Rebuttal of report re Squangle Ltd

We are very sorry this lady is disappointed, we have many satisfied customers and very few complaints, but these mostly stem from people not reading or understanding what they are buying - the item was clearly described as a Boot Disk/Data Recovery Disk, to remove precious data from one's hard drive prior to reinstalling an operating system, and this is exactly what it does.

If the lady had asked for a different item or a refund we would have been pleased to comply, but to call us 'scammers' is, we feel, totally unnecessary.

It is unfortunate that some people in the US feel that if something isn't right first time then it is automatically fraudulent, possibly that attitude will spread to the UK also, but hopefully not. We have been in contact with this lady on an individual basis.
