About 10 years ago when I was an AOL user a friend told me about bps software and a program that they make called power tools. Before ordering and paying for the software I called them and asked them about upgrades. They said they were free. I asked if I upgrade my AOL software would I need to pay again for the software. They said no. sounded quite convincing. When AOL upgraded there software I tried to upgrade power tool and couldn't. I called them and was told that the new version of power tools was not considered an upgrade but new software and I would have to pay for it again. The guy I was talking to smugly said that he had the code for my upgrade and I would never see it. I have never bought anything from this company again. The reason I am putting this up now is I drive by a building with the bps logo on it yesterday and thought about this. I would never trust this company again. I think we all should get together and take a class action against them. Marsden Honolulu Hawaii,United States
