I was a member at Club One and decided to leave and join another club because Club One was very expensive I couldn't afford to pay the fees and I had a lot of membership dues. So I left it and joined 24 Hour Fitness in San Francisco, CA. I have been a member in 24 Hour Fitness for about two months now and it is without a doubt the worst gym I have ever been to. I would gladly go back to Club One and pay the high price than wasting my money in this zoo. I get to see different types of human beings here every single day.
This gym is filthy, it is worse than a cow shed here. The parking at the gym sucks big time. The pool area is more like a dumping ground, nothing less than a joke. The men's locker room stinks really bad. The shower heads don't work properly. The soap dispensers never work and their covers are always broken and lying on the floor. I have witnessed guys spitting on the ground in the pool area and women bringing beach baskets into the steam room and sauna applying all kinds of products like they are at home. There was even a woman who brought a fold- up chair and set it up on the side of the Jacuzzi. And the most embarrassing and weird incident was when a guy who was sitting in the Jacuzzi asked me whether I had found Jesus as I was walking by. I have had enough at this gym and will leave it as soon as possible!
