The way the scam works they look for a common interest group, ie Military, Nurses, Filipinos, just a common group... Once they have their target group they approach the group with an investment into real estate or a secuirities investment into something you don't know of but it ends up being Iraqi dinar.

The real estate game works like this once you agree to TRUST them they will without your permission take a loan out against your house to use the equity to invest into properties. Once you purchase your first property you will suck out the equity in that property (get ready because by the time it ends) you will end up purchasing 4-5 house usually in a weeks time over several weeks. They will suck up all the equity. They promise to pay the mortgage and they will until 25% of the equity is used up and than with out notice they cut you loose. No more friendly phone calls no more calling you..Ect..

Now the investment scam works with credit cards very similar to the real estate scam but they have you cash advance the credit cards and wire the money to them for the investment of Iraqi Dinar... at a rate of 1 million dinar to $25k the real rate is about $600.00 to 1 million dinar. There is no paperwork with them so when they run you are pretty much left holding an empty bag... They have bled my community of 1.2 billion dollars...
