If you are on match.com or a myspace page be careful of a man named Mark Weiss. He says he is a jewelry and antiques dealer currently in Africa on a buying trip. He has a son named Dave and is a widower. Very handsome and you will think he is out of your league, first red flag.

He contacted me, with the usual flattery We mailed on Match's site, then on personal e-mail. He begged me to IM so we could get better aquainted.

The next day his son had a hospital emergency and he needed $4,200 wired to Lagos, Africa or the doctors would not perform the surgery. He pulled this after writing him for 5 days. If you refuse he will deny it's a scam. He is also listed on another site under Russian dating scams.
