Mike Gordon is a con-artist and real estate fraud. He conned his ex-wife into loaning him her 401(k) and life savings to buy a house and interest in Avalar Real Estate. He and other Avalar associates then tricked her into signing away her rights to the house (they told her she was signing ownership papers when she was signing a grant deed). He also had an Avalar / CPS notary notarize a document that did not have his wifes legal name on it. FRAUD. He took the Mercedes she put the money down on, is believed to have taken or destroyed her personal property (his current "girlfriend" has been seen wearing what appears to be his ex-wife's jewelery). He got involved with and moved in with another woman TWO DAYS after he was thrown out by his ex-wife. He borrowed $100K from that woman (Nancy Bandettini, another Avalar crook) two months after they got together. They booked a cruise under using his ex-wife's identity, have opened utility and credit card accounts in her name and are believed to have hacked her e-mail for 18 months (translation: STALKED HER). Mike Gordon is believed to have done this to women all over the United States. He moves from woman to woman using Match.com & Yahoo Personals. He has herpes (he will tell you his first wife had them but he doesn't. He refuses to be tested). He also physically assaulted his second wife on multiple occassions but had assistance from Petaluma Police Officer McGowan (the son of Terrianne McGowan of Avalar / CPS). He is an evil con man. Claims his father is dead but an investigator found he just turned 71. Also says he grew up in Mississippi yet there are no records of him. STAY AWAY. He will steal you blind.
