Don't be fooled by this very official and realistic looking document and letter. It is well done and leads you to believe that you have just been notified of having won the Publishers Clearing house or similar lottery or prize and they are the holding house or some type of middle man who is just dying to give you your money. The language in the letter and document is obviously fashioned in a way to confuse you just enough to such twenty bucks out of you. You just won over a million dollars yet they need $19.99 to get your money to you. Wow.......give me a brake.

You will note that there is no company name, contact, website or anyway for you to contact them directly. They provide an envelope with a strang looking address to put your $19.99 in along with the original signed document in the mail to them. Not only do they want your twenty bucks but they want your signature too.

This individual, who ever they are (Robert Richards is probably cleaning up. Read the back of the letter to see that they are simply appearing to be something they are not. Just another scam to grab your money and send you some worthless list that you can probably get on the internet for free if anyone ever needed such a stupid list to begin with. Another scam reported that the writing on the back is just about invisible. Someone or agency must have contacted this Scammer as the writing on my letter is perfectly visible and clearly tells you, in a round about way, that you are not a millionaire after all.

It is high time we get together as a concerted group and put in our $19.99 to get legislation passed to and do what we can to put these scam artist away for a very long time. After all, they are looking for some free housing and meals........well........let's give it to them!
