No appeal for "Pond Appeal"

I ordered $255.80 worth of pond supplies and put it on my debit card. After a few days, when my order had not shown up, I called the company. I had to leave a message and asked that someone get in touch with me. No response. I then e-mailed the company. No response. At this point I have called and left messages 7 times and e-mailed 3 times. My last e-mail said " Even if you stole my money, a response to let me know that would be appreciated". I'll never hear from this company and will not see my money or pond supplies, but maybe this report will prevent someone else from being as foolish as I have been.

I had the same problem. I purchased a pump for $401. The day I placed my order my credit card was charged. After a few weeks I emailed them and was told the pump would ship that day.
It has now been 8 weeks without a pump and with the charge on my card. At this point they don't answer their phone or emails and live help is never online.
I did get a call from them finally, telling me they would give me a credit. That was another 6 days ago.
I have contacted the better business bureau, Pennslyvania commerce and my credit card company.
