BEWARE OF BUYING FROM RUDY GALLARDO IN EL PASO, TX

I saw another person reported this individual on here, so I am also filing a report that we were scammed by the same person. (other complaint url listed at end).

An individual using the emails ruruep@yahoo.com and michelleandruru@yahoo.com was running several accounts on ebay. This person interacted with a 16 year old friend of mine and agreed to sell him an Iphone for $400. My young friend paid the $400 but only received a box of trash in the mail. The person deleted his account and hid, and ignored emails.

Google searches and public records indicated this person's name to be RUDY GALLARDO of El Paso, TX. Looking up sites such as myspace and facebook revealed several incriminating photos. He had pictures of himself, and his girlfriend Michelle, standing in front of a particular window with an Angel statue on the table. This background was identical to the background in the picture of the Iphone provided by the ebay scammer.

We filed a court case against RUDY GALLARDO and he did not show up for the hearing. We won by default and are in the process of trying to collect the reward.

Public records and google searches show RUDY appears to be having other legal issues as well.

I would suspect RUDY GALLARDO is still opening new ebay accounts and scamming people. Please be cautions of any sellers in El Paso,TX attempting to sell Iphone related products, or laptops.
