This person is a scammer himself. Turning us in is part of his scam. He ordered something then broke it then ordered the item again and wanted to return the broken one for a refund. We refused and he got made and here we are.

First of all ethleen is not telling the truth. Everybody has either heard of or has had a customer like this. The problem with these Internet scam / rip off reports is that anybody can write anything they want, whether it's true or not, and these people will publish it worldwide.

Horizon Outdoors has been in business since 1998. We certainly didn't build out business to rip off anybody. We check every shipment before it goes out. This person had tried to scam US once before because he had a ProTech knife purchased from us and somehow manged to mess it up. He wanted us to replace it. Since what he did wasn't covered under warranty we told him to call the Mgr. He called back and still wanted a new knife and we wouldn't give him one. A few weeks later he ordered a similar ProTech knife then claimed it wasn't in the box. Some people just can't take responsibility for their own actions. My guess is that this person got a very nice knife and managed to break it. Since he couldn't get it repaired for free he ordered another one to take it's place and then decided he didn't want to pay for TWO knives so he claimed the second one didn't get there and wanted his money back. We have proof through UPS tracking and the weight of the package that the items ordered were delivered. That is why the credit card company agreed with us and didn't refund Ethleens payment.

Ethleen has perpetrated an of defamation and liable by writing this and Scamclub, along with there ISP and server have aided this act by publishing unsubstantiated lies. I will be contacting my legal representatives to see what I can do so Scamclub, their ISP, their server and Ethleen can all look forward to legal action.

We work very hard to keep our name unblemished and have server tens of thousands of customers. Ethleen claims he knows we do this all the time. I can prove we don't so I hope Ethleen has some proof of what he says.
