Edward (Allan Edward DeSmith) needs to get on with his life. Great Western Mortgage Solutions paid "Leslies Friendly Computer Repair" for their services, I have a cancelled check to prove it, with Leslie DeSmith's signature and fingerprint on it. I paid them for one hour of labor even though they never fixed the original problem. Edward is uneducated, his spelling is atrocious, (the big word means bad Ed). He misspelled "their" as in "their company" twice. The first time he spelled it "there", the second time he spelled it "thier"! He wants people to think he was harmed, he has NO COMPUTER KNOWLEDGE! I made the mistake of responding to a "Pennysaver" ad. I will never do that again. He claims 20 years experience, but he was COMPLETELY stumped by a simple computer network. I refuse to pay him for ranting and raving around my office for several hours after he crashed my computers and couldn't figure out how to get them back online. I was MORE than generous in paying 1 hour in labor for doing nothing for me. When Allan and Leslie left, my original request to block unwanted websites was not accomplished. Allan and Leslie have NEVER done business with Great Western Mortgage Solutions in regards to obtaining real estate financing. He has no idea how good our rates are and what fantastic service we provide. In addition to the lie about non payment, this is definitely libelous. Ed is an angry man that needs to move on, this was a very small service request that he and Leslie were not qualified to handle.
