Sam woo BBQ is the worst BBQ restaurant I have been to in my entire lifetime. The food here is awful. I always end up throwing up after my meal there and so I stopped going there now.
No doubt about the price of the food it is cheap and it taste ok but the oil that they put in the food is really disgusting. The food is so damn oily that we could burn a whole town with that oil. Pardon my exaggeration but it s that bad and words can't express the awfulness about the place. The chow miens that they have literally drip oil. They pour oil in all the food like oil is for free and like they own a goddamned oil refinery. If you want
to die early or want to have clogged arteries at the earliest age possible then this is the perfect place for you. But if you want to live a long and healthy life then please stay away from this oil processing plant.

A spa is a place where you go to relax and rid of all the stress and try to rest your body and mind. I love going to the spa. But going to spa bar is just the opposite. They don't give you time to rest. They don't know what a spa is all about. All they know is that they have to make money.
I had made an appointment with Spa Bar well in advance. I had also paid the advance for my body massage and manicure and pedicure. The day I went there, there was a lot of rush. When I told them that I had an appointment they asked me to wait as there was a lot of appointments made today. I found that they had lack of organization. All they want is the money and are not bothered if the customers are satisfied and are given the service they deserve for their money. They overbooked which is definitely not what a day spa should be doing. They were hurrying with everything. I don't think I will return to Spa Bar. I don't mind traveling far but I want what I pay for.

A very shady store!

This is the worst I have ever come across. I cannot believe I chose them to get my carpet out of all the other very reliable stores here. I made a big mistake and I am posting this scam in scam club because I don't want anyone else to get ripped off like I was. Please stay away form this sham company if you don't want to lose your money and waste your time here.
I was very upset with the whole experience that I had here. I actually thought that I was getting my self a good deal here. But I was so wrong. Here you will get nothing all that you will experience is loss of both money and time. There was a very stupid and rude employee there. At first he helped me out; at least that's what I thought. He helped me get scammed. He lied to me on several occasions. And after the whole thing was done
he blamed me for everything. In the end I was ripped off and scammed for sure. I did not get what I had initially ordered for. A very shady store!

I had been to this restaurant before and loved it. When it opened up in my neighborhood I was very excited. I could hardly wait to try this place. I finally visited the place and I was very disappointed. I and my cousin had gone here just to have some drinks and grab a bite or two. We were seated on one of the comfy couches that were upstairs.
We were left there by the host we waited and waited and waited for a waiter but no one showed up. We finally got someone and we were told that we had to go to the bar and get our own drinks. We went to the bar but still there were no menus. We finally got our drinks after 30 min and then we found a menu. But there was no one to take our order. When we finally flagged down a waitress she apologized and said that there were a lot of customers down. I found that to be a very stupid excuse because we too are paying customers. I won't be back.

That was the worst the worst decision I could have ever made. One day when I was out they tore a hole adjacent to the shower and did not let me know. I had no clue about it and did not notice it until they were gone. I had given them a 500.00 deposit to do the work but later found out about the hole and decided to cancel the work. They would not refund my 500.00 and they denied putting the hole in the wall. They said that it was there before they could even start the work. They would not return my calls and I feel totally ripped off and cheated. Please stay away from them. They will do stuff and
then deny the whole thing.

Lily's window cleaning is a rip off. You won't acquire anything here. They do not do their job properly. I doubt whether they know that they were at my place for. I am saying this because when I was in my living room (I hired them to clean the kitchen windows) I seen two of them open my refrigerator and take two packs of juice. I was infuriated when I seen that. I walked in and they said that they were sorry and got back to work.
They did not even do the job properly. They did not clean the corners. When I told them about it they said they already did more than what they usually do. I had two cracked windows. They did not take right measurements and that had to be redone. They are totally impossible to deal with. I wish I knew about them before. I have learnt my lesson and will not let this happen to anyone. I have learnt my lesson now you all stay away. If I knew about them I would definitely steer clear of this company.

Please do not go here. This place is a rip off. You will not get what you are paying for here. I was referred to this place by one of my friends. She had been here long time back. I thought of trying them out one day as the salon I go to wasn't working that day. So I called them and got an appointment fixed. I sensed that this will not be a good experience because when I called them they did not do or say anything to make me want to go there. I just knew that this was a bad idea.
I reached there about fifteen minutes late because I have an infant and it s not easy to leave the child anytime for something like this. I had to put her to sleep and leave her at my mom's. They were very rude form the time I entered the salon. They got me a seat quick and began doing their job pretty hastily. They barely gave me time to pick my own nail color. The manicurist that did my nails cut me at least thrice. And it was bleeding profusely till I told her to stop ad get some cotton. Only then did she get up and do something about it. When I told her to take care she told me that it was because I was moving too much. I felt like taking my money and just walking out that door. I wish I had done just that. It was a horrible experience. Perfect Fingers have lost a potential customer forever!

I will never hire this company again. I never knew that they were so irresponsible and an absolute rip off! I had a bitter experience with them. I would never recommend this service to anyone. I had got to know about them to a friend who said they were not good but I thought may be she was wrong and she wasn't.
The driver arrived about forty five minutes late. When I questioned him what was wrong he said the route he took there was a lot of traffic. When we were on our way to my destination there was a lot of traffic. And by mistake he spilled the beans. He said that he did not face so much traffic on the way to pick me and immediately changed the topic. To add to it he was filthy. All I had him brag about how good his company was and how
horrible other companies were. I told him you were late. He said that it wasn't his fault and shut up. They do not practice good business. The only reason I gave them a star was because I couldn't give them 0 stars. I will never call them again.

I was a member at Club One and decided to leave and join another club because Club One was very expensive I couldn't afford to pay the fees and I had a lot of membership dues. So I left it and joined 24 Hour Fitness in San Francisco, CA. I have been a member in 24 Hour Fitness for about two months now and it is without a doubt the worst gym I have ever been to. I would gladly go back to Club One and pay the high price than wasting my money in this zoo. I get to see different types of human beings here every single day.
This gym is filthy, it is worse than a cow shed here. The parking at the gym sucks big time. The pool area is more like a dumping ground, nothing less than a joke. The men's locker room stinks really bad. The shower heads don't work properly. The soap dispensers never work and their covers are always broken and lying on the floor. I have witnessed guys spitting on the ground in the pool area and women bringing beach baskets into the steam room and sauna applying all kinds of products like they are at home. There was even a woman who brought a fold- up chair and set it up on the side of the Jacuzzi. And the most embarrassing and weird incident was when a guy who was sitting in the Jacuzzi asked me whether I had found Jesus as I was walking by. I have had enough at this gym and will leave it as soon as possible!

Drinks are very costly and quality of food they offer is somewhere around mediocre. The big back deck is certainly good to hold on, but their service is poor joke. I was having dinner and ordered some food and drink enough to get taste of everything, rest I ask to get packed so I can tale it home. But the waiter staff is no good that a snail. They took 30 minutes and even more to just get food packed. Though food was just ok to dump your hunger, nothing was special. Certainly I did not keep tips and the waiter comes to me to ask for tips! I will not return Bluwater Bistro till someone arrests me and push in here.

Let me tell you'll about the worst experience I could have at a nail salon. This is by far the worst salon I have ever visited. I have been to it once and I surely don't wanna return. Luckily I had made an appointment because there was a lady who did not and they did not treat her well.
As I walked in I was asked to pick out a color for my nails. The polish that I liked from was all scattered and the ones that were organized well had no good selection. Not a wide variety at all. I picked out my color and sat on a chair. The equipment that was used on my fingers was removed from a drawer. I had no idea whether they were sanitary or not. The manicurist did not even look at my face once when she was doing my nails. When it was time for me to dry my nails she did not let me finish. She told me to wait somewhere where there was no fan. I hated the experience. I will never return. Getting a place to park is a great discovery at Cream Nails.

Of course, when expect good quality customer service when I am paying a huge buck sack for purchasing there product. This company is least desirable regard to its customer service. I went there fro purchase of some items and no one help me getting some information regarding displayed items. And this not happened just once; visited their store four times (I think just to waste my time!) and their staff was least to help me. I went there on week ends and that's why they though I do not have money in my pocket and didn't look up at me. Do I wear a tux to look smart to get their response? Ok, when I got Owen from them it had some problem so I tried to call them up but no one ever pick up me call. May possible they have picked a number service type plan, where you have to wait to get help. Of course, I will not prefer a store where huge staff is working and no
bother to help me out. I will choose rather a better store with reasonable prices. Yes, Albert Lee Appliance have astonishing high prices, suppose to be a good brand, but what I got was of last quality to get it repaired twice within a month. I will give this store '0' rating.

I was looking for a place where I could get my hair straightened out and I mean poker straight. I went to many places but I was not really impressed or influenced by anyone. Then one of my friends told me about Sloane Square in our neighborhood. I never heard of it before so I went there to check it out. There was this lady who had just come from China. I thought who would straighten my hair the Chinese style better than a Chinese. So I fixed an appointment with her. She could not speak English well but that was not an issue. I did not know that I was making a mistake.
The next day when I came at the time that was appointed she was not yet there. I was told that she would be late. So I waited for her but she did not come. The next I returned and she was not there again but today she came to the salon but a little later. She started with my hair. I told her what I wanted exactly. I had no idea whether she understood but she said yes, yes and began with her work. She promised that it would be poker straight. After he finished I was disappointed because my hair was not as straight as she had promised. After I washed my hair and let it dry, there were a lot of kinks. I will never return there. It is nothing but a rip-off! I hope there are people who can perform the procedure better than her. I doubt.

Overpriced is the first thing about domino's pizzas. I ordered two pizzas from Domino's guess what.? They did not deliver it on time and charged me £2 extra as delivery charge by the delivery boy. They are rude enough to insult you before your friends and people. I ask him about £2. He told me 'it is our right to take tip and I want it! If you are not willing to give it then forget about the next delivery'. For a minute, I was wondering how he dares to say like that. I gave him £2, as really they come from long way, but of course that is not the way to talk with customer. I think we have to come together and stop giving them tip so they will at least learn to talk proper with customer. My friend also told me that they are not better then Pizza Hut and charges are too high compared to the quality they give. They do the same thing.
They are into monopoly business and they have to be controlled!

Lee's Sandwiches is a Vietnamese restaurant. I heard a lot about this place. Many people gave good reviews about it so I thought of trying it out my self. I was not at all impressed with what I got. This is not at all how Vietnamese food tastes. This is just a place that tries to make it. It is convenient that is why people go here to eat.
I have Vietnamese friends and they tried the place out and they too were disappointed. It is very expensive compared to the other Vietnamese restaurants around. The others cost only half the rate of Lee's. Please and I'm begging you please do not have the Ham and Cheese Croissant Sandwich. It is waste of money and you will spoil your appetite. I would never recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I was a regular at Rex Hair salon. I used to love the way Rex understood exactly how I wanted my hair to be. He used to give the perfect cut. It used to look beautiful. But off lately he has been a real pain in the neck. I was totally surprised to see Rex behave in such a rude and unkind manner. I called him a day earlier for an appointment he wasn't there so the one in the salon fixed an appointment and told me that rex would be informed.
When I went there Rex wasn't there and I was shocked because he is never late. So I waited when he came I asked him why he was late he asked me late for what. I told him I fixed and appointment did you forget. He said I had other important work and I can't do anything now as he has to go home for something else. I told him I would come the next day. He said that he did not want to take any appointments. I just walked out later that evening my friend told me that she had just fixed an appointment with Rex. I was very angry. I will surely not return.

My friend always goes to this salon called Rose Hair and Nail Care in Westminster, CA. She has given me a lot of good reviews about this place. She has been going here for about a year now. Well now the truth about this place. It sucks I listened to my friend and I made a huge mistake. I thought of trying it out one day and boy that was a gaffe. I fixed an appointment with them a day earlier. They did not have a lot of appointments and it was a holiday I was a bit surprised but decided to try it anyway.
So I went there to get my nails done. They were slower than a slug and as lousy as it. They are cheap but you don't get what little you pay for. Though they are cheap it fills like a rip off! They ruin you nails totally. My five year old niece will do a better job with all her tiny little beautician toys that she got. I wonder how my friend likes to come here. The manicurist are very uptight and don't like to talk while doing their work. They are the exact opposite of friendly, really inhospitable! I do not recommend going there to get anything done.

I have been only once to Pho Ga Hung restaurant in Westminster, CA. And believe me it was a very poor experience. I never expected anything from it but it was worse than I thought it would be. I ordered the chicken soup. I heard that it was the best. Well after this I don't think I will be having any more chicken soup again. it was horrible.
I got a weird taste. I have no idea whether it was supposed to taste that way or what exactly it was supposed to be. And the chicken in it had red spots. Like it was not cooked properly or not cleaned properly. I returned it and asked them to get something else. The other dish was ok. But I was shocked to see my bill I was charged for the soup too. I told them that I would not be paying for it. They said I had half of it. That was a lie I only hade two spoons and returned it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

The grant mentor promises a lot of things, but apparently they had there finger's crossed. They promised a 10 day free trail with the purchase of a kit. The kit never arrived or I never received a confirmation of the beginning of the 10-day trail via e-mail or mail, but apparently it had ended before I believed it ever began.

Furious like most people in the situation in finding they had took $50 out of my credit card I called them. They told me they couldn't give it back since it was already in the billing cycle. After canceling it they lured me towards another scam.

Apparently for being a customer I was given a "1000 dollar shopping spree". Seeing this as a act of redemption I let them go. Trying out this so called "spree" I found it was a scam also. They send you to a site where every item's price is tripled or doubled and then they charge you for the product's "true retail price" (as my researched from other retail sites and the product's official site proved).

With these people its just one scam after another. They're all soulless cowards with no ounce of sympathy. This is 100% true, exactly as I told it, is exactly how it happened.

Great Western Mortgage company has filed a false report in retaliation on the truth being told. First of all no husband named edward. There company uses vonage and the son had crashed the vonage system after him spending several hours on the phone with vonage it had to do with other equipment connected from his house. The blocking of websites according to dlink on the phone could not be done on that particular routher. There systems were full of viruses and they used a jerry rigged switch which had very minimum connections and wires hanging loosely out. The son had a falling out with his previous comptuer guy and who knows who else, any tech would know this these people are stupid they didn't pay anything near what they owed. The owner was the one running around like a crazy person using profanity. They charge 13% and up on their loans and they were mad because there guys couldn't make cold calls at night because there vonage was down. It was myself and a witness not related to the company who got them back up and running while there employees sat around a desk and bullshittted around. I brought a witness to take pictures of the jerry rigged switch and other equipment. If it wasn't for me they would not of been up and running. They are very ungratefull

I called the company 5 times and emailed 3 times. You get an automated answering service that states your phone calls will get returned within 24 hours, but no one calls back. My emails never got answered. So, I have contacted BBB Online and I have disputed the charge on my credit card. Do not buy anything from this company. You will get duped. I wish I would have seen these other reports before I placed my order. And, if Personalized for Baby owners read this...you should be ashamed of yourselves. Your web site solicits those individuals that are buying for babies and children and you are taking advantage of people. I hope that you get put out of business real soon.

I can not live this way

It was my biggest mistake in choosing this company for making my house. Americorp Builders built our home in 2004, there were some problems with settling that we new might happen, but the ceilings and floors were separating and the wood outside was twisting, and the roof started to sag. We kindly reported this to them, there guys came out and some repairs were made, but to my disbelief there own workers said they didn't want to do the repairs because the other guy sheetrock, painter, framer did not do the work correctly. I filed a report with the BBB, and the Attorney Generals office, a meeting was held and the twirl attorney was horrible towards us. The owner and the attorney said they would do the repairs and we signed a release to release them after repairs were completed, and we did, that was 10 months ago. This company was supposed to build our dream home and we now can't wait to get out of area because of them. We begged the owners to come to our home to inspect them, but they did not. Mind you they are only 2 miles away from our home. I am stuck completely what to do and where to go? I can not live this way. Can any one help me?

I live in a good ole boy town and the lawyers in this town will not go against him. What does a single girl do in a case like this? The dealer sold me an expensive warranty that does not want to pay for the repairs to this car either. The dealer said today march 22, 2006 I have no legal obligation to sell a car that works properly, or to fix the ones I swell. Is this true? How do I get help and a car to drive?

One of the things about Bill Heard Chevrolet and this is anywhere, is that they get you to sign a contract without actually getting the approval of the finance company listed on the contract. So what ends up happening is the company does not approve your loan for whatever reason, and then they alert the dealership, who in turn is supposed to contact you and let you know. However, with Bill Heard Chevrolet you will not get that phone call because they want you to keep the vehicle while they search through 25 different banks and finance companies that may approve your loan. And it always ends up being the bottom of the barrel Drive Financial. I got into a situation as this and the only thing that stopped them from sticking me with that contract...and they tried hard...was that the finance company could not approve it, because there was a fraud alert on my husbands credit report because he is military and was out of the country. The day after I learned the company had disapproved my loan, I took the car back myself and gave them the keys. They ask me to wait for them to find another deal, I said no; they tried to bully me into taking the car, and I still said no. They actually followed me out to my car and threatened to have it towed to my house if I did not take it, and I said tell it to my lawyer. They called my house but left no message. I wonder why. Do not ever trust these people, no matter how nice they seem, or how good a deal they seem to get you. And first and foremost never sign anything unless everything has been approved by the bank or finance company; they try to con you that way.

I was towed out of my own parking space in my apartment buildings parking lot by this company. I was out to dinner and my roommate was home and let the tow truck driver know it was our spot and that it was my car. He refused to do a thing besides ask for the money. They ended up towing my car and I had to retrieve it the next day. A $50 tow charge plus a day in the impound lot, another $12.50. I was told this would be the price and that it would go up $12.50 every day it stayed there. When I go to retrieve my car I explain that it was towed from my own space and I don't think I should pay. they asked if I had a permit for the space; I explain I did and that it was in the car, they wanted me to verify but the permit was not in my car and is no where to be found anywhere. no permit, so I had to pay, but instead of the $62.50 I was told over the phone it would cost, they said it would be $82.50 another $20 in charges that they didn't tell me about on the phone, and refused to really explain. so in the end I was screwed over and on top was charged way more than I was told multiple times. This company is a city inconvenience.

I have had an MRI done April 10th 2006 with Dr. Norman Bade. He unlawfully kept vital information from me and in turn refused to give me the treatment needed. I know suffer chronic pain, 4 protrusions in my spine and a Hemangioma benign tumor in my L4 region. I recently called to get my Full MRI report. I had on December 20th 2006 gotten another MRI done with Dr. Maninder Pabla of Northwest Health Services. And was turned away as if I needed nothing to help take away the pain or needed anything looked into. I constantly have a horrible pinch in between my shoulder blades where they reported in the first MRI to have found the 4 protrusions, the second MRI reported nothing of that yet i still have the pain as was before. This is a clear sign to me that these 2 doctors who work for Heartland Medical Center in Saint Joseph Missouri do not do their jobs as informed in medical school, and wrongfully dismiss patients because they are angry about why they have to suffer in pain and wonder what's wrong. When I got the MRI report, i found a report that i was not ever given. This is the one that they were hiding from me. Knowing that i can sue them for malpractice they both covered it all up by just ignoring my problems and not letting me get any more extensive testing that is needed. I know have to have spinal surgery to place pins in my spine because they let it continue for so long. I am an angry mother of 4 trying to fight my way threw cleaning and taking care of my little ones who are still all under the age of 10. If there is anyone else who has had a problem with this hospital please do not hesitate to file a report against them.

About 3 months ago I purchased a Logitech headset from the nearby Radio Shack. I was sure to get the Radio Shack Service Guarantee and Warranty, which added $10 more dollars to my final cost of around $40 dollars. They worked fine until about 4 days ago, when I hopped on my usual Battlefield 2 voice chat server and no one could hear me. I inspected my connections and realized the outer wire had pulled back off of the plug, exposing the wire inside. I took my headset back to Radio Shack expecting a swift in and out, reassured that I had purchased the insurance. After doing so he told me that Radio Shack couldn't cover the loss because the wire had been exposed. I was in shock, the first time I bought the stupid insurance and I was still getting screwed. I told him he was going to replace it and he then told me to talk to the Customer "Service" Representative that was on the phone. I took the phone hastily and he repeatedly told me that I should read the "Service Plan Manual." And that it wouldn't be covered, because of --Unusual Wear and Tear-- Tell me this? When using a headset what is the most commonly moving, swaying, part of the headset? When you're finished listening to music and you want to watch a DVD with your wife...what needs unplugged so you can plug your speakers in that's right, cord and wire. But the best part is, the "Service Plan Manual", basically tells you that if anything happened to the product they are not liable.

We were searching the web for Honda bikes to purchase for our son. We responded to numerous ads and actually found someone who corresponded with us on a regular basis and seemed to be legit. After corresponding for over a month with this individual we thought we had asked enough questions to believe it was a legitimate deal. We were to wire the money and the shipping would be handled by a third party. We actually went to the website for the shipping company and thought that everything looked okay. Once we wired the money we started to get suspicious. First we couldn't get a tracking number for our package. Then we got a tracking number but nothing else. Finally the website was the shipping company was become inaccessible. The server says they are no longer operating. Needless to say we are out the money for the bike.

I went to Independence Custom Sound to purchase a flip down monitor for my vehicle! I bought a 15" XO Vision monitor, a fairly reputable brand for $349 plus tax. The owner then provides me with a receipt stating that I have a 1 year parts warranty, the screen worked for 2 days after being installed by myself. Just to clear up the first accusation that the owner stated, I am a professional installer that builds vehicles on the side while managing another Independence business. The screen was dead on arrival, I took it back the next day, accused me of a bad install, and then charged me $50 for shipping and handling for the warranty purposes. The second screen was given to me on site, another new screen and it functioned for approx. 3 days, then the screen in the middle of a movie started displaying colored lines! Since the second screen has malfunctioned, I have not gone back nor do I plan to. They are full of hassles please stay away.

I purchased a Yamaha audio visual receiver from an upstart internet company called Dealznet.com. My credit card was charged for $362.70 by a company called Lets Go DigitAOO. The receiver arrived defective, and I couldn't get it to work properly despite multiple attempts. I never received an order number or bill of sale. When I called the company for a RMA number, they said that it would not accept a return though it had been less than 30 days. They said that it would have to be repaired by Yamaha and it was covered under their warranty. While I was still talking to them, they hung up on me. When I called Yamaha and spoke to their home audio division, they said that no internet company was authorized to sell the RX series. This company is obviously selling defective unauthorized products. I would agree with all that the young lady from Hawaii said about this company. It should be known for the deceitful practices that it does.

I asked Amber about two different guys and yet she gave me the same reding even used same words both times. Then my sister had a reading with Amber and same thing happened. She used the same words for both of us. How was it possible? This was a great proof that she is a perfect scammer. I think she must have a script or making same reading with all clients. Otherwise how can 1 reader give same reading about 3 different guys? Also very pushy and harsh when I asked how this can be. She would not answer about career and said she was only a love psychic. I have two cars and both are registered to me as handicap in the County. I have plates on one car and a hanging tag for the other car. The apartment complex where I lived put me in a handicap reserved parking space. Everybody in the complex knows the two cars I own. Parked the car Sunday night in my spot and put the hanging tag up. The tag apparently fell down. Somebody in the complex called to have it towed. Now this is the same towing company I dealt with for 10 years and have had those towed illegal cars out of my spot. The next day when I went to get the car and showed them the tag that fell on the floor I was told that instead of $100 cash they would only charge me $50 cash to get my car. This very same situation happened to one of my mom's friends and the place didn't charge her. When I tried reasoning with the guy he wouldn't reason and made me still pay the $50 cash. I am in the process of filing a BBB complaint. Hopefully, they will see that my car was legally parked and refund me the money.

Oh man, bad news for vegetarian guys and gals! If you are vegan do not eat here. I recently went there to eat, ordered for all veggies and rice is my staple I cant live without rice, rice is must in my menu. So like, I ordered rice too. Well, it tasted somewhat weird and made me spat out in my plate only. It was most embarrassing situation, everyone on tables were staring me as if I was alien. But I was not. The taste of rice made me spat. I called waiter to ask what is this rice like? And in what it is cooked in? He told me that it was cooked in chicken stock.. Well before ordering only I have told waiter that I am going to eat veg food only and help me to find food on card. I don't believe this people could defraud people by misleading. I had lost my temper at that time and about to hit waiter, but my sister hold me on. I will not recommend this restaurant for vegans. Manager was with huge attitude and didn't even bother to say sorry! They are real hooks and cons and when thousand demons dead the restaurant staff were born. I do not like to pass by the route and hate them like anything! They do not care about their guests!

It fell down making some damage to our home pipes in monsoon. They came soon after I call them which I really appreciate. My previous plumber never came on time. He then gave told me the charges. I was shocked after hearing, I am sure they open their mouth wide because there was no way for me. Well, I told him to reduce it as it was Tuesday and my pay still was to come in. He didn't. I said ok and he started his work within 45 minutes he completed fixing five leakages in kitchen and changed one pipe of our toilet. I thought there service is as great as there charges but wait... I was wrong it last no longer then three weeks for exact. I had to call him again and was not happy paying him again. South west Plumbing was as horrible as, my home leakage!

On 29th august I ordered a textbook from this company's website for my son's first quarter at college. It was a great price for the book and it showed that it was in stock. My credit card was processed and charged. The company showed that the order was processed and that the book was shipped via Media Mail. After waiting for 2 weeks to receive the book, I emailed them to see where it was. The tracking number I was given did not register with the Postal Service. I did not receive a response. After several attempts to email them, I located their phone number and called. I left a message and never received a call back. I tried again and again to no end. It is obvious that this company is fraudulent and attempts to rip-off students! Talk about preying on the innocent. I have seen from the Rip-Off Report that I am not alone in my complaint. When are the Better Business Bureau and State Attorney going to shut this company down? Don't trust this company and never buy anything from this company.

Then he promised me to get a whole refund for this shoot so that we can reshoot somewhere else. It's been 3 months already. I called the college and talked about this video shoot refund, and I found out that the college has not received any money at all. I confronted this individual and now he makes is seems like it was his consulting fee, and says that he doesn't know anything about the refund. Had I known that having consultation to make a bad college level music video costs me $1000, I would never have gone forward with this deal. This guy simply took my money and didn't tell me the truth.
