Okay I guess it correct why tigerdirect don't pay rebate even after we complete their terms and conditions! Well, yesterday I call them on the toll free number and left the phone on speaker for an hour waiting for their exclusive ‘help desk'.. The day before yesterday I spent 1:40 waiting. Ok they are toll free numbers so they are their dime. Every minute you spend on hold will cost them money. Hmmm May be that's why they are not paying rebate or they are not afford to pay rebate.
