I received a "lottery award" today in the mail from these guys. I called the number given, as the check looked unbelievalby real. I listened to what Alicia had to say, deposit the check and then send us $3829.00 to cover fees and taxes. I called information and got the number for Bank of Holly Springs, but it was only automated. I looked it up on the net and called. Imagine my suprise to learn that the check was bogus. I did call Alicia back and inform her that the check was bogus, she politely hung up on me. Be ware- the checks look absolutely for real.

Outrageous prices for junk!

Both dryer and stove went and my wife says im cheap so I decided I would purchase new Maytag appliances and now I see why im cheap I have to be so I can pay for the repairs first the dryer cost 600 and it died I called for service that took 2 weeks for them to show up but never did and when I called back they said my part was on back order one thing how can a part be on back order when no one showed up to find out what was wrong that did it for me got rid of it then the stove its 2 1/2 years old that one cost around 700 cause my wife says im cheap well most people don't ever have to replace a baking element but me I am on my third one in less then 3 years when I called them about the problem I was told it happens and I would have to order a new element well at $42 apiece that's $126 on top of the $700 I paid for the oven I think you can do the math plus add the
5% mass state tax and my wife says im cheap I told her the only thing that is cheap is the Maytag name with outrageous prices for junk.

When I first signed up for the Vonage account everything went very well and in no time I was up and running with little or no problems. The Problem started when I added another account at my second home. I have nothing but problems since. Internet service was not available at my second home except through Satellite. I had Hughes put in a satellite dish and Vonage set up the VOIP account. Well VOIP does not work on satellite because of lag time. I found this out after trying to set up for 2 weeks. I then had to cancel Hughes (which cost me $400.00) and I tried to cancel Vonage until an internet company could service the area. Vonage told me that not to worry that my account would be in suspense until the service became available. After six months went by I noticed that I was still being charged for the account. I did not notice because of my other Vonage account. I contacted Vonage and was told that my account could not be put in suspense and I would have to pay $5.00/month for a basic 0 plan even though I could not use my phone???? Or I would have to pay to disconnect and pay again to reconnect when service was put in my area. I would then only have to reactivate the residential plan at no charge. Well I finally got the internet service and I reactivated the residential plan. Vonage then charged me to reactivate the plan. I have paid Vonage for the VOIP service for almost a year even though I could not use it. I have now paid to activate the residential plan twice even though I could now only begin to use it. I have spent many hours on the phone with Vonage and have only become more frustrated. I will find another service and I will cancel both services I have now. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR and DO NOT use Vonage.

RUN AWAY!

If you are considering using Alltel as your cell phone provider; RUN to any other firm. If Alltel has any business scruples, they probably stole them from somebody! I had a two year contract with them on which I paid faithfully every month even though the service was terrible. At the end of the contract, I switched to another provider and flatly refused to pay the last month's fee because they had not provided the service for which I was paying (enough was enough). I got several nasty letters from them but stood my ground. I learned that Alltel had placed an entry in my credit report for this "bad debt" and had suckered a collection agency into taking over the debt. I've been receiving phone calls from Alliance One for almost a year that I ignore and will continue to do so. The amount of this "bad debt?" A whopping $79.00! While I can easily pay the amount, there is a principle involved here. I'm getting my revenge; during the period of this silly mess, I've convinced a whole bunch of people to avoid Alltel; I hope you are one of them.

After attempting to purchase a USB hub from Dell I was sent an acknowledgement of the order along with a shipping date of 5 to 7 days. After waiting 20 days and not receiving the product I called and called and called. I was put on hold numerous times and always for at least a half hour at a time. When I finally reached someone I was told the waybill number was wrong on my acknowledgement and told another would be shipped out immediately. After waiting another 5 days I called back. I was transferred from one extension to another and finally after an hour switched to a supervisor who told me he would take care of everything and e-mail me and give me a personal phone call back to tell me the status of my order. It never happened, no call and no e-mail. I then waited another day and called again, again I was put on hold for a half hour, when I did reach someone I immediately asked for a supervisor. I must say that in the end the supervisor did resolve the situation. However is my time less valuable then there time? I feel like sending Dell an invoice to cover the many hours that I was kept on hold. My time is very valuable to me. I feel that if everyone would get together and send an invoice for there time to Dell Corporate Headquarters in Texas just maybe they would get the idea that people's time is not without cost. I have purchased two Dell computers and am ready for another but it will not be a Dell because of this experience.

I had a previous account with Sprint PCS that went to write-off status. I had fallen behind in bills because I'm a single mom and can't depend on my child support. So money that I would normally have had to be used to support my son. Well I got my tax refund back and the first thing I did was go pay Sprint PCS, store # 143. I paid them my back money and security deposit in cash the rep that helped me was Martin Ruiz, who told me that I could get another account opened with a security deposit of $125. I decided to pay it even though rep said I could wait until later that afternoon. Martin said if I wanted to take care of everything at once, he would accept the security deposit. He told me it would take almost 2 hours for the write-off status to be corrected and that I could go to the Sprint store near my home. I went there and was in the process of activating a new phone when the computer system said that my deposit was no longer $125 but $250, in the space of less than 5 hours. I called the original store and they wouldn't give my money back to me. The supervisor stated that I would have to wait several weeks to get my refund back from customer care in a check form. When I asked why I couldn't get it back in same manner it was given, she became rude and said that's not their policy. On the back of their receipt, however, it states that if you pay by credit card, your refund will be done by a credit to card. If you pay by check, they will mail a check back to you. Unfortunately, I paid cash and they couldn't help me. I called customer care and they were very unhelpful. Sprint PCS customer care never apologized for their theft of my money. I didn't utilize their wireless services so there was no need to hold onto my money. They told me that they would issue a check and have it to me within 48 hrs. The Sprint Rep who told me that changed it to cutting a check within 48 hrs and then mailing it within 2-14 days. They wouldn't even honor what Mark had said concerning the security deposit. All I want is my money so that I don't have to deal with them anymore.

THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Using my cell phone in my calling area I have been charged over $300.00 in roaming fees. These erroneous fees have shown up on my bill for the past two months. Cingular will no longer remove any incorrect charges. I was told I would have to switch to a more expensive plan with few minutes that I have now to stop incurring incorrect roaming fees. This is unacceptable! After having my plan for two year without any incorrect charges, since the advent of their new "no roaming" plans, Cingular is trying to get long-time, loyal customers who are happy with their plans to change to more expensive services. Moreover, Cingular, admittedly, does not inform customers on the phone display, or in any other way that the phone is roaming. One would assume when using it in his/her home area, it will not be charging .45 cents/min. This is not the case. I find it unlawful for Cingular to charge customers without notice. Especially when these fees are incorrect. Since Cingular can not honor the terms of my contract, by allowing me to make "free" calls when in my home state, I asked that I be released from my contract (without fees) due to their breach. They said no, I would have to pay for that too. Ultimately, Cingular is charging fees no one can prove to customers who are within the range of their contract and have been provided no notice. Cingular claims the only way to not insure incorrect fees is to change the terms of the contract, where the customer pays more and gets less. THIS IS A SCAM!!!

Unexpected...

I have had AOL as my internet provider for more than two years. And I have never had a problem with them until recently. I had unlimited dial-up for more than a year, at $14.95 for unlimited use. Then I added a high speed modem from my local cable provider. In May I bought a house and no longer could use my modem, the cable company does not serve this area. I called AOL and told them. They told me that by canceling only my Broadband connection I would still have unlimited access to dial-up for $14.95 a month. More or less that my bill would pick up where it had left off ... $14.95. So in June I found on my checking statement that AOL had taken $50 from my account. So, I call AOL and get the issue resolved, they refund my money.... 10 days later (it didn't take them 10 days to take it). My July bill was okay, $14.95. Now suddenly I get my checking statement for the month of August, and they take another $50. And the unexpected $35.00 they took, caused me to bounce a check... $25.00 to the bank... $25 to the company I wrote the check to. So I call and get a lady that I can't understand and who obviously does not understand me. But she finally got tired of me talking slow for her and decided to give me my money back. So today I get online w/AOL support and tell them I no longer want them to take auto withdrawals from my account and I want to be billed to my home (as I have before). The support person then tells me that I have to keep letting them take money from my account because they no longer allow payments from any other source. What crock!! So now they say they are willing to give me back my $35.00, but that now doesn't cover the other $50 that I have been charged for that bounced check. And AOL sure didn't want to pay that!! I have already talked to my credit union and will have to file an affidavit stating that I've told them. I printed the IM correspondence between myself and the tech, and will be going to my credit union first thing tomorrow. I know of at least one other person they have done this too recently and she never received her $95 back that they scammed her out of. They have done this to so many people for too long somebody needs to file a class action lawsuit against these jerks and make them pay for the damage they are causing people.

This company is hard-nosed!

Well, well, here we are again submitting yet another report on a major corporation. Well this time it is TMobile and from the looks of it in your database it isn't the first time that they have been submitted. This company is hard-nosed, has deceptive marketing practices as evidenced by their description of their plans on their web-site. Information about what they will charge you for (incoming calls, calls made to your voice-mail box - both for messages left by callers and also when you call in to review messages, outgoing calls) is buried all the way down at the bottom of the page with an innocuous link "important information". When you click on the link, it uses "pop-up" technology and if you have pop-up ad blocker in use, nothing will display. Not a mistake, but a deliberate deceptive practice. Also, if they make a mistake with inputting the calling plan you select, it is your loss, as they will refuse to correct their mistake, refuse to make accommodations, refuse to compromise, refuse to do what is "right", and if you have a billing dispute with them, they will close down your account, and charge a $200 termination fee even if you are a month or two away from the end of the 1 year contract, when they really should only charge $19.99/mo until the end of the contract. No room for talking with these snakes, their policy is to send disputes in for collection within 30
days (they must reply to complaints made on-line with the FCC within 45 days). Getting it into a collection agency removes them from the obligation to further discuss any errors they have made, deceptive practices they have used, just "we don't give a damn, the contract says this, and we don't have to be held accountable for any mistakes we made, we just want as much money as we can screw you out of, and the heck with you." Stand and deliver" tactics.

I ordered a Whirlpool dishwasher from Home Depot on 5/29/02. Upon completion of the order process, I was informed that I would be notified by my Home Depot to arrange for delivery once my dishwasher arrived at the Store. On June 15, after no call from Lowe's to arrange delivery, I called the store to ask when my dishwasher was expected to arrive. The individual answering the telephone in customer service told me that my dishwasher had been there for "a while." When I asked to be transferred to delivery I was told that they entire department had already gone home for the day. It was suggested that I called back the next day at 7:00 am. The next day at 7:00 am I called, and was then informed that the staff was in the morning meeting, and that I would have to call back in about 15 minutes. I gave those 20, called at 7:20 and was told that everyone in delivery was out making deliveries. I left a message for the delivery manager. The next day, after still not hearing from the delivery manager, I called again. I was told that he was in a meeting, so I left a message saying that I would be home for an hour and that I would like a call back. Four hours later the delivery manager called back, but by then I had already left for work. This kind of run-around continued for a week. I was never called again despite the fact that I left several messages for delivery. Finally, I called Home Depot to cancel my order. I told the manager on duty that I intended to buy a dishwasher from the appliance specialty store across the street from Home Depot. Two days later I went to another store to buy a dishwasher and they did have a much nice Kitchen aid dishwasher for the same price as the dishwasher I had originally purchased at Home Depot. When I called Home Depot main customer service number to complain, a very pleasant woman took down my complaint and said she would have the store manager call me to correct the situation. I told her that I wasn't planning to do anymore waiting around for Home Depot to call. I just wanted the e-mail address of the president of the company. This company doesn't get it at all!!! In my opinion Home Depot company is a scam. Think twice before buying anything from such people.

I ordered a video card online from them recently. It arrived promptly, but was broken. It was not damaged during shipping, because the outer shipping box and the package box were not at all damaged. My husband called customer service and asked for a call tag to be sent along with another product which they refused to do. After arguing at length with a supervisor he was promised a new product would be shipped 2nd day. It did not arrive. A second, third, and fourth call all resulted in the same promise....that the product would be sent 2nd day and arrive in two days. FOUR times we were lied to and promised a delivery date for a new product which has never arrived. Every time my husband has called, he's been transferred to a phone that never picks up and has to keep calling back and demanding a supervisor. These so-called supervisors are the ones lying about sending the replacement which they know they will not do. At one point, we were told to mail back the broken item and only then would they send a new one. This was after already promising the new one was shipped two times! I mailed it back and a week later they still claim no record of ever receiving it. Days after mailing it, a UPS calls tag arrived after they already told us to mail it ourselves. Today, my husband is being told that they cannot send a new item until they conduct an investigation on why the original item was broken. How can they do that when they claim to not have it? And why is that our problem? We are out $185 for the item and $7 for sending it back to them. The customer service number goes to India and even the number we were given to complain about the customer service number goes to the very same place, India. We are told there is not a single number to call to speak to an American who has some concept of American quality customer service. How terrible customer service they are having!! I was totally ripped-off.

STAY AWAY FROM DELL!!!!!

I emailed Dell to find out what type of Ethernet card I have; they then took $30 from my checking account, without my approval or authorization. In addition, I have never had contact with Computer Services and Dell must have given them my checking account number-which I used to purchase my computer originally. Because I am on Social Security Disability, the timing in Staling this money left me overdrawn in my checking account, and the bank has charged an accumulation of $96-in addition to the original $30 stolen. I have had multiple telephone and email contacts with "customer services" but none was able to rectify the problem. Eventually they promised to return a total of $62 to my checking account and all admitted the money should not have been removed from my account in the first place. TWICE now they have "accidentally cancelled" the replacement of these funds in my account. I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission; the Bank is conducting an investigation-but Dell does not care. Not at all. Apparently, they can sell computers and steal money from accounts, and never have to worry others will find out. I will pursue criminal charges-but realize this will be an uphill battle. STAY AWAY FROM DELL!!!!!

Can't get a replacement.

I bought a dining and living room package in Sept.2005. After we made the down payment I was told that some of the items were
not available and will be delivered in November, 2005 but was actually delivered in March, 2006. Then the lampshades were
defective and it took them to 4 months to replace it. Recently, my dining table glass top had a chip on it so we filed claims from Guardsman because we paid a protection plan for the items. Guardsman gave us a check much lower than the cost of the merchandize because they said it was what was reflected in the invoice. They were right as I found out the price reflected on the invoice was much lower than the original price. I don't know why. Now we can't get a replacement for the glass top. When will Room Store Furniture be true to their commitments? When I saw them featured on TV for a complaint from a customer, I told myself it was not gonna happen to me.

This company has no respect for your car or its neighbors that are surrounding its property. It is located on a dead-end street and constantly blocks the street from the residents that live there. they flip them off laugh and even damage personal property of residence i.e.: cars on the street, front yards trash cans and even try to hit the children that play on the street. They have had yelling matches with all the neighbors, use foul dirty language around children and women on the street. The owner is a horrible person, doesn't care about the community at all and uses the red curbs and the rest of the street to park all the car wash cars on. Has damaged many fences planters and lawns. The police have been involved numerous times and he does not seem to care at all.

Sprints customer service system is set up so that its telephone representatives can be as rude, unhelpful, and as insulting as they like without fear of punishment. The system also makes it impossible to follow up on situations/problems that require a significant amount of time to fix, thus making it impossible for customers to get any sort of help. For example: when you call the customer service number, representatives who cannot help you or answer your questions typically will purposely hang up on customers, knowing that the customers have no way of knowing which rep it was that was helping them, and therefore have no way of contacting a supervisor or getting that rep punished. Reps will not give out their last name, employee number, and call center id, anything that would allow a customer to either lodge a formal complaint or get some justice for how they were treated. Sometimes reps will give out phony supervisor names and numbers to customers, so that when the customer calls thinking that they will be able to talk to some sort of manager about their issue, they reach a wrong number. Basically sprint has it set up so that they can make billing errors in their favor, and even the most determined customers have only a minute chance of getting anything done about it.

TOO BAD...

I was supposed to receive one month free and half price monthly service. I authorized a one time fee of $9.95 for shipping. No monthly fee was allowed. I received adapter and it would not work. I called their tech dept. They spent over 3 hours and conceded that it would not work for me. They told me to return adapter. I put it in original box, marked return to sender. That month there was a $37.99 fee stolen from my account. I called (always at least 25 minute wait) spoke to Brian; he agreed I never had service but did not have authority to reimburse me. I asked to speak to supervisor of accounts-Kathleen. She said it was past the 30 day money back guarantee, so she could not reimburse me. I said I never had service. She said she knows-nothing she could do. I called President of company-Michael Snider. He has some flunky call me back because "he does not speak to customers". After arguing for over an hour, He says I should have been given a secret number to return the adapter. I said I wasn't given anything from the tech guy. He says "sorry" the only way we will stop taking money from your account is if you pay $119 cancellation fee. "I NEVER HAD SERVICE "there should be no cancellation. HE says "TOO BAD" and hangs up. I have all the employee ID numbers that I spoke to, if they are real. Everyone in the office directory is named Smith except for one Poindexter. Fake names too!! Criminals often use fake names.

We purchased a dining room suite from Rhodes Furniture in November of 2006. At the store I noticed some scratches and asked them if they could repair those. I was told that the scratches would be repaired and that they would reduce the price of the furniture. The day before Thanksgiving the furniture was delivered and set up. When the workers left I noticed that the marble on the buffet was cracked, the touch-activated lights in the hutch did not work, the finish on the table was peeling off and there was a big chunk of wood missing on the hutch. I immediately called the store and was assured that the furniture would be repaired. I called back several times and each time there was some excuse as to why the furniture had not been repaired. One day I called to ask about it and the manager told me that we bought it "as-is" and that they would not be repairing it. The furniture we purchased was the floor model and we were offered to have furniture delivered from the warehouse but we needed it and were promised that the scratches would be repaired. Since then the district manager has promised that it would be repaired and that the store was under new management so we would not have to deal with the obnoxious manager we had been putting up with in the past. That was in May and here it is December. They refuse to repair the furniture and they are threatening repossession. Why should we have to keep paying on the furniture if they won't repair it as they promised? I know we have to pay for what we buy but I don't want to keep giving them money if they never do what they promised to do.

I am wondering if Bellsouth is treating all of their customers as they are treating me. We discovered charges to our phone bill (Bell South) that were charged without proper authorization. When I called the number on the Bell South bill to find out what they were for, they gave the name of one of our sisters as having authorized the service. This sister has never heard of them. We never agreed to the service or any "free" offers from them. In spite of this, we have been charged and we consider that BellSouth is negligent and party to this rip-off company by knowingly charging customers who have falsely charged. By being in the business BellSouth should be aware of the dishonorable practices of this partner company. I had no problem finding numerous reports of ill use by online services. Does this mean that if we have BellSouth as our telephone carrier that anyone who wishes may send fraudulent charges and BellSouth will send them on? As part of our agreement with BellSouth (to whom we pay a sturdy business charge each month!) we now feel that a clause should be added that we will only be responsible to BellSouth for BellSouth charges. Obviously BellSouth is NOT working for ITS customers!

I don't understand how services including telephone can be turned off three days after I made a payment in cash. I paid on 1/12/07 then services were shut off on 1/16/07!! Customer Service said there wasn't anything they could do about my telephone and it would be turned on in 24 to 48 hours and they were sorry for my inconvenience!! This isn't the first time this happened to me, but the third. Each time I was charged a disconnect fee & reconnect fee, BUT I MADE THE PAYMENT then was without service. I've wasted more than 8 hrs on the phone with Comcast Customer Service, and although they are polite, I can't seem to get anyone who knows how to serve the customer. By the way, did you know that every time Comcast sends out a "reminder notice" they charge 1.99 as a "Soft Disconnect Fee??" I'm a singe mom of two and NEVER missed a monthly payment! When you pay a month in advance and pay your bill, how can they turn services off legally? Does anyone else have this problem????

I would like to say that my past experiences with Dell have been excellent. The present bad experience was with Dell Sales to order the correct memory chip (ram) to speed up my slow computer. I gave the order person the info. On my Dell computer and he suggested a 1 gig card. I ordered the card he recommended and it arrived a few days later. To be doubly sure the card would work, I called the card manufacturer tech. dept. The rep. checked the computer specs and told me the card was not the right one and might damage my computer if I tried to install it. I called Dell Sales and relayed the problem and this rep. (who was knowledgeable) also said the chip I received was wrong. He suggested a replacement and I ordered it. I was switched to another rep. to return the wrong chip. Although very pleasant, she kept me on the line about 20 minutes, apparently not being able to fill my request without frequent pauses to get back up. I finally asked for a supervisor to complete the simple return for "full credit" including pick up. I probably spent more than an hour with this experience, fortunately, on toll free numbers, between Dell and the chip manufacturer. The bottom line is that I have lost faith in Dell's ability to provide proper assistance to the buyer as some of their reps.

I am not even sure this is a scam, but today I received a letter stating that I have won 98,000.00. I received a check with this for 4968.23 to pay taxes and fees.I have tried to call the number (647)834-6354. It says their machine cannot accept any more calls until after the holidays due to not enough room. I have not tried to deposit the check as I am calling the bank it is drawn on on Tuesday after the holiday. I have contacted the better business bureau and the attorney general to have them look into this as well.
The letter also says that the lottery is sponsored by Publishers clearing house, readers digest and online games.

I'm sorry to hear that your trip to Laie, Hawaii to Laie, HI wasn't very enjoyable, even though you'd made a long way from home to reach out to the famous polynesian cultural center and didn't get the experience you were paying for...Actually, did you really? We were there last year and everything was fine except for the little rain (which I suppose comes free with any package in Hawaii). Luau was great. The signals that you 'worked' hard with: you actually call 'hula', and if you suck at it - you ain't getting any food...'cause you've got to pick up your a$$ and your plate, or plate and then the rest (order doesn't matter unless you just realized that you're being scammed and pick up a fork) and get the dish that you want: it really is a buffet. I couldn't stop eating: it was so tempting to try every single thing from over there so with every new plate it was getting harder and harder to pick up my own cushion-buns. I don't know about the reasons behind you're blaming the attraction but it seems to me that you're so out of your mind and Hawaii. Good luck to you spending your time wisely and not getting into trouble.

Okay I guess it correct why tigerdirect don't pay rebate even after we complete their terms and conditions! Well, yesterday I call them on the toll free number and left the phone on speaker for an hour waiting for their exclusive 'help desk'.. The day before yesterday I spent 1:40 waiting. Ok they are toll free numbers so they are their dime. Every minute you spend on hold will cost them money. Hmmm May be that's why they are not paying rebate or they are not afford to pay rebate.

Their falling side is they have poor customer support and the product doesn't help with allergies! I bought three air purifies even after reading bad reviews regarding their customer support. The very first time call them for some help they kept me waiting for 45 minutes and then gave up.. The second time I ended over 20 minutes and they never answered my calls. They not even bothered to reply my emails and all I asked was for where I will find the serial number. If you ever buy from them don't expect to get any customer service rep online.

I get my eye definer from our local store which very cheap but I think it good then what I have paid for Sephora definer. The
cheap one stays for long hours and it looked awesome as well as went on very easily. Well, Sephora definer is expensive and also worst; after every ten minutes it was all smudged up making me look extremely tired. Couples of hours later, my carefully placed lines were disappeared and reapplying would only make it worse. I would like to continue with my old cheap eye liner that lives up to its name 'outlast' even though it is more difficult to apply and doesn't have as clean as a look as Sephora did the first few minutes of wearing it.

I was a new skater when I joined Dr. Pepper Star center. They have 2 rinks regulation sized rinks and I liked the feature. You can start your practice early morning at 6 am which is I think best time as there are no much people. Ok so I agree that Dr. Pepper Star center is amazing for there service but I am not satisfied with the people giving away services to people. Well, I was a new skater I required some more practice or coaches help but whenever I search for coaches they are not in there place and other coach will not help. I asked the other coach to help me learn balancing but he told me the one who was helping me was not there and I will have wait for half an hour. I explained him that I have to attend office, he told me if cant wait please leave! He was rude; their coaches have no concern with the member's problem. I think the staff needed to be changed so that new learners like me will get more help.

They a re rude and careless though Charles will be kind enough to say sorry they are not. On top of it they will make mess out of the work have are undertaking. They left my garden with utter mess. No place was left where they have not kept their instruments and big stone from the cultivated plants. If you are contracting Terra Care Design and Landscaping make sure that Charles is on the site of work.

Well, I waited and waited for half an hour and so I ask him exact time I will get my flowers done so I will come and pick up my flowers. He did not reply to me. So I went for some shopping and back after one hour he told me that my bouquet was sold to someone else because I was not there and I will have wait for half an hour more. It was pissing me off. I left the store without any purchase and got a nice gift from store nearby. They are really not capable of doing business so I took my business else where.

Savvy Cellar is not what there name conveys! It is a petty stuod place with confused servers. I remember I had asked the server to serve me a glass of wine and he gave me coke! Even if the color marches I do not think it is in any relation..compare a glass of wine and coke! I was not aware what he had served me till I had a sip. Well, I called another server and ask him to serve wine only wine no coke. Hmm, so here comes my glass of wine. I had two galss of wine and of course I had returned the coke which he had served me. Well, I asked for bill and this guy came in with bill for four wines it was ridiculous I called manager and told him that I had two wines and the server of this cellar got coke when I asked him a glas of wine. The nutty manager did not listen to me and defended himself with mantra ' you will have to pay money for at least three wines because you returned one glass' I finally I told him that I will pay for coke because I did not receive wine but coke and end up the deal here. I think I will not be returning to this place again.

Great, I find service of this restaurant great. But I am bit disappointed with the kind of food I got to eat. The only dish I like somewhat was trout tapa. They also give me some complimentary dish but I didn't like much or I can say not at all. The margarita pizza I order was bland and cheese used on it was not of high or standard quality. Prices were ok. Well I do not emphasis on every restaurant has to be great or food should be great but here I found nothing interesting and specially the pizza and quality of cheese they use is bad. They do not used even a standard quality cheese and charge extra for good cheese that too if asked by the consumer. Well, everything was reasonable that the zingier sauce which was tasty and healthy.

No one turn up to my complaint; I even visited their office there employees are rude and not helpful. I end up with the bad installation by Baby Guard Pool Fence Co. They are bad people...

Cheap quality.

We didn't have garage to our house so decided to get it down before monsoon. After the brick work was done we called Gator Paint & Decorating Inc to get it painted. They were supposed to use the machine sprays to color our garage. Well, he spray they used was cheap quality and able to spread the white color all over the garage floor. They didn't even bothered to clean the color on floor while it was still wet; my husband told the guy to clean it but the color was dried till now, ok after the service guies got t he instruction to clean up our floor they started it but it had very poor result, color didn't go properly. I will recommend to reacf for some other company which provides paint service.

Ok. Izzy's Burger Spa is quite bad looking place. I find food so so ok, but one can't manage to sit and eat there. I dare to go in the restaurant for burger treat, the place was not clean and had very weird look indeed. The host was looking like a hand painted sign and stands next to a run fence. But I was disappointed to see the burger, it was layered with a chicken patties, tomatoes and onions and some greens leaves, it tasted like a hell. I didn't like it at all. I wish I would have ate something else in the restaurant nearby.

Clarke's have the best charcoal burger sin our area; I have heard that charcoal burgers also improve health so I sometimes like to eat them here. Burgers are just fine and ok but I do not like the service people and cashier here; they are quit rude and unwilling to help consumers. The previous day I went there, something new could be seen here. The burger I got in my plate was burned more then usual and more I was shocked to find charcoal pieces in my burger bun bread! Thank god I realize it before I could swallow just because some muddy stone kind of thing come between my teeth; I spat it out in my plate only. I know it was little disgusting but better to spat out rather to fall sick. Since then I have not visited even that lane again and do not wish to return there.

The location of Iberville Suites is great; I was there for my friends wedding. Yeah, I shall advise you not to take your own vehicle it is expensive here, I did a big mistake by bring it here, It cost me then I stayed in here. Well, I also noticed that host I mean manager was less happy with my appearance in Iberville, every time I went to the counter to take keys he made bored face. They didn't get the enough breakfast to at least fill my stomach, they give me two slice of bread and plane butter; I need a heavy breakfast as I am on fieldworks and so I am habituated. I told them about that, the manager told me I will have to pay extra money for four slice of bread with jam or butter! This was ridiculous about this hotel. Well, in short I am not impressed with the kind of service and treatment I got from Iberville. Now it is up to you what you want to choose.

Teachers are not good.

Oh god, I was sick of Taco Bell, so I decided to give Burrito Factory a try. Well, initially it was good but later it started
becoming worst. Its location is good and helps them to get great loads from the hungry teens. They have larger portions and could be easily shared by two but they do not have excellence in food. For first three visits was good but I find there Burritos bland in last few visits. I hate there hamburgers or cheese burgers they are worst then ever I had so far. Though have good menu they do not have goood menu. Yourself try it out and you will get the whole picture of there service and food. Charges are ok.
