I have had share pro 360 for over a year, I had a problem at first after I downloaded it, it wouldn't work because it wasn't compatible with windows Vista if you are having this problem with any program what you have to do is right click on the program and click properties, then click the tab that says compatability mark the box next to the one saying make compatible with windows 98 and apply the changes, it has worked for me ever since and if you have Vista and want to put programs from an older version of windows on your computer that is all you have to do you also have to do that with the folder for the uninstall also. make sure you do this to either the desktop item or directly in your programs from the start menu, and if it is a disk you'll want to explore the folders and do that procedure to the setup icon.
