I received a letter in the mail announcing that I have the identity I.D. number confirming amount to be paid by the named sponsors $amount-money/awards data control office 1,400,000.00 and that I am being proceeded for the completion of the Award Payment Data Release Document.It said before I received the reward I had to return the documents signed and a 19.99 fee within the next ten days from 9/15/2008.I were kind of excited at first when I started reading the letter but then my heart dropped when it said send 19.99 in the mail.Then I thought this has got to be a scam because why do i have to pay money to get money I won.In this case if I won then all they had to do is get their fee and send me the rest if thats all it takes but anyway I decided to look it up on the web and noticed others received the same letter I had received for the same amount of money.I'm just glad I caught this before I mailed my money to them like I don't need my money and then some.They should be sued for this.
