Of course, when expect good quality customer service when I am paying a huge buck sack for purchasing there product. This company is least desirable regard to its customer service. I went there fro purchase of some items and no one help me getting some information regarding displayed items. And this not happened just once; visited their store four times (I think just to waste my time!) and their staff was least to help me. I went there on week ends and that's why they though I do not have money in my pocket and didn't look up at me. Do I wear a tux to look smart to get their response? Ok, when I got Owen from them it had some problem so I tried to call them up but no one ever pick up me call. May possible they have picked a number service type plan, where you have to wait to get help. Of course, I will not prefer a store where huge staff is working and no
bother to help me out. I will choose rather a better store with reasonable prices. Yes, Albert Lee Appliance have astonishing high prices, suppose to be a good brand, but what I got was of last quality to get it repaired twice within a month. I will give this store ‘0' rating.
