Spraywash product says that it removes any impossible stain like dirty motor oil and so on. I am a mechanic and therefore messing up my clothes in normal so I thought o give it a try. Ok, so I ordered it online that means product is going to come right to me from manufacturer. Well, I tried this Spray and wash- Extra strength to remove stains from my shirt. It is used before actually washing your clothes in machine with water. I push the button to pour it directly to the stained area. It had problem with the nozzle. When I sprayed the liquid it hardly removed stain off my shirt. Purely speaking the products are waste of money. It is exactly the opposite of 'Remove stains Right In Front Of Your Eyes!'

The staff was very nice at first, but my old lady needs to observe each and everything she bugs and so she ask the representative to show some more and more quality and stuff. The young man was pretty loose tempered and screamed at us. We were about to leave the store, other guy approached us and help us to select things. Of course we paid a heavy bill there. But the stupid fellow always showed his ugly face. Quality is nice but I will not recommend this store, its customer service is very poor!

Few days back when we had gone there, they prepared burgers no longer with juicy hand formed-beef patty snuggled within a mile high sesame seed bun, the new burger is a bland hockey puck that looks and taste like it just came out of the freezer and bun a tasteless pale meager piece of white bread pretending to be a bun with no sesame seeds. They misguide you on menu, they try t boast that the burgers are served on sesame seed buns. I will like to add some thing more to it. The Mexican beers were served us just above room temperature with no limes.

Ok, when the waiter was bringing our order, plate fell down on floor and he just looked around to see if anyone noticing this and again filled the fallen food and got it to us. Since I have seen this fellow doing the wrong thing I ask him for another pizza.
The topping of this pizza was great but the crust was hard, specially the corner. It pricked me few time, but since I paid for that I ate it anyhow. Of course I will come here again if my hunger says so, but not purposely to have pizzas, nay!

I found the Joey New York De-Puff and Eye Bag Masque Patch on the shelf, it was the last pack remaining the representative told me and said it the most happening Joey product for age control. So I just paid and got it home. I read the instruction to use and done as stated but, when I removed off the patch to horror, it irritated me a lot, skin was burning. I didn't know what happen to the area of application as our home mirror was broken. When my husband came he asked me what had happen to my eyes, that time I went to our neighbor's home and looked myself in mirror. My skin was peeled off and it has become red and sore. I threw it in bin and ran to my doctor for treatment.

This place is an outstanding in WI, I think so! Guess why...? Ok I will tell you. I dinned here several times but I always experience hit or miss. I mean some times food and everything is perfect and sometime is may be the worst! Recently I went here with my cousins, and we ordered our menu. Our meal came hot, and nice smell of sausages was lingering around us. Though our burger was hot, the stuffed food was cold inside like it was yesterday's leftover micro waved and presented to us. My younger brother will not adjust with food, so ask waiter to get another and it took pretty time. Cook must have got everything ready after that and got it 25 minutes later. Sausages were good enough to have one more time. Yeah, I would like to advise you to visit this restaurant in the evening or later afternoon to get fresh and enough food to eat.

Extreme Spells is a Total Scam and they threaten and terrorize you when you ask for your money back from their bogus spells. The site is operated by a Spell Master according to them. When I asked for my money back, he threatened to hex me, contact my ex and started threatening me with illegal activity. Here is a sample of one of his email threats. I heard this one guy had cops and a judge in his family. He writes a huge ticket for a potential offence. Wouldn't it suck to get a huge ticket you never knew about? I heard that happened once. Like 6 months. Whew. I can't imagine that! This is just what I heard. I swear, some people can be out right cold hearted. Imagine what 6 months in jail could do.

On November 2004. We had a salesman come into the house and sell us package at $2883.45. I gave him a $50.00 deposit and he told me that it would be returned to me if I was turned down for credit. We did not hear from them for 3 weeks and I made a phone call to ask why? The secretary took the call and said some would call the next day. A week went by and no call. I called again, I talked to the manager, he said he would return my call the next day---lie-lie no call. I checked my bank account and they had already cashed the check, which they said they would return. I know it was only $50 but such a rip off. I could have gone out to dinner and got some enjoyment. This company cannot keep their word and after reading other reports from other regions apparently this is their selling point. Beware of this company. I personally feel that we should never entertain the sales man in the house and especially the sales man from their company.

and lots of scammers on the internet just waiting for the unsuspecting bargain hunters to fall into one of their well planned traps. In the past couple of weeks I have come across at least 6 dodgy people trying to take my hard earned cash. What has taken me by surprise is how many scam merchants are out there lying in wait for the naïve internet user. There must be many thousands of newbies being scammed for large amounts of cash everyday.
Ebay, craigslist, yahoo auctions and classifieds, I have come across
them in all of these places. I have now come to the conclusion that
the internet is infested with these people. So BUYERS OF EXPENSIVE

Sounds little over sentenced but, I have experienced this the last time went their. Thai ginger is has decent food but not very good to make it your favorite or even remarkable. We came here at around 1 or 1.30 pm and ordered three drinks, appetizer and then main course. Drinks came faster but we had to wait for appetizer. When we were not finished with appetizer our main course came, so it was I was thinking there's spare food lying around couldn't eat so much. Thai ginger was pretty good and full of taste but not so remarkable. Also the place was full of chaos; no one could hear was other person was speaking. Food is decent over here but not worthy if you are sophisticated person. Rates are reason not much high.

I visited the Taco Bell in Roanoke Rapids First off I'd like to tell you that I usually don't go to Taco Bell. Other Taco Bells just have not met my expectations of being good food. Ok, so today I'd been having a really hard day. I had my 2 young very active boys with me all day, and shopping experiences had been a nightmare. I was on the verge of tears. I stopped at Roanoke. I first tried to go though the drive through, but my kids couldn't make up there minds, and there were people waiting behind us, so I chose to go inside. I was a bit frazzled with my day by this point, so I took my 2 year old into the restaurant in his car seat, so that he'd not be able to run around. I was trying to place an order when my oldest child started to act out. There was a gentleman by the name of Mack, who could tell that I was getting stressed with my boys and he went to our table to help with my boys while I ordered and waited for my food. There was a lady named Maria who took our order, she was rude and impatient. The store and its employees were not clean and neat. To top it all off the food was not really good also. They changed my day worst I will now go out of my way to be able to visit this restaurant again.

Then I decided to try out Kung Pao Spaghetti and it was too disappointing- with pasta scallions, chicken, chilies, and Kung Pao sauce, which really does not meld properly. Yeah, but can definitely try out for Chicken Marsala Marinara, Portobello Mushroom Ravioli, and Fettucini with Garlic Cream Sauce as they may be safe choices, but still why gamble? Okay, you do you really trust pasta that features Jambalaya with linguini! Thai Linguine is listed back to back!

I too have been scammed by On-Rebate and Tiger direct!! I ordered an LCD monitor and a TV tuner card on may 10 after not receiving my order after two weeks I called customer service and was told that my order had been canceled, however I never canceled the order and I had proof that it was taken out of my Paypal account. To make a long story short I have talked to five different customer service people who have been extremely rude and very unhelpful telling me that they would forward my proof of payment and etc to the right people however I never heard anything back from them. Finally I had my mom call and try to get somewhere, however she was treated even worse. When asked to speak with a manager she spoke to some guy who claimed to be a manager and whom we later found out that was not even a manager. These people are very rude and I have never had such a horrible experience in my life! My mom then talked to another manager who we actually hope really is a manager and she was told that the money would be refunded into my account. Big surprise when on the day that they told us the money would be refunded that the money had never been refunded. I am so sick of getting the run around from this company and I will never do business with this company ever again. I want my money back!!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!

So I purchased from them, also I had heard from our neighbor that they sale beer at cheaper great with great quality. I was impressed with this words. So I purchased. In the evening when my hubby came I showed him the beer and gave some for tasting. It was really great my hubby said, he asked me the price. I don't know what the price of a half gallon should be so I paid what he asked for and in the evening my husband told me I was charged for full gallon. I am upset with Mac and Jacks. The reputed company like this should not do this with their customers!

I did not like the food here very much. Most the dishes are common and no such larger variety. But I believe that even if you have small variety it should be good and edible enough! My wife had gone to her mother's house for some days and I was having food out side only, so while returning form office I stopped here to eat something nice. I ordered a grilled plain sandwich with some honey (separate) for light diet. After few minutes waiter came with homey bowl and sandwich, the honey really didn't taste like the original one and the cheese was excess in quantity. I finished it any how. I decided not to go their again after I saw my bill fro cheese grilled with honey and coke.

I had an account with this company and believe the toughest time of my life dealing with them. Trust me these guys are not actually the perfect choice. On December 5, 2006 my myspace account was apparently hacked. I wrote six emails to there customer service. I get meaningless responses like make sure you are using the correct user id and password. I was dead sure about my id bit all time I try I get the same response, it was awful. I couldn't just let it go so I tried several times till I was asked to use the password recovery option but as I have explained to them I also am unable to access that email address. I was very badly harassed by all this they were not ready to understand but kept asking for id. Just because it is a free service does not mean a person should expect some level of customer service. In the meantime, a stranger is probably spamming my friends list. What is the use of giving such a free service which is of no help to anyone but accessing them is taking unnecessary problem on head.

They have magazines too. But you will have to be careful when you step out of the store; the old employee is very rude. I once purchased one book but some pages were missing from it so I got back. He told me that I tore it, the book was in fine
condition before he sold it to me. So I will advice to check the book twice before you pay.

Soon after moving into our house Chimney Solutions Inc from Addison, IL called us soliciting a cleaning and inspection. Their intro price was considerably less than other fireplace cleaners and we were broke so we made an appointment. The tech of Chimney Solutions Inc from Addison came out on a Saturday and was very professional he recommended that we do a few things which would be $2000 and we agreed to it. He asked for a 35% deposit and that he would order the parts and call me on Monday. He said he was the owner of the company with his brother. Monday came and went without a call so I called in on Tuesday; they said they could not find our information and that they would call the owner and call me back by 4pm. I did not get a call back. This went on the whole week and I stopped payment on the check that I gave him the following Saturday. I called every day and sometime twice a day and received the run-around every time. My bank informed me that the check was deposited the following Monday and luckily I stopped payment on the check. Chimney Solutions Inc from Addison is a scam and they will take your money and provide you no service. Your family's safety is not worth saving a few bucks on the cleaning. Do some minor research and find a reputable company. I am posting this in the scam club so that you all are warned by this company and can simply look for some one else worth while.

This place is hell! I never went to Tini Biggs Lounge before. I am not a big fan of specific drinks but differentiate their quality. The place is over priced, it first thing. The staff is just good for nothing. They will are more interested in watching the passing traffic and homeless fights and bus routes. The waitresses are unfriendly, rude and lazy. She was more interested in flirting around with guys in business suits. I m sure guys impressing
on her will give big tip. Again drinks were not that great to pay their overpriced bill. Overall the restaurant is not good. The other side of the restaurant was dark and cold.

I don't know what to do, can any one help me

I received an LS-120 drive for Christmas. I was so happy and it was just what I wanted. Murphy's Law set in some months later and the drive stopped working. I called Imitation only to find out that even though their name is on the box they didn't make the drive. I bought a drive by digital research. So I called them and they said no problem sends it to us and we will replace it. I mailed my drive off in November of 99. I have repeatedly asked for some kind of resolution and received nothing but BS from the so called customer service receptionist for digital research. They can't even tell me if they received my drive. I made the mistake of not getting a tracking number for the drive. I did insure it but even that didn't help because the post office needs a letter from Digital saying they never received it. Then they will track the package and pay me for it or tell me that Digital did receive it. Digital Research doesn't even give me a response when I ask if they received it much less a written letter. I have filed complaints with my state and California's Attorney Generals and the BBS. Well it is now May and I have no LS-120, no reply, and no more patience. I have received a couple of responses from a customer support rep who basically told me they were busy and they take letters in the order they are received. At this point they are saying that they need a tracking number to be able to find out if they received it, even though they have their own RMA number. Their trench support has an answering machine where I have left no less than 50 messages that they will not return. I have even left my cell number which they will not call. I don't know what to do, can any one help me.

Moving Scams in Toronto

Xpress Movers Based out of Toronto Ontario sent in an estimator to provide a quote to move our house. The gentlement showed up at the door well presented and spoke highly about his company and also said that they are reffered mainly by MLS. He took about an hour to go through the house and wrote up a quote stating 1 truck 3 movers, showed up to our house to provide $85/Hr and 7 hours to move the whole house. He even said they do not hier contractors and that they are proffessional that when the movers arrive at the door they know the price quoted and they will start the work. They even told us to pack things in box and leave it in the foyer to speed things up. So we did. The movers does not even have to pack any thing.

When they showed up they saw every thing packed yet told us the new quote is 15hours with 3 people. Which is about more than double the hours quoted by the so called "Estimator". Luckily we called another company who gave us a similar quote and was able to move it with in the budget as oppose to 15 hours. We lost the $100 Deposit which they would not refund either.

I was contacted by PTG Studios in regard to some kind of TV appearance? I was suspicious and did a little search on the company. But was unsuccessful in finding anything about them. Then I did a search on the yellow pages with one of the phone numbers. They had emailed me and it came up Platinum Television Group. Then I searched for them on the internet and came to this site. Read all that was said about the $20,000 investments required and thought I should ask them right away. Is this the proposal were I must come up with $20,000 to participate if so cancel my phone meeting and she emailed back right away and said she would cancel. SO I took that as a yes. I guess all the bad reports from this site they decided to start fresh with new name and web site. The web site www.ptgstudios.com is brand new. So beware. If someone contacts you from PTG Studios please read all the complaints on Platinum Television Group first. I am writing this matter for all those who are about to fall in to their scam so that they can take their steps behind from them.

Ray abdel was the photographer and a man named bahiege who was the videographer were hired for my wedding on november 11, 2006 . the quality of work that we got back was horrid. the pictures were out of focus, red eye, blinking. On the video was out of focus could hear him knocking his camera around, and the bad thing about the whole thing is that he never got me walking down the isle. then to make up for what bad work he had done he had the same guy do another video and thinks that it makes it alright. this video had his company name, then bars, then a count down, and finally my husband and I all ready for the wedding and we havnt even seen each other. nightmare.

I purchased $150 of merchandise from Sunshine Crafts. Upon receipt I found two damaged items. I contacted the company to return these items requesting that they pay the return postage since they were defective. They have refused to accept my return unless I pay for it. Because these two items will cost about the same amount if I pay return postage, I will not agree to their terms. We have over 10 emails now, and nothing is worked out, and the customer and customer service is non-existent in their policies. Instead of accepting the return and crediting my card, they are arguing with me. I spend a lot of money on crafts but will be spending my dollars elsewhere so they've lost a lot. I have contacted friends who are also crafters and told them to avoid this company. But I feel they also need to be reported with your business so that others do not have the problems I do. I spend a lot of money via internet shopping and customer service is very important to me. This company falls short of any standard in this regard. There are good companies on the internet and I have been fortunate to do business with them. But I would not do business with Sunshine Crafts nor would I recommend them to others. What a pathetic way to run business.

I was always interested in acting and I use to fulfill my desires in my college programmes or any way if I got a chance. I thought that the day was lucky when I received a phone call from the scouting entertainment group to act, and model. I was interested so was my father. We schedule a meeting. When we arrived they just talk to us, to see if we would be interested in acting or modeling. Then they gave me lines for gap to practice. When I came back they called us in to his office, and told us that he was looking around the room to see who he liked, and he chooses me. Later he gave us details about the job, what I had to do and what I was going to do. He told my dad to trust him. He told us their was no money involved, and that other talent agencies ask for money for photo's, photo shoots, and acting classes. He said we wouldn't have to pay for any of that, and that I didn't need any acting classes. He then showed us some of the sites for his talents, and said we were going to go on a limo ride, and then do photos shoot. He tried to be very pervasive. He then said we had to pay for the site which was $600 every six months; we also had to stay with the contract for 12 months. He keep saying we didn't have to pay anything else which was a lie he gave my father papers to sign ,and asked him for his credit card my dad was getting confused with everything, but he signed it anyways he thought it would be a good opportunity for me. After that he said I also had to go to another agency they work with. The next week we were called for the photo shoot and the limo ride. I went, after that I went to their other agency and found out I have to pay another $30 or $40 extra, which we did. I used my site, but it only showed jobs for dates that already passed. And after that photo shoot I didn't get any calls, any jobs. I just received 1 text message which I returned with a call and they said it was a mistake text. Every couple of months we get bills from them taking our money. This agency is a scam that mint money from those who want to do something in life. It was filthy and not the one which I was showed and happen to purchase it, so I took it back the next day and asked for a new one. So I went through the boxes and they were all alike. Filthy and useless. They could have at least cleaned them up a bit the might of gotten away with it. The cashier gave a bit of an attitude towards me it was a horrible experience. I have heard about most of the advertising agencies and their various scams but was unaware that I also would be the victim of one of these scams. This company sold me on the fact that there would be 5000 guides in distribution; however, my 500 are the only ones that have been produced and delivered. I have found 2 people that have paid for the advertisement and are not even on it. They have been given the new information for the company and will be calling and taking care of their issues on their own. But to warn others, they make it a practice to tell you one thing and not deliver on it. I was told these would be out by mind to late spring and they argued with me that no one would have ever told me that. Too bad it is on the recorded portion of the conversation that he emailed to me. I will be joining others in the area who has been the victim of this scam to get this matter taken care of. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and the Attorney General of Florida. But I don't know how long it will take to resolve the matter.

I took my car to check. I heard a clunking sound when I was steering my 2005 impala LS. The service advisor checked it in and about 20 minutes later came back and said it need some tie rod repair it was costing 262.00. I told them I had extended warranty with 100,000 mile warranty I paid $1975.00 for. They called Fidelity they decline the work order because they said it was a wear item. And it wasn't covered. So I called Fidelity they told me same thing but when I was sold the warranty the salesman told me that it was bumper to bumper warranty and it covered everything except maintenance items. I was angry because I realized Fidelity is a shady dishonest company and will never do business with them again. So I went to the salesman who sold me the warranty and lied to me about the coverage and canceled the contract from this thieving company that enjoys taking your money but don't like you filing claims when needed. This company needs to be sued and employees there need to be in jail for their actions. It was a lesson learnt by me I will never buy any car from them. This company is a shady and dishonest company. I am shocked how they are standing in their position.

Trust me this web site is a fraudulent web site. She makes artwork on etch-a-sketch kid's toys, and then has some washy to freeze them permanently. She hit me up in yahoo chat room; I ended up ordering one for my daughter who is dying of cancer. It was supposed to be done in 2 weeks. I gave her half down $70. As required. 2 weeks went by and I never heard form her. I called and she said it was almost done, and she would call me in a couple of days. She never called. I called her back again, and she said she would need the balance due before sending it to me. So I then forwarded another $70. 4 days go by and no package was sent. So I call the fraud again, and she claimed she did in fact send it via UPS. I asked for a tracking number so I could track the package as it never arrived. She said she lost it. What kind of business loses that sort of thing? I called UPS and they had no records of any package leaving her address or arriving to mine. I asked for a refund and she said no. It isn't her fault if UPS lost the package. Stay away from this cheater who just simply takes the money never to send the items.

I had the toughest time dealing with this people; I think its best to put like this. I had the shock of my life when I learnt that my account was terminated without a cause without warning. It just happened that I received an e-mail with no explanation at all. I e-mailed and called the company several times to find out if I could resolve this issue. But there was no one who could help me out of it. I have had no response to this situation. I just paid my $5.00 to continue nationwide service and they terminated the account. No refund of said money. The business practice of this company leaves a bad taste in one's mouth. The service isn't great. Can't get the site to work half the time and graphics are a joke. And of course the policy is written so they are not responsible for anything. I would suggest people use other advertisers that have better programs. What do you all think wasn't it the toughest time of my life? If you don't want to be a part like me so please do the research before opting for the advertiser.
