 06. I've been without my money ($3,727.48) for a day short of 11 weeks, never received my furniture, and close to no customer service from Costco.com. I am uncertain when, if ever, Costco.com is going to return my money and I need to find a way to get my money sooner. I still need bedroom furniture but I don't have my money anymore.

BEWARE OF COLUMBIA HOUSE COMPANY!!!

I sent them a check for $27.35 they cashed the check and then sent me a letter informing me that they were unable to accept me as a member at this time and that my pre-payment would be returned to me in a separate mailing 5-7 days from the date of the denial letter. I received the letter in March it is now July 24 and I still haven't received my refund. I have written them letters twice and phoned them three times each time they said they would put a trace on the refund check which would take 1 week to trace and then they would reissue the check the last time they said they were putting a trace on it was June 19 and that it would take 1 week to process the trace and then 4 weeks to reissue the check. I called again today to find out when I will be getting my check back. Again they said they would put a trace on the check and reissue the check. The last 2 times they said they would do this they never did it. Columbia House is trying to keep my money. Why is this MILLION maybe even BILLION dollar company trying to keep my $27.35, It didn't take 5 months for my bank to cash the check so why is it taking Columbia house so long to return my money. If you apply to be a member of Columbia house and the application say send a payment along. the same thing might happen with anyone. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!

I am not an avid internet user because I have children & wasn't aware that this situation had occurred. To help keep me as a potential future customer, I would like the following:

The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

A little over a year ago we purchased a living room suit from Sofa express. We also purchased an extended warranty that the salesman said would cover anything that went wrong with it after a year. About a week before the year warranty expired I called Sofa express to tell them that some of the springs were damaged on the right side of the sofa. They in turn referred me to the warranty company, even though it had not been a year yet. In the brochure that we received with the sofa, it says that the springs were warranted for 5 years. Finally after arguing the point with Sofa express that it was still their responsibility and not the extended warranty companies, I called that company.
That was when I found out that the extended warranty that I purchased was only for stains and tears, period. Sofa express salesman lied to me about that.
After a lot of phone calls and screaming at Sofa express representative finally said they would take care of it. They gave me an appointment 6 weeks from the time I called them. The day before they were to arrive, they called me and told me my window for the service man was between 12:00pm and 3:00pm. Well needless to say they didn't show up until 4:00. The man was here for about ten minutes, agreed that there was something wrong with the springs and that his office would call me. All that time for nothing.
It has been over a week since the service man was here and they still have not called. I have called twice. The first time the people could not find my paperwork. The second time I was told that the lady that took care of this was out of the office until Monday. Still haven't heard anything. NEVER, NEVER AGAIN will I buy from Sofa express. The worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

On September 2005, I call a number of the internet about supplement health insurance and explained them that I was looking for a supplemental health insurance to go with medicare and he explain all what his company offered in that capacity and it sounded good to me. In the end I asked him how do I know if this was a rip off or not. He replied me that I could call better business and inquire. It sounded like everything I need and at a price I liked. So I decided to go for the same.
He told me that I had to pay $84 monthly in which I will get a mail order discount prescription drug benefits and also I had to pay a one time $100 dollar fee plus my first month bill which came to 184.99 which he assured me I could get all of my money back if I wasn't satisfied. I get the material and the first thing I read in this book is protective smarthealth is not insurance. So I immediately contacted them and told them that they have provided me the wrong information and so I want all my money back. One lady reply me back that she would deposit my $84 back in my account in 7 days, but the $100 was a one time non refundable charge and if I wanted to fight then I should write to their Head Office.
Fro the whole incidence I came to know that they have cheated me by providing me with all the wrong information. So all of you please be aware and never apply for Health Insurance from Protective Smarthealth as they are completely rip-off.

I QUIT!!!!

I set up my 40" HD TV; the Xbox 360 HD picture was tremendous. When I hooked up Comcast, the shadows made the picture not viewable. I got the HD box - same crappy picture on regular and barely viewable on the HD channels. Comcast service rep came right out, told me that it was my TV. I showed him the HD output from the Xbox with perfect picture, proving that it wasn't the TV. He assured me that the problem was my TV.
I got Dish Network installed today. The picture is spectacular. Geeee ... do you still think the problem is my TV? I returned all of my Comcast equipment and when I told them why, they just accepted the equipment ... like it happens there every day. With such crappy HD broadcast, I am guessing that this isn't the first time that they heard this. It has to sting, though, when they hear the picture is so good from Dish. All of that Comcast HD advertising will sure backfire if they don't fix it. It couldn't happen to a more appropriate company. Liars. I wrote a letter of complaint to Comcast, but did not receive an answer. If you have had any similar problems please leave a comment here and do as I did and quit Comcast and write a letter to the FTC.

I cancelled my account with AOL because......

I had an account with AOL and I cancelled it. A short time after that a friend of mine noticed that someone was on AOL using my screen name and account-with my personal pictures and all-at different times of the day and night. I called AOL customer service and got the call this number, call that number, and talk to this person. What was sort of amusing but yet was not funny, was when I would call their customer service number and talk to their agent, he or she would argue with me and say, "No sir, your account has been cancelled. It is not possible for you to be online with your AOL account." I would then instruct them to go on line and see for themselves. After a brief period of time, they would come back on the line and tell me that indeed someone was online with my account. I was told that the problem would be resolved within 24 hours. I went through this scenario a couple of times and after that I had had enough so I contacted the CEO's office at AOL, spoke with someone in his office, faxed and emailed them my information and informed them that if my problem was not resolved within 72 hours I would contact people I know at every level of the federal and state government. Also I would have to contact an attorney to protect my interests if anything happened to me as a result of this person being on line with my screen name and account. Needless to say whoever was using my screen name and account was no longer on AOL within 12 hours.

Never seen anything this bad anywhere!!!

I spent nearly a month with no DSL signal despite phone calls to earthlink's tech support almost daily with cumulative HOURS and HOURS spent on hold...for one solid week they didn't even answer the phone. Instead, they had a message saying they were "experiencing heavy call volume please call back", at which point they disconnect the line. As I type this, I have been disconnected by a technician attempting to transfer me to yet another dept.
I have been disconnected probably 20 times (usually after being on hold for over 30 minutes). After briefly getting the service back up, it is down again and I've had an open trouble ticket for a week. I have spent another week on interminable holds, disconnect and transfers to people who transfer me back to where I started. Today I received an email that the problem was resolved and the trouble ticket was closed. I still have no DSL signal. After finally getting through to someone, I was told that a representative would call me in 5 days. That's it! Every single customer support person that answers the call clearly is looking for any opportunity to either get the customer off the phone or transfer the call to someone else. Never seen anything this bad anywhere!!!

I made an inquiry about 12 pounds of royal blue almonds and 7 pounds of metallic gold almonds for a parish 100th anniversary celebration on May 22, 2005. I received a quote by email within 10 minutes. I wanted to fax my order in, but didn't hear from them and emailed them to ask if they had received it. They hadn't. So went ahead and ordered it through pay pal. I received a confirmation and a thank you email. She told me that I could expect the blue almonds at the end of the week, and the gold ones the next week. Got the blue ones a day early and they were lovely. I never received the gold ones. I bombarded them with emails that went unanswered, faxes that were ignored, and telephone calls that were not returned. I wrote to cancel the rest of the order and never heard from them. Tried to contact Packing department same thing. I had to reorder the gold almonds from another company--they were much more expensive, but I received them in 2 days. I called my credit card company, and they are investigating it. They said that I should keep all documentation for 90 days. In the meantime, they credited my account for $104.98. I have ordered on the internet for years, and this is the first problem I have ever encountered. There is no customer service. It is doesn't exist. I am surprised that I received the royal blue. That helped because they're the only dealer that I found that carries royal blue.

I am an employee that not only works for Rainbow, but was directly involved with the care of this child and speaking with the money. I feel that the story told by this mother is incomplete, and that she may not understand the facts herself.

The child involved was enrolled in this center months before he actually came for his trial day. The mother was intending to start bringing him then, but he was very sick. When she first enrolled him, she was given a tour and everything. The money paid was for the registration fee, which is non-refundable.

On the day in question, the child was dropped off while the other children were napping. The mother dropped him off and promptly left to go on an interview. She had informed me that her child would not need a nap until 2 (which is when our children were starting to wake up). The child was picked up four hours later. The class had woke up from naps and had just finished having snacks, and curriculum activities were just beginning. Her child was crying because he was in a weird place and very tired. She called two days later saying that her child was sick with a cold and wouldn't be bringing him for a while. I personally never heard anything else regarding her or her son.

I honestly have no idea where her comments about teaching skills and ignoring children came from. We were very aware of her child's needs, and he was being carried and given special attention the entire time by the teachers. I myself was in the room with him many times, and witnessed the other teachers directly dealing with him with nothing less than TLC.

To me, I think that the mother is upset about not getting her money back. I can understand her frustration, but I have never heard of any daycare giving money back for care provided. The center still has to pay the workers who cared for her son, and the registration fee is written on the admission application as non-refundable. However, because you are upset about not getting your money is no reason whatsoever to put down the teaching abilites of those who cared for your child.

Our daycare center has over 85 families enrolled, all of which are very happy with our services. We are full in most rooms and have waiting lists, even for unborn siblings, with parents who value the care and education that we provide to their children. We are open from 6a-6p and we encourage you to come check us out yourself if you are interested in enrolling your child.

I have placed an ad for an adult tricycle on "CraigList" and I have been contacted by Mr. Weiss requesting that I hold the bike for him, send him my home address and phone number and that he would send me a cashiers check for $3,800 to deposit in my checking account - I was to keep $450 for the bike and then send the rest on to his shipping company who would then come and pick up the bike. He claimed that he was in Canada.
I was contacted last year (via the U.S. Post Office) for a similar scam that time claiming I had "won" money but had to cash a check for a very large sum for the "company" to recieve any money. I reported that to my local police. Since this was over the internet I am contacting you.

I think this name safe trust does not apply to this company as it is not safe buying from them as well as not trust worthy that they would send the product on time and if not send they will not entertain you for the proceedings. Let me put light on this matter by relating the fact I faced. I ordered a 90 day supply of the Phentermine 37.5 - for $119.00 saying that I agreed it would take 5 days for the order to be shipped that was absolutely fine as I had the stock for a week and then after I paid for it with my credit card I received a message telling me it would be 10-15 days before the order would be placed because of a shortage. That was a little difficult but I managed it as I had placed the order. Since then I have tried to check my order status with the order number, and the password to no avail. There is no response, and when I tried to call the phone number it would not go through. I want my money back or my order NOW! I understand others have had this same experience and I believe some higher entity needs to now get involved. Some one should come forward to stop this company other wise I doubt in no time many like me will be the victim of this company.

For almost a year I purchased vitamins from MyHealthPro.com. At times they were a little slow in shipping, but I tried to order well in advance of my need. On May 12, 2006, I placed an order and the charge went through on my credit card on May 15. However, the order did not come and the online shipping status reflected no shipment. I called twice, talking to the same man but was not successful i8n getting the name who told me the same thing about the order getting stuck in the system and that they had the product in stock, would ship the next day and give me free next day delivery because of the glitch. Each time I waited a reasonable amount of time way beyond the next day shipment and never received the product. Then I wrote an e-mail asking that they ship the product by a certain date or credit my account. I received no reply. At no time during these exchanges did the online status of my order change, even though the man I talked to say each time that he had fixed the problem in the computer and the order was now scheduled. They are too late and are not at all responsible to commit their work. I can say that they are complete nonsense as they are not bothered about the health of an individual.

I ordered some of the original Stacker 2 pills the yellow ones with ephod and waited for 2 weeks for delivery. After 2 weeks passed, I tried contacting them by e-mail 5 times with no reply to any of the e-mails I sent. I wasn't too concerned because my bank said that the $60 had not been removed from my account yet. I decided to write another e-mail canceling the order all together since they had not even billed me yet. I went on to order the product from another company. A couple of weeks later, I checked my bank statement and found that just a few days earlier, the $60 had been removed from my account by www.buyephedraonline.com over a month after the order had been made and two weeks after the order was cancelled. Later that week, I received a package in the mail from them with some cheap Stacker 3 pills the pink and purple ones that don't have any ephedrine in them. I could have bought them myself at the store for $20 or less. Never order anything from them they are cheaters, who do not render good service at all.

We ordered this product to repair a leak in the floor of our shower, but we didn't want a cheap motel look, so we ordered the tile look at an additional charge of $399. The saleswoman agreed, she wrote up a paper that itemized our charges, and we signed off on the financing on a separate sheet of paper. It was said that the delivery and installation would be in 6 weeks. Two days later they confirmed an installation date of 8 weeks away. Even after taking two weeks extra these guys turn up with the cheap motel sheets of plastic. On objected my husband told the installer to stop so he called his boss, who then told us we signed off on the plain wall look! They claim the second piece of paper, which I thought was a finance agreement, was in fact a Work Order from which the materials were ordered and the wrong type of wall was circled on the form. We should not have to be responsible for the salesperson's mistake! We called the company and told them we would settle for the plain walls if they gave us a $200 credit since we do not think it is structurally sound to pile another layer of plastic on the walls. We figured we cannot afford to take another day to have workmen in our house, smell it up again with the awful smelling glue, and risk some other problem with the job, so $200 is probably even a low estimate of how much resale value will be lost by the cheap look the plastic gives. However, we thought it was Bath fitter's best interest to not have to pay for another installer to come out and install another layer of material, so taking the $399. Off with $200. Compensatory damages were not a bad deal. They won't budge. We have an itemized expense sheet on their letterhead that gives the price and the work, but they say that sheet of paper does not count. They are doing us a favor by installing the tile look, since the order was not written up correctly by their saleswoman. What type of business are they doing why cant they appoint better sales person for their company to avoid such nonsense?

I am a high blood pressure patient and can not do without medication as the blood pressure rises so high that I sometimes faint, and on the other hand the medicines are so expensive that it really kills my budget and I am always in distress. While on the computer I found that the same medicines were low in cost so I ordered medication I severely need that was available at a lower cost online than my pharmacy. I ordered from them thinking they were reputable. I have yet to receive my order. I tried to contact this company many times with only one reply and no support. It has been three months since I've ordered my medication and have had to go back to paying higher prices for it. This company ripped me off for about $400. This company is a big red flag. Someone needs to go and get all this money back these people are taking from us. We need lawyers who are ready to find these scumbags and prosecute them. I was carried away with the low cost but see the fact that I met a scam artist who took my money but no medication was send, I have lost my money and no medicine, can some one help me as I can not afford to lose this money.

It was now the right time for me to have a cell phone, as I am a man with a fixed income I was very sure to take the one with the best bargain and after I began searching for a new cell phone company in August and that's when I decided to go with Helios. I purchased the products from Helios via telephone but I decided to cancel that contract because Alltel had a better deal. I really don't know how did I miss the better deal than this company so I cancelled Helios at the end of August and it is now the 7th of November and I still haven't received a refund. I have called and checked if I was even in the system for a refund and the customer service representative state that I should receive a refund by the first of December. This is profoundly unacceptable. Each representative has told me something different in regards to my account and refund pertaining to the tracking number and order number. I am complete unsatisfied with how Helios has handled my account and the lack of promptness with my refund. How is that they are so irresponsible in refunding the amount? They should be punished for this type of practice.

I had aback problem, usually after passing the night it was dreadful to get up from bed in the morning and the whole day use to go in pain, when I discuss this matter with my friend, my friend advised me that to change the mattress may be it is not in proper level and might be the reason for the back pain. As it was long since I had not bothered to change and at once decided to change, in regard for this I purchased the mattress from this company, but it was a wrong choice instead of improvement I found that the problem was increasing, take my advise buy your mattress else where I got stuck with a bad mattress and the only thing they care about is how far the mattress sags when nobody is in it!! My mattress sags almost to the box spring and I'm not a heavy person! I am virtually sleeping in a valley! But they don't want to here about it. I have contacted my friend who is a lawyer and we are in the process of a class action suit. But I think all this will take quiet some time, till then I can't afford to use it for getting more pain. Just simply avoid.

I ordered a mattress from b-sleep.com on Mar 27th. I was invoiced for the product on mar 29th for 2000 dollars. I was told that the product would ship in 20 days. When I called back I was told the mattress was on backorder. I then called and e-mailed to this company and did not receive any responses. My next encounter was that b-sleep had filed bankruptcy and foamexperts.com was buying out the company and web-site and would make good on the orders that was placed through b-sleep. I have yet to receive any product. I filed a report to the Attorney general in New York; I also sent an e-mail to a Lawyer in New York. I have not heard from either one of them. I called week of 11-04-06 to foam experts and got a recording that said the company had a fire in the office section and would be closed for two weeks. All I have had is one lie after another. I would like for some help with this matter. I order this product in good faith. My Husband and I are on a fixed income. He has severe back problems and that was why I ordered the product. I also found out from the better business bureau that the company b-sleep was doing false advertising on the web-site. I have e-mails from Will Vega saying that the product would ship. I have a report from the bbb also. This is a fraudulent company don't get carried away by they product on the web site as it is a total false advertisement.

They installed a brand new bathroom on the first floor tiles in the shower & on the floor but there were pin holes in the grout. They
finally returned 3 months later and the excuse for not coming sooner was they had another huge money making job to repair but at that time the grout not only had pin holes but it was cracked, 2-toned in color, & the shower wall had bowed, did I also mention that the floor tiles had a hollow sound to it. Finally in November after contacting the state inspector and mailing a certified letter to the company they attempted to repair the bathroom. This made matters worse. Now I have chipped shower tiles everywhere, a cracked floor tile and they don't even match the existing tiles on the floor. The grout is still cracked & 2-toned also. Besides all of this they were suppose to regret & seal the new bathroom upstairs, repairs holes in a closet, & get the main phone upstairs working. On November 27, 2006 I received a phone call from an employee of Big Daddy's stating that the contractor said he would not be sending anyone back out & to call the Home Improvement Commission if that's my wish. The contractor himself we haven't seen or spoken to since June 2006. We've only spoken with an employee since then. This is a horrible way to conduct business & receive referrals.

I arrived at LAX shortly before 1:00 p.m for my 2:00 pm flight to San Francisco, and after waiting in line, I was informed by the
skycap that the deadline for checking in luggage passed while I was waiting in line. I went in to try to check in at the desk, but I was forced to go on the next flight at 3:00PM. Seven- Hours shuffling between Gates only to be told repeatedly that due to the flights being oversold, I would have to wait for the next flight. I had plenty of company. Apparently I was still Number 60 on the waiting list at 8:00PM and United was unable to let more than 2 people go standby on any of the subsequent 6 flights and none on most. I counted about 20 people in the group going from Gate to Gate trying to get on. This was not a Holiday weekend, just an ordinary Sunday. Finally, at 8:00PM, I stood in line at the customer service and along with another passenger, demanded that my ticket be pushed to another Airline. I had to go to another Terminal, fly on Frontier Airlines because United employees kept telling me the chances of me getting on a United SF flight that night were slim to none. I live 70 Miles away from SFO, so I did not get home until 1:30AM, and had to go to work early the next morning. No United employee even suggested it despite my repeated pleas for help getting home. And to add insult to injury, when I arrived in SFO, my luggage was still in LAX, the United Luggage desk in SFO made me put in a lost luggage claim with Frontier and as a result I did not get my luggage back until late the next day. And when I repeatedly tried to call with a complaint, it was impossible to get any representative outside India. They will NOT forward you to a supervisor until you practically badger them into it, and even when they do, the Supervisor is merely a slightly more polished version of the person you just spoke to. All you ever get are useless apologies and meaningless platitudes. The fact remains that United aggressively oversells their flights in pursuit of the almighty Dollar. There are many other airlines avoid them.

Relocating to a new area, I had minimal available service at my new home with Tmobile, who I have been happy with for over six years. I needed a new carrier. I went on line and ordered a phone from Lets Talk on 7-20-06. Lets Talk set up my service with the carrier I chose, Alltel. I received my phone 7-26-06. The phone only worked for three days so I called and I got approval to return the phone on 7-28-06, which I did, for which I was given refund and I ordered for the new phone. 17 days later, on 8-14-06 I received another phone. Upon receiving the phone I got error recordings when dialing any telephone numbers. I called Alltel customer service and was eventually transferred to someone who talked me through the necessary programming of the phone. I also informed customer service I had no phone from 7-28-06 to 8-14-06. Dropped calls combined with all the previous difficulties with Alltel and Lets Talk finally forced me to call Lets Talk on 8-24-06 to tell them I wanted to cancel my service. They authorized the return and I mailed it back on 8-30-06. I called Alltel and told them the situation. I was told by Alltel I could not cancel because Lets Talk would have to assure Alltel that my phone was returned. I was told Alltel would know this information, just as they knew I needed service from LetsTalk.com. I have continued to follow up with Alltel with several phone calls and had to repeat my sequence of events each time. To my surprise a full bill came for September, October and the 200.00 disconnect penalty first shows up, then a late payment charge in November 06. Each time I called I had to start over from the beginning. Luckily, I have all my emails to and from Lets Talk and tracking numbers to show when my phones were received and returned. I sent a certified letter to Alltel with all these emails and requested a correct bill and still no response. I also sent emails with these attachments and still no response. Buyers don't opt for this service as it is not worth while and it keeps you waiting without the phone by not resolving the matter.

Then within the next day in the mail I receive the monthly tuition amount $71 I owed them. Well funny thing is I would have been studying today right now being my 2nd actual week with them for lesson 2 but, thankfully I had some doubts about how everything was looking. It seems all too easy. So I get on my computer this morning and search around the first site. I type in the address of ASHWORTH COLLEGE and it says there was no college of that name, so then I just type in colleges and the address and a whole list of colleges come up but NO ASHWORTH COLLEGE, NO PCDI, and NO JAMES MADISON HIGH SCHOOL so I started to get really suspicious. The next site I went on to search was my good home site, I type in just the address and it shows ASHWORTH COLLEGE, PCDI AND JAMES MADDISON HIGH SCHOOL.
But as I scrolled down more I ran into ripoffreport.com and it said ASHWORTH COLLEGE. So I read it and there it was. So I actually close my bank account.
I am just about to go call them and cancel my enrollment. Beware of such hidden cost as they reveal only after you are enrolled.

I heard from one of my friends that this place Papyrus was a great place for frames and stuff like that. So I went there and I found really cool stuff. I liked a frame which had some thing about sisters printed on it. I gave them our picture and told them to put it in the frame and then gift wrap it.
They packed it very nicely. My sister was really excited and opened the gift in a hurry. When she opened it she saw that our picture was scratched right in the centre and the frame was chipped on two corners. I felt embarrassed and took the frame back to the store I told them that I wanted a full refund. They said that is against their policy. I removed the picture from the frame threw at their counter and told them to shove it where the sun don't shine. After that I have been receiving threatening calls from them but that stopped after I complained to the BBB. Please stay away if you don't want to et embarrassed when the one you love opens the gift you bought and finds it broken and scratched. Stay away from these losers.

They said that there are two guys working there at the moment and one was absent and the other came for sometime both the days and left. I was very disappointed. Not even a week after I had found out what Fabian was up to I get this email from a so called Western Union Representative asking me for my Passport Info, Driver License, or valid ID card. This was email was not from Western Union and has been reported to Western Union . Western Union has said "The email you received was not sent nor authorized by Western Union. Please disregard the email. We have forwarded the information to our Security Department for our own internal reporting purposes."

I found the coffee korner web site while surfing for recipes. The site stated that they needed someone to stuff envelopes for $1.00. I'm usually cautious of these things that sound too good to be true. What they did not mention was that you have to post an add for their coffee recipes asking shoppers to send $1.00 along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Then I will in turn send them a copy of the recipes. I feel like a big dummy but if I can stop just one person from making a mistake and giving this person $32.95 I will be happy.

I recently tried to flash my laptop BIOS from HP's site and the flash stop midway and damaged the BIOS Chip to where the laptop would not even turn on again. I called HP and then I sent the laptop in to HP and asked them to replace the BIOS and their service department came back and said it was not the BIOS, but was a bad Motherboard and the laptop also a bad hard drive. I had already paid $385.83 to get the laptop repaired by HP. Now they told me it would be an additional $700.00 to get a new motherboard and hard disk. I knew that they were completely out of it and trying to rip me off, for I am a computer technician. I told them to forget it and just send the computer back to me. They did, I then contacted a company in my local area, Tampa, and they replaced the BIOS Chip as I had asked HP to do in the first place. After they replaced the BIOS chip the computer worked just fine, as I expected. In my opinion, HP is guilty of deceptive repair practice, and s law suit should be taken against them. I told them of this situation and they also refused to send back my money that I paid for repair, which they lied about and did not do. I do not have the money to take legal action, but would welcome any others with similar experiences to help me to get as many as possible and also get a lawyer who might like to take a class action suite against HP. Let me know, because this kind of action by HP should be stopped immediately and I have heard from others that it is common practice by them. In my opinion it is outright thievery.

I took my car to Bullard to get my car fixed. I thought it may be a CV joint and told them so. They said they would look at it and call us to let us know what was wrong and to get authorization to repair it. They called and stated that it was not the CV joint but that the steel belt in both front tires had broken. They quoted me for two new tires and an unnecessary front end alignment $240. I refused the repairs and told them I would be by to pick it up. Upon arrival I was billed $36 for Road testing which she later stated never happened and a Front end inspection. I never authorized any repairs and was never told of any charges for what she later called Diagnosis. On top of this my car had 31 more miles on it then when I left it there and they insisted that they never took it off the lot. I refused to pay and she then called the police on me. These people are overcharging for unnecessary repairs and cruising around or running errands in your car. They fail to mention the charge for the estimate. Unless you want to be taken advantage of, do not go to Bullard Auto Service. I had the worst experience if my life its not Bullard but bull shit.

I went to college to earn a best in web design and multimedia and picked Westwood college online, big mistake. I have heard from others online and the school dean that there have been many lawsuits and complaints since attending college. I have heard rumors about my courses here would not be accepted at most other colleges and that nobody will hire a student with no experience. The school offers no job placement assistance at all, and the only help was to send me some job site links where I can submit my resume online, that's it and it's no help. Westwood College promised to take care help me handle my finances, train me in a growing field, and give me a great education, they lied. I' am most of my way through school, so it
seems impossible to stop now. I was initially told by the financial aid department, after many problems that my all my loans would be basically in one account and I could make one payment to them to cover all the interest. I have never gotten any statements or bills telling me any account information, interest, or anything, but have been sending them the agreed amount anyway. I consolidated all my federal loans with salie Mae, and now that is growing interest at almost the same rate as my Westwood payments. Meanwhile I am still sending payments to a school even though they have refused to disclose if I owe them any money, or any details. Financial aid department is a joke and they routinely dodge answering any of my questions. They have provided me with many very poor classes with messed up courses, messed up quizzes, and many unnecessary classes. I have also not been given any good classes that I would really need to succeed in the field. I have been in school for web design two years and guess how many course assignments have included designing a full web page, one. How can I really expect to get a job when I don't even build web pages in school? Messed up quizzes, have sent me the wrong book with software, and billed me for a book I couldn't use, or exchange it for a new one. I have designed on my own; the school has not taught me much. I feel I will be over charged, under trained, and royally screwed after graduation, with no job to show for it and huge bills. Don't ever opt for this university.

It was very hectic doing extra time in the office so I decided to take up some work at home and therefore in August, 2006, we purchased a HP All in One Printer. We did not use the print pictures function until October. When we tried to use it, the picture paper would not feed. After several conversations and attempts to fix, HP agreed to replace the printer with a new one. Having been there before, we asked if we would be getting a new printer or a refurbished one. The answer was whatever we have on hand. We spoke with some sort of executive with HP and were told that is their policy: period. We explained that the printer was less than 2 months old and used, refurbished, etc. printer was not acceptable. Was told we have no choice. The new printer was sent to us and was asked to provide a credit card number in case we didn't return the original printer. We received the replacement printer. What a disgusting joke. The printer had scratches and scuffs on it, had dust and dirt on the inside and was obviously misused. We called HP and told them we would be returning the replacement unit. We will never purchase another HP product. It is pathetic that consumers can be treated this way with no recourse. HP should just state up front that their products come without any warranty. What a tragic experience.

I ordered a wireless Bluetooth mouse from this company, and days later before the mouse arrived apple released the wireless mighty mouse, so I decided I had return the mouse I ordered from Mac mall and get the mighty mouse instead. I hadn't gotten the Mac mall and so I wrote an email asking for and RMA. They never responded, so I sent more. I tried calling, but couldn't find time to call during their business hours because they're in Tennessee and I'm in Korea right now. finally I got through to them, a little after 5:00am local time, and I am told that they have a 15 day window for returned items, regardless of if it's open or not. I told the rep that I was going to return the item for a refund regardless, since its BS that they have such a short window. Without arguing anymore, he gave me the address to ship the mouse to. I thought it was pleasantly odd that he gave that information up so quickly. As soon as I had the address, he almost hung up the phone and then I realize that I still don't have an RMA number to put on the box. How would they know which order to refund the money to? I ask the receptionist what my RMA number is, and he pauses and responds, stuttering that I can't get a refund because it's past time. In other words, I was just about to mail the mouse back to the address he gave me, and they were going to simply sell it to someone else, without giving me a single cent back. If I tried to get a refund later, their excuse would be that I didn't include an RMA number. After talking to a supervisor for almost half an hour, I have gotten an RMA number. I am sending the mouse back now, but I have obviously lost all trust in this company. What a nuisance?

Was promised shipping on time and was charged the same day as that of the order.
The one who made my dress had totally ruined it. The craft work was awful. They had ordered the wrong fabric. They did not even get the color right. How stupid are they. There were additional touches given to the dress something I did not order for. They did it without my permission and charged me for it. When I asked them to fix it I was told that they have a no return policy that does not allow them to do so. I was returning the dress just asking them to fix it. They are so dumb. They give you what they like and nothing of your choice. I am not the only one complaining search the web and you will see the million complaints against them. Buyer Beware!!!!!

She told me that I should give it to some laundry service and get it done again. Well they are supposed to do all that and then deliver the dress to me. That's not my work. I told her that most of the bridal stores get it done. She replied that I should have got my dress done form them then. I got annoyed, and that rep hung up on e. she has no manners thinks she owns the shop and acts too smart. I will never go to that store again they are useless and don't know what is the duty of a bridal store.

It was Christmas time and I decided to gift my grand daughter a cellular camera phone, as she was going to finish with her schooling this year and heading for the college. I thought that it was the most prominent gift for her. I ordered through the internet and soon found that my daughter had already purchased the same gift for her daughter and therefore decided to cancel the order. So I called Net 10 and cancelled my order on 12/11/06. They said they would refund the money in three days. When that didn't happen I called again and they said they had to get the phone back. I never got the phone from FedEx as I called them and had them send it back. Net 10 received the phone on 12/16/06. Since then I have spoken to 6-8 customer service people who have all told me different things from it takes 7 days to you have to write a letter to it's being processed. I got the corporate office number from the internet and spoke to them who told me no one ever processed the refund now this is a month later. I continued to call the corporate office that connects you to customer service who repeats the same process of checking everything and putting you on hold. I managed to speak in the Vice Presidents office and told her of the events. I did file a report with the Better Business office who says they have 30 days to respond. She said there was no reason they should have not processed my refund. She did call me back today and said the refund was processed and to call her if I did not get it. We'll see. Now I would suggest anyone who purchases this phone to be prepared to go through what I did for over a month if you have a problem. They have the ability to take the money from your account immediately but have very poor refund service and unaccountability for their customer service agents. I purchased a phone for myself but will not be renewing any minutes. I would suggest another cell phone service with a more reputable company. People should start filing complaints with the better Business Bureau and your Attorney General's Office for consumer services in your state. So that it is easy for stopping them to do false business!

I had signed up with Net zero for a month free trial. I called Net zero back before the month was up and told them that the system did not run as expected and I would like to cancel. The lady I talked to said she would set me up with Hi Speed Net zero and give me another free month trial. She also mentioned the more I used it the faster it would get. I tried Net zero once again and called back within days to tell them I wanted to cancel as Net zero is not what I expected. I cancelled their service and was given a confirmation number and was told that the service was cancelled with no charge. While in the process of checking my bank account, I noticed a $25.00 charge from Net zero. I called Net zero and asked why I had a charge when I have cancelled their service. They told me that it was a cancellation fee. I then told them that I had two free trials and that I shouldn't have been charged anything. The person on the phone agreed that I shouldn't have been charged but told me that in order to get the charge reversed, I would have to file a report at Billing@Support.Netzero.com because they couldn't do it over the phone. What kind of business practice is this if they can take your money over the phone but cannot give refunds? Stay away from them it is nothing but a clear scam and the free trials are actually charged.

I received a phone call from Travel Agents go direct, the lady I spoke said that I would receive a free hotel stay, for like 3 nights, it was a great offer and I told her that I was getting married December 2nd 2006 and I wanted to use down town Dallas the night of our wedding, she said that is no problem well when I get the package in the mail the hotel stay was in other states, so I called and canceled it right away. I then went online like I do everyday and check my bank account, and its negative 149.00, I called Travel Agents Go Direct and asked them if they withdrew any money from my account and they said no. Then my bank told me that it was with some company called Florida Way, I had no idea who they are, I have never received any information from them, only Travel Agents Go Direct, which I cancelled, Come to find out I guess they are all in it together to ripe you off, I was told that I would not be charged anything as long as I cancelled before the 8th of December, and I did. I called and spoke to a representative at Florida Way He was very rude and told me that I agreed to this which I did not they got my information from Travel Agents Go Direct. These two companies are working together to ripe you off be very careful. I am going to send a letter along with a letter from my bank to the attorney general of Florida, they will be out of business hopefully and this type of distress they can not do it with any one else.

I am a regular at Home Depot. I have been shopping there for years up until now. Recently I had gone to Home Depot to get some plants for my garden. I really liked some. I ordered them and paid for them through my credit card. I was told that the plants will be delivered in a week's time. I thought that was quick. They said that they would charge extra for shipping and handling and paid that there and then.
I waited for two weeks coz I knew their statement was too good to be true. But I received nothing. I went back to the store they told me that they shipped it long time back and that UPS has it. When I checked with UPS they said that they have no such order. When I asked them again they said that it had not yet left. I told them to do so immediately or I will cancel the order. They sent it. But by the time I got them they were dead. I told them to take it back and give me a refund. They took it back but there is no sign of my money anywhere. I hope I get my money back. I will never do business with these cheaters.

Thanks to Keith in WV. My wife and I are in the clear.... My wife tried to book tickets to Slovakia using cheapo air. We did not get a confirmation back from them for over a week. We called them only to get a voice message service. We looked into them on the internet and found a report by Ken on scam club. After reading what went on we had our card shut down and notified the bank. Two weeks and no reply from them on our concerns and questions. They only called our home after they tried to run the card. They called my wife. The person who called could hardly speak English. They demanded that we pay $50 or $25 per person for our card not working. This is illegal and could be reported. But, what goes around comes around. Cheapo air is super cheapo on customer service and has no understanding of law. Do not use them. After looking around for a while we were able to find the same fare from a company who offered insurance and had great customer service. Thanks so much for helping us save our money. My answer via email was that item too heavy for me to crate and ship, Must be picked up in person and I will only accept cash. He did not reply. TVONPCELITE is falsely advertised and will not honor refund request

I ordered tvonpcelite on 11/17/2006 and paid for it through Paypal. Had no trouble downloading or installing it. But could not receive any of the network channels, except ESPN. But it was not the ESPN that I know of. It was showing something copletely different from the U.S. ESPN.
None of the channels that I got were in HD as advertised.

The channels that I could receive seemed to be government access channels and the programs kept on repeating like they were not real channels. I did not try to find out what they really were.

I uninstalled it and deleted it from my computer. Then sent an Email to tvonpcelite requesting a refund. I have tried to contact the company many times and have never received a responce or a refund.

I requested Paypal for help getting my refund, but unfortuantly I waited more than 45 days so they refused to help me.

I do not understand why Paypal stills allows this company to do business with it. Because it accepts Paypal I thought it was a legimate company. In the future I will know you cannot trust companies that accept Paypal not being a scam.

In revealing all those personal details about your relationship with Dr Woodard you have proven that this is more of a relationship issue than a religious scam issue.

Matthew 7:1-5 warns against judging others. "...And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye?...Hypocrite!"

As for your statement about Jesus and forgiveness. Try reading Matthew 18. Do the words seventy times seven sound familiar? Does the verse which says "So my heavenly Father also will do to you if each of you from his heart, does not forgive his brother his trespasses."

Luke 17:3-4 To rebuke does not mean to point out evey sin we see; it means to bring sin to a person's attention with the purpose of restoring him or her to God and to fellow humans. When you feel you must rebuke another Christian for a sin, check your attitudes before opening your mouth. Do you love the person? Are you willing to forgive? Unless rebuke is tied to forgiveness, it will not help the sinning person. Sadly, your motives are in question because Dr. Woodard already apologized to you on the Rapture Ministries website. But you apparently don't want an apology.

"Everyway of a man is right in his own eyes, but the LORD weighs the heart." Proverbs 21:2. People can find an excuse for doing almost anything, but God looks behind the excuse to the motives. Would God be pleased with your real reasons for doing this? God is not pleased when we do good deeds with ulterior motives, including the satisfaction of destroying someone's reputation.

Solomon wrote the Book of Proverbs so that all of us would be wise not in our own eyes but in the eyes of God. Do not buy Sears Diehard batteries. They do not last. If the car sits overnight the battery will barely turn the engine over. Sears has checked the charging system but after the last one failed they said it must be my car and wouldn't replace the battery under warranty. I've talked to several people that have had trouble with these batteries. I wrote the Diehard off to experience and replaced it with an Auto Zone battery. No more problem starts.

I recently made a purchase of personalized bar signs from their web page. Before making this purchase I checked their return policy, which clearly stated, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in brand new condition and you will receive a prompt and courteous refund. I was happy to see this. The signs were not an engraved item. I figured that the company must not have included them as the up front cost to produce those signs is much lower than the upfront cost of a metal item to be engraved. So, I ordered seven signs. I got them in and was disgusted to see how cheap looking they were. The picture online simply didn't portray what low quality they would be. The base was cheap looking and the picture was ugly, grainy around the edges and shiny. So, I contacted the company to inform them that they would be returned. After hours on the phone with an employee who informed me that the items were not returnable, the policy should have included all personalized
items. I told him I needed contact information for the person who could authorize the return. I then, emailed to the person in charge of sales. I explained the situation to her. I told her that I was unhappy with how the signs looked and that I would never have ordered them if the return policy hadn't indicated that they could be brought back. The lady replied that I should return them to the company for a return. Almost a month after sending the signs back I received an impersonal receipt as my reply. It stated that the signs were in good condition and that they would refund me fifty percent. I again, emailed. I assumed that a customer service rep had simply dealt with this and was not aware of the situation. It wasn't long before I received a reply there is no return/refund on engraved or personalized items but we refunded you half as a compromise. I certainly understand that the company does not normally issue refunds on personalized items and that the policy on their website was an oversight and that the return policy is no longer listed there. I have also filed with the Better Business Bureau and am waiting to hear back. Never think of purchasing any item from them as it appears different on the site and absolutely a piece of crap when delivered.

I am a great lover of juice, as I always go fro a liquid diet I keep trying various flavors of juices. I purchased their watermelon juice product from the local grocery store. It was foul tasting and apparently close to being rotten or expired. It tasted like rotten fruit. I wrote the company to tell them about this and asked for a refunded of the purchase price of my drink as on their website it states "Sundia Watermelons have passed a strict, 3-Point Certification, meeting our standards for sweetness, firmness and color. It's rare I ever do this, but being that the price of the drink was high I expected way better than the typical experience I got. They told me their was no guarantee and they would send me a coupon in the mail. It's been months I have not seen anything from them. To make matters even shadier the refund document on the website doesn't even work. I pointed this out to them and it did not seem to matter per their email. I just wanted my money back for a poor product. I do not believe was the grocery store to blame as it was evident they keep the juice in cool refrigerators. Bad Customer Service, Bad Product, Did Not Honor Guarantee. Avoid This Company unless you want to try your luck.

I ordered for 6 bridesmaid dresses and my gown of course. Half of my bridesmaid did not receive their dresses. They were left without dresses just 2 weeks before the big day. I did not know what to do. I was getting panicky. When I called them they said that they did not know what they could do nor could they give me new dresses and they couldn't give me a refund.
I then called them again and they said they could not believe this happened coz it never happened before. And they told us to get it from elsewhere. It was our luck that we got someone else who could give us the dresses as soon as possible. We are not the only ones who got scammed I know they will be many more who will agree to that. Please do not waste your time. If you want to get tension, more than what you already have then go to House of Brides. Or go ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!

Hi, I want to complain about Treasured Moments in Youngstown, OH. This is the most deceitful company I have ever come across. I had ordered my brides maid dresses form here. I had 4 bridesmaids. They told us that it would take quite some time to get the dresses shipped to my address. Well I really liked the dresses and had the time so I went ahead with the order.
After two weeks or so I called to know the date when my dresses would be shipped and they told me that I would get it 2 weeks before my wedding. I did not agree to that. If they have delayed so much it is a possibility that they will not deliver my dresses even after the day. I couldn't stay depending on them. So I told them that I would like to cancel my order and wanted my money reimbursed. They said that I wouldn't have to do that and that they would make it an urgent order and send it to me a month before my wedding. I found that quite ok and agreed to it. The day that I was supposed to get the dress was just around, so I called them up to find out the status. And they told me that the dresses did not come in yet. Every time I called them they told it would come in the next day. This is unacceptable. I had to go elsewhere to get my dresses. Please
do not go to Treasured Moments unless you got a lot of cash to throw away.

Hi, this complaint is against Rolladen in Hallendale, FL. I had ordered for storm panels from them. I had ordered 15. They told me that they would come to install them in probably 14 to 16 weeks. Well now almost a year and a half has passed and they have installed only 5 out of 15 that I had ordered. They haven't told me yet when their installation will be complete. And the ones that they have installed do not function. When I call them they tell me that they did not measure right and they had to send all the panels back to get the right measure ones. And from the ones that they had got about 4 more were right but they used it somewhere else. They have kept all their installation stuff in my garage and made a mess there. When I tried calling their corporate office I did not get to speak to anyone. I have no protection this summer, the hurricane season, all because of Rolladen.

HI, I was moving to a new house in my neighborhood. I had moved half of my stuff that is the furniture and electronics via a moving company. There was a little stuff left back that I did not want to send via the movers like my wife's china, clothes, and a lot of stuff. So I decided to move them my self. I rented a truck from Penske Truck Rental that is located in my locality, Huntington Beach, CA.
I told them to come and drop off the truck at my old residence. I told them to drop it off in the morning at 9.30am because I had to get the stuff into the new house place them and leave for a party which came up suddenly. They assured me they would. But they were late. Anyway I got everything done somehow. The next day when I was returning the truck they had the inspection done and informed me that there were scratches and the rear view mirror on the left was broken. I told them that it was the same when I got it but they did not listen to what I had to say and charged my credit card. I will not use this rental company again. it is just another rip-off.

I had ordered for a DVD form them last month and had retuned it the next day. They say that I did not. They say that I have not yet returned the DVD So I asked them what their return period is. They did not reply. I told them that I retuned the DVD the very next day. They must have made some mistake and I asked them to check it out. They said that their records were right. I told them that may be the person who rented the DVD after me must have not returned. They charged my credit card without informing me. I was really annoyed and told them to return it. But they did not. I have complained to the BBB. Let's see what will be done next. I am not going to let them get away with this. They will have to pay for what they have done.

I was really excited. I went to the same store where she got it from that is O Street. I got the fishes and the stuff needed for a tank. When we were putting up the tank my mom and me noticed a crack on the tank. We decided to take it back. When we told them about it they said that it was not like that and that they would not refund or take it back. We had not even asked for anything like that. My mom told them we just wanted it fixed, so that there is no water seepage. They said ok and took the tank in. they took almost a month to get that crack fixed and were very rude to us throughout the month. We will never go back there. I will go to other aquariums were people respect customers.

I visited a Verizon retail store in June to find out when our account was able to be cancelled. The employee told us September. 30, 2005. We waited to cancel. I opened a Cingular account (same phone #) on September 30th, and when I called Verizon afterwards to cancel our Family Share plan, I was then informed that I would be charged an early termination fee, $175 per phone ($350). Now I am told that we weren't able to cancel until October 30th. By now, my phone number was already ported over to Cingular. I was repeatedly told by customer service "I'm not sure why they told you that" (referring to the WRONG cancellation date). Yet, I was given no assistance in resolving this matter at all. After being told a supervisor was available to speak with me, later I was told there were none. When asked, I received no answer about when/where a supervisor could be reached. I was fully aware of the cancellation date we received from the Verizon employee, and based on that information we waited to open a Cingular account. I'm not sure why we were told September. 30th either, but I find it very troubling that a company such as Verizon would ignore such a concern from a loyal customer. I guess customer service figured I was leaving Verizon anyway, why not? What proof do I have?? So now I'm going to be stuck with a bill totaling over $350 for two phones and service that will not be used because of a Verizon miscommunication. I must say I may never buy through Verizon Wireless again, and I will most likely encourage those I know to do the same.
Are the termination fees in my case worth all that to a large corporation who values customers?

'100% Dis-Satisfaction Guarantee'

I purchased a PDA from circuit city and was sold a 'Comprehensive Full Coverage Warranty' to go with it. The salesperson told me that it was a higher level coverage plan then their normal warranty plan and would cover my PDA if ANYTHING happened to it, including fire, vandalism, theft, etc. My PDA stopped working in August of 2005. I called to get it repaired/replaced and was told I would be receiving a replacement PDA. Instead I got a box to send my PDA away to their repair center. It came back with damage to the external case, and still not working-even though the repair center's web site said they repaired it. They claim there was liquid damage to it-but it was never exposed to any liquids while in my care. They refuse to answer why they damaged the outside case, or why they claim on their web site to have repaired my PDA. The circuit city customer support people have told me I would be receiving a replacement PDA, and that I would be getting a gift card so I can replace my PDA-I have yet to receive either. The circuit city customer support staff also claim my warranty is void because my PDA was sent off to their repair center, and also refuse to answer why my PDA sustained damage while outside of my care. What is the point of paying for a replacement warranty plan if they refuse to honor it and they damage your unit instead of repairing it? I have tried to talk to circuit city's customer support departmental the phone but they refuse to let me talk to a supervisor (they claim that the supervisors 'do not take calls') and they continually hang up on me. My PDA was damaged/ruined by circuit city and they refuse to make good on their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee'
If anyone has any suggestions where I go from here I would love to hear about 'them, because I am completely out of ideas!

1st of all exposing yourself to porn itself is degrading in itself and takes away from your integrity in many ways, which are mostly spiritual. 2nd you support an industry that you may be against, but willing to suck-up to since it's only less than $5.00 and as it is advertised "then you are done with it", but in reality you have actually contributed and in addition to your contribution, you have become the receipient of a SCAM!

It's a scam because after they have all of your information they will call you and they will say that your Resume is not good enough. I recognize this as a scam but it will fool a great number of people.

The fact that they don't take credit cards puzzles me. I can only surmise that using a credit card would compound the crime.

Prontowash is a total rip-off. I am not sure where to begin. Let's start with how they treat thier employees -

1. Work weeks average 65-70 hours (a good amount of that time the person is left totally alone so thus, no bathroom, no lunch, nothing)
2. No tax information filed, no contractor infomation filed, nothing. Working totally under the table.
3. Constant changing of procedures (daily, sometime more than twice a day, and changing major things like cash handling procedures)
4. etc etc

How they treat the enviroment/public safety
1. Multiple code violations (serious safety issues like daisy chaining marine batteries together right next to concentrated window cleaner which is HIGHLY flamable.)
2. Dumping chemicals like degreaser and above mentioned window cleaner into the street and grassy areas.
3. using serious chemicals like paint thinner ect without safety.

How they treat their customers
1. Double charging for work (knowingly)
2. Damage to paint due to improper use of chemicals
3. Damage to trim of car (door molding, plastic trim etc) due to not taking all the wax and stuff off because they are lazy.
4. Items stolen from car (laptops, cameras, phones, cash)
5. Shady business practice like taking customers car off mall grounds to a local gas station and running through a cheap and dangerous car wash then just drying it off and charging the customer for expensive wash.
6. Not doing what they charged for (not hand waxing, not shampooing etc)

In closing, this company is run by a total idiot that does not know a car wash from a hole in his head. I would not trust them to wash my shoes and there is NO way I am leaving the keys to my car with these tools. I would drive away as fast as I can from these guys.

I ordered that John Cummata course to download on my communter. I was perfectly satisfied at first with the material and learned quite a bit about how to pay down my debts. I spent several days excitedly reading and listening and I spent hours devising a plan using the ideas I learned. I then received a phone call from the company reminding me that I had a free 30 minute phone consultation that I had not used yet. I told them that I was working up my plan first. The guy asked my a lot of questions and spent at least a half hour with me before setting up my free 30 minute consultation.

When he called back a few days later, I had all my figures in front of me and my plan that I wanted to go over with him. He started asking me a lot of questions, some of which I had already answered a few days before, and some of which were a complete waste of time. Finally, near the end of my 30 minutes he told me how much debt I had total. This, of course I already knew. Along the way he had a really negative attitude and made comments like, it will take you YEARS to pay off your mortgage, and you don't even have a plan for retirement... He wasn't interested in hearing about my latest ideas that I had learned from the course. He then tried to get me interested in a mentor program. He wouldn't tell me how much it would cost. He said it wasn't his department. I asked him to transfer me to the right department so that I could get the answers I needed and he said "why should I do that for you? You don't sound like a person that wants to help himself." I finally hung up on him in frustration and exasperation. I felt so humiliated.

To make a long story short, I felt miserable for days after talking to this guy. I had bought the program and was very excited about it but now feel like they lure you in with their cheap downloadable course but then try to convince you that you can't do it on your own, that you need a mentor at the cost of several thousand dollars.

Go ahead and buy the course, (only the downloadable one, not the CD set) it is interesting information and some good ideas but don't talk to anyone on the phone. The 30 minute consultation is a sales ploy!

What did I do? I called Michael ****. He told me that in about 7-10 days I will receive a check in the mail for $2600.00. With that check will be instructions on where to cash the check and then where to send the money.I asked him is this for real? He said "yes maa'm , you do not have to do anything but cash the check, pay the CLEARANCE FEES,and then in 24-48 hours the remainder of your winings will be sent to you via Fed Ex or Ups."

Let me tell you I am not cashing any check or sending anything to this MICHAEL or JULIE office of the price director-whom signed the letter)THANKS to reading other scam reports posted by others that have received similar letters out of Canada!

Very disappointed with this store!!!!

On 12/28/04 I purchased approximately $1200 worth of merchandise including a round crib and round crib bedding set. On the following day 12/29/04 I purchased a valance and curtains to match the bedding set about $75. I received the bedding set and checked it over very carefully it cost $400 and found several flaws on the fabric - one was a run and the other was an area that was sewed improperly and then re-sewed but it left holes in a very delicate fabric.
When I received the curtains, which were supposed to match the set but were only sheer white curtains (no matching design) for a high price, and no valance - but a pillow instead for which I did not order - I decided to send it all back together for a refund. They received it on 1/14/05 and I am still awaiting a credit. The crib came damaged, nearly every piece had problems and it looked as if it had a coat of primer and no paint. It is a white crib and should be painted white so you cannot see the wood through it. Many pieces had flaws or damage and I took pictures of all the pieces. I paid $85 freight and called to ask the company to come pick it up or give me a call tag.
They told me I would have to ship it back at my own expense. I explained nicely that the crib had damage to almost every piece and the paint job was horrible and that I just wanted them to return it and deal with the manufacturer themselves. They sent me an email today stating I would have to ship the crib to them at my expense and that if it came damaged, (which it already was from poor craftsmanship), I would have to make a claim to the carrier (either UPS or FedEx). I do believe that would be fraud.
I just wanted them to pick it up and credit me back the charges because the merchandise was damaged and not as advertised. They said the mattress wasn't damaged and so I would receive a merchandise credit only. This is not their return policy and since it was over $1000 purchase I must now pay my attorney to recover my expenses. Very disappointed with this store. Do they really think I would use a merchandise credit to buy something else after the email I received about returning the crib? I would never do business with this company.

Misled by Wal-Mart

I ordered nursery furniture crib, 3-drawer chest and a combo unit on February 27, 2003. I was promised shipment of the order by 3/23/04. I received the crib on 3/12/04 which was great.
After 3/23/04 passed I called to ask about the rest of my order. They said it was delayed. They never send an e-mail or called to let me know it was delayed. Then both items were promised by the 10th of March. I received the combo unit on the 12th of March. I opened the box and ever piece I took out was more damaged then the one before.
I called them on the 13th of March to get a replacement and to find out what happened to the 3-drawer chest. I was told that replacement would be on back order with no time of when to expect it and they didn't have any info on when the 3-drawer would ship.
I was just to upset with the misinformation and canceled the order on the 13th of March. I received an e-mail on the 16th of March saying the 3-drawer that I had already canceled was shipped. I called on the 17th of March and they promised the order was canceled nothing was shipped and I wouldn't be charged.
I called again on the 19th of March because I noticed a pending charge which was for the item they promised was not to ship. I called to complain and give the names of the customer service reps that gave all the misinformation. I was told I have to call ups myself and stop the shipment. Then once they got it back I would get my money back. Even though they said it was on back order and then they ship it out 3 days after it was canceled. It just leaves me with no dressers and my money tied up for their mistakes. I will never buy anything from such company.

HOW TERRIBLE!!!

On 08/30/2002, I called Wells Fargo customer service to request for a new card to be sent to me since my old one had been damaged. I talked to a male customer service agent who asked what had happened to my card.
I explained to him that it had been partially bent while being processed with a manual card machine. He was quick to inform me that a new one was on its way. However, what he did not inform me was that he had cancelled my old one. Now, this was Labor Day weekend and this was the only way that I could access money from my account.
On Sunday 09/01/2002, I stopped at a famous fast food place to get myself a dinner meal. Can you imagine the shock on my face when the card was declined (after the meal had already been prepared!!)? I was about to die. Thank God I had a few dollars in my purse. So, I then decided to call the customer service desk again.
And what do I receive? "Sorry, there is nothing that can be done once your card has been deleted from the database. However, a new one has been sent out to you." Even after asking if this could be escalated further, I was informed that there was nothing else they could do.
Thank God that I was not traveling out of town for the weekend. Can you imagine what would have happened if I was out of town with no other way to get funds? Or if I had gassed up my car and was presented with a "card declined" message?
Yet the only thing that can be done is to have the customer service agent protected. I am sure there is a way that a supervisor can authorize funds for a customer in dilemma. But no, this particular one said that there was nothing the bank nor anybody could do. They don't bother about their customers. HOW TERRIBLE!!!

Approximately 4 years ago my husband & I purchased a Maytag washer to replace a 28 year old model & an Amana dryer. The dryer would not heat. A repairman came to the house decided it was defective. I was not happy with the Amana (obviously) so I changed to a GE. A year after the washer lost its warranty it broke down. After contacting Maytag they agreed to pay for the repairs.
In February, 2005 we purchased stainless steel stove, refrigerator & dishwasher from HHGregg. The next day it was delivered the fridge had a dent in the side which was not even brought into the house & was replaced the next day. When we went to use the stove the oven did not heat properly & a new one was brought out also. Shortly after the year warranty on the fridge ran out the icemaker quit working. The repairman stated that he had just repaired another like it so we contacted Whirlpool & was only charged for the labor not the part.
About 6 months ago the dryer (barely 4 years old) started making this loud noise but continued to dry my clothes! Then recently the washer started dripping water into the tub when it was not on & spewing oil on the floor. So like a fool I went back to HHGregg. Same salesman took a long time checking out washers & dryers on Consumer Reports.
Finally chose a Whirlpool Cabrio. After the delivery guys ran over my lawn twice the appliances were installed. The hot & cold hoses were backwards & the dryer was making a loud obnoxious noise just like the one I had replaced. The delivery guy said it was "normal" since it was cold outside. It was 50 degrees.
After several hours of listening to the noise, I contacted my salesman who also said it was normal. I finally called the store manager who replaced the dryer the next day. It's hard to believe that all these defective appliances end up at my house. Do you think I've learned my lesson; I'll never buy from HHGregg again!

I must admit their customer service is horrible

I was very excited to find z gallerie. They had beautiful furniture at great prices. I found the perfect dining room table and paid cash in the store for it. I was told it was backordered for 8 weeks. That was fine. I ordered it on June 22. Eight weeks went by and no phone call. I called customer service and they told me to keep waiting. I waited. No phone call. I called back and by the time they had figured out what had happened it had been about ten weeks. They told me it had arrived but one of the legs was broken so I would have to wait for a new table. And it was still backordered. I really liked the table so I decided to wait. I thought I should get the next available, but I guess I went back to the bottom of the list of people waiting for this table because it took so long to finally get it. After being told the wrong time over and over, I finally got a call from the delivery company. I was ecstatic! The delivery company came to my house on time and everything, but when they were assembling the table they realized z gallerie had sent the wrong henges. They told me they could still put it together and it would be ok as long as I was careful with it. They ordered new henges and left. The next day I barely touched the table and it collapsed on me knocking me down. I couldn't move and had to immediately get to the doctor. 300 dollars later and lots of hydroquinone, I called customer service. They told me new henges were on the way and it would take 5-7 business days for a service technician to come out after I received them. They also told me after everything was said and done they would partially compensate me. My henges came and they were wrong again. I called customer service and they decided to send out two more sets, they said one of them had to be right.
When the delivery guys came out to assemble my table, none of the henges fit. They told me the table was defective. Customer service informed me the table was still backordered and I would have to wait. I asked
