SCAM with Yellow Pages, PO Box 11455, Carrollton, TX 75011-1455

I too feel "scammed" by the above company, Yellow Pages, who seems to nicely hide behind a company by using a generic name. They might as well go by "Company".They are billing me for $298 for services that I never ordered nor requested. They recently emailed me a form which shows my signature on the first page and a second page with tiny print that I still can't read. Another form was sent but had no signature. Apparently, I signed for a "free" Internet yellow page listing without realizing that I was instead signing up for print media. They say they have not printed my business in their "yellow pages" because they are waiting for me to pay. So, there is no actual service and yet they have sent me to their collection agency. Greenberg, Grant, and Richardon. How do they live with their conscience? All along I was confusing this company, Yellow Pages, with Idearc, "the Official Verizon Yellow Pages Printed Media" and with whom I have a contract. I am only now understanding my confusion which clearly demonstrates I did not understand nor accept any contract with the company, Yellow Pages.I ethically cannot comply with the business company, Yellow Pages, and would also love to see a class action approach to address deceptive practices.
