update as of 12-05-06 we have still not received the refund we were promised in July. Each week Mr. Kenneth Clay Fite is stating he is waiting for funds to arrive which should be next week.

Mr. K. Fite has updated his web sites to take his title as Owner/CEO off the sites. He now has another person listed as Owner CEO. I was told this week the money is on the way to him and he will send me my refund as soon as it arrives.

I talked with the president of Tradereins last night
Mr. Ken fite is not the owner of that company and Mr.
Fite did say he would send me my refund next week.

It is Now Jan 18th and we have received no refund or product from rom K-Lam Global trading international. I have heard from several other people since the last post that have also had problems with Mr. Fite . I am waiting to comfirm these before I post them to the site.

We were told he sent money to us Via ETS courier service which was Sent Jan 12th From China. We have yet to receive that package.

Looks like another delay tactic in the whole situation

It is now Feb 15th and still no refund even though it was supposed to be sent out by courier on Jan 12th and then by DHL on Feb 2ed. One delay after another.
Now I am told by Mr. Kenneth Clay Fite that it will have to be sent UPS last friday but I can't get any tracking information from Mr. Fite

Well neary another month gone by and still no refund from Mr. Kenneth Clay Fite at K-Lam Global formerly Summerfield furniture. and various other companies.
I have over 300 e-mails posted listing the whole senerio with this scam at www.safrietfurniture.com/emails.htm
I can't see it taking over 6 months to get the refund I still have not received.

now March 1st 07 and still no refund that was promised June 06. Mr. Fite keeps saying it is on its way but we are skeptical because it has left china 3 times since early january and never arrived for some reason or another. We were told it was shipped 12 days ago then we were told today it did not ship until tuesday. one delay after another.

It is now Mid March and still no refund From Mr. Ken Fite
we were told it was sent by ets courier service Jan 12th
it never arrived and we were told it was water damaged and returned to Mr. Fite. Was sent again by UPS nearly 3 weeks ago now and has still not arrived. Wonder what the excuse is this time. We were Given a tracking number by Mr. Fite that was not a valid tracking number

This update is to state that we still have not received the refund we are waiting for. Mr fite told us he would wire the money yesterday Monday March 18th for the upteenth time.

I guess we will have to wait the 7 days to see if it arrives

Mr. Steve Leamon with Tradereins informs me he knew nothing about the business with us and Mr. Ken fite.
He is associated with Mr. Fite as a contact in China and Mr. Fite list his web address as www.tradereins.com. and gives a Greensboro address and telephone which is actually Tradereins. Mr Leamon assures me he had no
knowledge of my business with Mr. Fite and has asked Mr Fite to refund me the refund due immediately. His repeated tries to get the refund to me have also been in vain.
