AGREE WITH COMPLAINT

The person using the online names "ruruep" and "michelleandruru" has also scammed us. He spoke with my 16 year old friend on ebay and agreed to sell him an AppleIphone. My friend paid $400 and "ruruep" sent him a box of trash. Through google and various public records we have also found his name to be RUDY GALLARDO of EL PASO, TX.

We found several of his social website profiles which had pictures of him. One of the pictures shows him standing in front of a particular window with a figurine on the table. This background is identical to picture of the Iphone listed by the scammer on ebay.

We filed a court case against RUDY GALLARDO. He did not show up and we won by default. We are in process trying to collect the award.

Public records and google searches also reveal this person has other legal troubles as well.
