NetZero Rip Offs

I was charged $25 for early disconect fee. I cancled account after contract expired. They will not help me. I've called twice and got the same runaround both times. They said they will look into it.
My credit card has billed me for this.
It was there mistake ,and told me so on my first call,but they refuse to correct it.
