Sweepstakes scams

Address : One Pavillion Plaza, P.O. Box 2905, Kansas City, Kansas 66110, United States

A private and secure U.S. Postal mailing from the above listed so called Corportion was sent to my wife and I. The letter stated if we sent a check, or credit card account number for $11.89 we would be put into the next round automatically for the $1,000,000.00 prize which was to be paid out over the next 30 years or we could have a lump sum of $528,000.00. Off couse they wanted us to fill out our banking information and credit information. I contacted the U.S. Postal service and filed a complaint and found out this is a blantant scam and seems like they are trying to steal people's identify as well. If something sounds to good to be true the buyer should beware! I wonder how many will fall for and have their identiy stolen?
