Bait and switch operation!!

I ordered a CD to reformat my computer hard drive. The website description lists the CD as a Recovery CD. SO I ordered an actual CD just in case I needed it again. It was NOT cheap! It cost me 9.95 plus postage of 4.00, for a total of 13.95. What these scammers sent me was a Boot Up disk. A computer can be booted with a 5.00 jump stick (memory stick). Even the invoice calsl this CD a Data Recovery CD. What scammers they are.
