DECEITFUL PRACTICES! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! I took my time and made an order with N1 wireless. I was told on the day of my order and given the following email: Hello Leonard Osborne, Your order has been shipped to: xxxxxxx xxxxxxxx xxxxx xxxxxxx xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxxxx, 7xxxx United States To check your order status or track your shipment online Click Here. Or visit our site at: https://www.n1wireless.com/orderslogin.cgi I waited for 9 days and when the package did not arrive I called customer service and support and left a message with 2 phone numbers. I waited for 24 hours and after not being called back I called and was asked to wait several hours to be called from shipping and receiving. After not getting a call back after 3 hours I called again and was told that they did not have the item in stock even though I was emailed and so was USPS. I was told it would be another week before they had the item. Unlike most companies I was not even emailed about the mistake or that the item was not in stock. They falsely led me to believe that it was in stock and had been shipped. I canceled my order and asked for a supervisor to call me. I thought that I got an apology and was reassured that this was not a deceitful practice as some people have claimed against N1 wireless then I would order again and even add another one on. It has been 5 days since my request to talk to a supervisor so I think I have a pretty good idea about how they feel about clients and what level their customer service is. Their practices as noted by others are deceitful and their support and service in this economy is a disgrace. tallymebanana denver co,--
